Living with a trained spy is, at least, curious. Natasha Romanoff was a peculiar individual, with weird mores. It wasn’t strange to find the red-head at 4 am fully awake, living for a run or having breakfast to start her day. On the other hand, Y/n still had, minimum, three to four more hours of sleep.

However, they understood each other perfectly. Chores were shared thoughtfully, Natasha not being able to get near the kitchen -she was capable of burning water-, and Y/n was forbidden near the washing machine -she had turned more than one white piece of clothing into another completely different colour. They had been sharing a home for years, but then a purple alien decided to blow up the compound, and they decided to buy a flat for themselves.

“Y/n… My precious friend, my favourite hero, my super talented cook” Natasha said in a singing voice as she entered the kitchen area, where Y/n was making pancakes for breakfast. As it was a Sunday, Natasha gave herself the pleasure to sleep in a bit. 

“Stop that… What do you want? I don’t have Wanda’s ability to read your mind, but I know you well enough to know you want something”

“What? No” Y/n gave her an unimpressed look, “Okay, fine… So you know my sister Yelena, right? She was freeing some widows, and she just returned from the blip… We’ve been apart for so long, she has nowhere to go…” Y/n continued mixing the pancake mix, but raised her eyes to meet her friend’s ones. 

“Can you go straight to the point please, this isn’t like you” Natasha sighed, feeling caught up, looking like a kid that had just broken a plate. 

“Alright… I wanted to ask you if she can come live here with us? We have a spare room, she is nice, most of the time” the last part she mumbled, but kept eye contact with her roommate. The spy relaxed when she saw Y/n’s lips forming a wide smile.

“Nat, you could’ve just said that… Of course, she can come, I’m excited to meet her” Y/n went around the kitchen aisle to hug her friend quickly. 

“Great, because she’ll be here in thirty minutes, thank you” Astonished, and with wide eyes, Y/n separated from Natasha, looking at her shocked. 

“What? Oh, fuck you. What would you have done if I said no?”

“You forget that I also know you, you are too good to say no” Y/n returned to her task, shaking her head in disbelief, while Natasha went to prepare the spare room for Yelena.

Y/n decided to take a shower so she didn’t smell like pancakes when Yelena arrived. She also changed her clothes to something more presentable, and put come concealer on. When she got out, she heard her friend talking to someone with a very thick accent. That must be Yelena, she thought, while taking a deep breath and heading towards them.

The first thing she noticed of the blonde girl was that deep, husky laugh, as well as her voice. Once Yelena was fully in her sight, she could take her traits completely. She was quite tiny, but you could tell she was strong anyway, her hair was long, falling in waves onto her shoulder, she had the cutest round nose, and rosy cheeks. And as soon as they locked eyes, Y/n felt her breathing stop. Yelena’s eyes were the most beautiful shade of green, dots of what looked like gold tainted them.

Natasha was quickly introducing them, a small smirk on her face as she took in her friend’s shook. “Sestra, this is Y/n, my friend and roommate. Y/n this is Yelena, my baby sister”

“It is a pleasure to meet you” Y/n felt in some kind of trance, not being quite able to take her eyes off the smaller woman. You’re being creepy, stop it, her mind screamed at her, but she didn’t put any attention to it. What she did put her attention on was that accent, that now that she was closer, it was making her feel things that she didn’t want to acknowledge.  

“Your accent is so cool” Eyes widened. Y/n’s face flushed in red, Natasha was trying so hard to not laugh, and she could’ve sworn Yelena’s cheeks were a bit more rosy than they were before. Well, she could’ve if she wasn’t so mortified. "I mean… It’s obviously a pleasure to meet you too… Who wants some breakfast?” 

The blonde girl let out a loud “yes, please” and they headed to the sofa -they weren’t quite fond of eating on tables-. Y/n held herself back trying to calm down her pounding heart, but her roommate didn’t seem to think she had suffered embarrassment enough, “Stop mindfucking my sister in your head and come eat!” With a groan, and an annoyed expression, she joined the other two women, the frown on her face disappearing when she saw the two sisters together and laughing again.

Living with two sisters was, at least, interesting. They didn’t fight a lot, but when they did, the whole building shook. The worst part is that mostly those fights were because of stupid -in Y/n’s opinion- stuff. What to eat, who had to clean the bathroom, who chose what to watch on the TV… They were usually short, loud fights, but they had been fighting for twenty minutes, and Y/n couldn’t take it any more.

“That’s enough!” Finally, they shut up, looking at Y/n surprised. She didn’t tend to get in the middle of their arguments. “You’ve been fighting for almost half an hour over who will do the dishes, don’t worry I’ll do it, but please, lock yourselves in your rooms, because this is getting out of control.

The sisters looked ashamed, but knew that saying anything else wouldn’t help, so they left. Y/n headed to the kitchen, angry at her friends. She loved them, truly, but this was getting exhausting. Y/n knew that living with other people could be tough, but their fights were just ridiculous. 

