I can now say I have experienced -18F windchill. Brr!
#(that's about -27.78C)#I think that's the coldest weather I've been outdoors in#forecasts indicate I may have to brave even colder temps in a few days when classes start up again#wasn't planning to go anywhere today but I had to make a library run#(on my prev trip I grabbed the wrong volume of a book I needed for my research)