She had been cleaning for a few minutes when some footsteps came behind her. “I really don’t want to talk right now”.

“I just wanted to apologize to you” She didn’t have to turn around to know it was the blonde girl. Y/n would recognize that voice anywhere, that accent constantly running in her mind. The taller woman had accepted that she may or may not have some feelings towards Yelena, not that she was ever telling her friend that. Especially after knowing her for just a few weeks. 

“I’m sorry for yelling at you, but it was getting absurd” She sighed and turned around to face the blonde, only to find her looking down, a sad frown on her face.

“I know it sounds like an excuse, but living with someone after so many years being alone it’s weird, hard” Y/n slightly knew their story, Natasha telling her when they found each other again, and their mission to bring down the Red Room.

“Hey, Lena? Don’t worry, it’s just sometimes I get triggered by shouts. My parents were constantly fighting when I was little, and I just hate it” Y/n felt a Yelena move to be closer, taking her hand, and stroking her finger on her knuckles. “I’ll try to do better I promise you” The Russian said, as Y/n hugged her, softly muttering a thank you.

Yelena then offered to help Y/n, so they cleaned the rest of the plates, doing small talk. What the girls didn’t notice was a certain redhead looking at them, with a small smile, watching at how the younger women laughed, Y/n pushing the blonde’s shoulder, while the latter rolled her eyes.

And Yelena did what she promised, fights minimum after two months. Bickering was still there, but most of the time it was more joking and teasing than serious. On the other hand, Yelena and Y/n entered a curious dynamic. They understood each other pretty well; shopping was their alone time without Natasha, not that she bothered them, but it was nice to have it. 

Y/n had accepted that she did have feelings towards the blonde, but didn’t want to make her uncomfortable, so she never said anything. However, she wasn’t sure that the older woman didn’t also feel something, teasing and flirting was quite common, coming from her, but Y/n desperately convinced herself that it was just how Yelena was.  

Those thoughts were running through her mind almost all the time, thankfully shower time let her rest from them, music blasting out the speakers of her phone. When she got out, she wrapped a towel around her body, it barely covered her butt, but she was sure her roommates were in their rooms. 

She headed to her dormitory, humming the song she had been listening to without paying any attention to her surroundings until she bumped into something, making her slip with the water she was leaving on the floor, as well as her towel. Y/n expected to feel the floor against her back, but it never came.

An arm was wrapped around her waist, holding her close so she wouldn’t fall. A whimper came out of Y/n, when she locked eyes with the person in front of her. Yelena had her eyes widened, her hand hot against the younger woman’s back. They stayed in shock for a few seconds, but when the blonde returned to her senses, quickly separated from Y/n, picking the towel and handing it to the other girl.

Y/n muttered a soft thank you, while she walked -more like run- to her bedroom, closing the door behind her and resting against it. Her body was aroused by the thought of Yelena’s hands purposely running through her naked body. She felt like she needed to take a cold shower this time, but she wasn’t coming out of her room until dinner time, not feeling prepared to face the blonde girl again. What she didn’t know was that Yelena was in the same state as her, she was seated on the end of her bed, staring intensely at her hand, the feeling of Y/n’s back still lingering on her fingers.

A few hours later, three women were eating in silence, the younger ones looking at their plates as if they were the most interesting thing in the world, while the older burned her gaze into their skulls, taking their faces. “What is going on with you two?”

And, finally, the girls looked up. They quickly glanced at each other, cheeks red instantly. “Nothing” both of them said, and Natasha for once didn’t push any further, enjoying the girls’ embarrassment.

When Jason died he became a ghost. One only known as Robin and one that had a strong protection obsession. Because of this when shit hits the fan at Amity Park he joins Phantom in protecting the town.

The two make a great team. Being on a bit more even footing that Batman and Robin were (with Robin being more experienced and Phantom being more powerful (bc halfa)) and they get along great!

Until one day when Robin just disappears. Worried about his friend, Phantom asks around the Zone before eventually finding out that Robin has been resurrected which is really not good because every way that you could resurrect a person is really not good and can lead to a whole lot of nasty side-effects.

So Danny, deciding that he can’t just turn his back on the guy that watched that very back for so many years, goes to find Robin and help him with the side-effects as best as he can. Problems arise when Robin (or well Jason as he now knows him) doesn’t remember him at all and is currently in full murderous rage mode. But hell if Danny’s every let problems like that get in his way before and he’s not gonna start now. He might not have a way to fix the whole pit rage thing but ancients be dammed if he was gonna let Jason go threw this alone.

Meanwhile Jason as no idea why this ghost is following him around but what the hell the guy is useful. Might as well put him to use if he’s gonna stick around.

I've actually been thinking a lot about Louis and his story lately! Though, since drawing is rather taxing on me atm I haven't gotten around to making him a character study post.. Like I did for Cuttlefish.. BUT!! I have still made some story bits for him anyways! :DD 👇👇

I had this idea that he used to be an ordinary flavored cookie of some kind. And he used to live on land as this washed up fisherman that was really down on his luck.. he had lost his job, his home, his arm.. he had no friends.. no family.. nothing. He was really lost and alone..

Its around that time he was somehow welcomed aboard Seafoam's ship. It was just Seafoam, Octo and Ellie at the time. Louis found great comfort and security with this crew. He had never felt more welcome and wanted in his life.. This environment started to break down Louis' anxieties and depression overtime. Slowly turning him into the more jolly and boisterous Louis the crew knows him as today.

But things would take a seemingly bad turn when a curse befell Louis. Turning him into this half cookie, half crab beast. Louis' body had changed significantly, the biggest change being his huge crab arm. Now, most cookies would consider this ghastly new form to be what its intended to be. A curse.. But Louis.. actually didn't mind the changes. In fact, he liked his new body. Quite a lot! And though his new crab arm did cause him quite a bit of aches and pains.. and also took away his ability to swim.. he honestly considered it an upgrade!

Where before he had a missing arm and was completely useless in combat.. now he had this huge intimidating claw in its place! With his new found strength and power, he was a force to be reckoned with! Not only that, but he didn't see his new body as ugly, he thought he looked AWESOME! So he also got a major confidence boost too!

In present day, Louis is a confident, sociable, and all around happy person. And he gives all the credit to Seafoam and his crew for his new found zest for life! :}} ✨🦀💖✨

Anyways-- thank you for taking interest in Louis! :DD rn drawing is rather challenging for me, but I hope to draw him again someday soon! Maybe I can go back and make him his own character study post like I wanted to! 👀👀

As for that Undyne and Papyrus post.. The story behind it is, that Papyrus is from a different timeline. And in his original timeline.. Undyne is dead.. Now, this other Undyne knows that her Papyrus, the "real" Papyrus, is somewhere else in the underground. So this Papyrus is an imposter. She questions this imposter. "Who are you, and why do you look like Papyrus?" She waits for this imposter to answer.. But Papyrus has no words.. since his Undyne died, he hasn't heard her voice in a very long time... he's too shocked to speak..

I DO have a YouTube channel, and I was intending to make animations for it... but I lost my drive. Animations get stolen A LOT. And Animations take a ton of time to make. I was discouraged.. why would I spend so much time on something, if its more likely to be stolen?

Though I have been thinking about making sketch animatic memes... maybe once my health improves I could try to make one-

As for Ludwig and Morton, unfortunately they don't have a lot of story built yet.. but I'm working on it! <:D

Ludwig is intended to be the eldest sibling, and heir to the throne. He's the "Prince of the Koopas". That post shows Ludwig seeming nervous.. and unsure. I'm experimenting with Ludwig taking his role as heir very seriously.. but its stressful. He feels like he's under a lot of pressure and has a loooot of responsibility to look forward to..

Though I'm kind'a going back on that a bit. The canon Ludwig seems pompous and a bit arrogant. Maybe I should keep some of that but in a positive way? I imagine that Bowser wouldn't force Ludwig to do this if he didn't want to. And I imagine that Kamek would have done very well to prepare Ludwig for his future kingly-hood.

What I mean by this is. I think a more.. confident, and level headed version of Ludwig would be appropriate. Rather than a pompous snob or a nervous wreck. He could be a young prince with a lot of wit and discipline. A price that is bound to make a fine king. 👑

For Morton I'm afraid there's even less story built for him 😭💔💔 Right now the main thing I'm experimenting with is Morton having some form of melanism. (Its a mutation where animals are born with excess pigment in their skin. Making their fur/hair/skin very dark/black when it otherwise would not have been.)

I could experiment with Morton not liking this aspect of himself..? Maybe it makes him feel out of place or insecure..? Though I doubt any of the individuals around him would have judged him or treated him differently at all for it.. even his siblings.

Idk, I just need some more time to think about him I suppose! <XDD Sorry!! 😭😭

No problem!! :D And I wonder that about K Rool. I didn't actually realize that he would be very similar to Bowser.. hmm. Well, I'm thinking that even if he is close to Bowser in size, Bowser's got him beat by his fire breathing ability XDD And King/Big Koopa's overall could just be a tougher species-

As for the Super Stars, they have about the same status as the 1-Up Mushrooms. They are this extremely rare Power up that seems to only show up when its needed.

I've been experimenting with the toad people worshiping 1-Ups and the Delfino people worshiping Super Stars. These bizarre and wonderous powerups that are strongly tied to the prophecy and what not. They're also related to how Peach and Daisy became royalty..

Its a lot of complicated word spaghetti atm but the point I'm getting at- is that there is definitely more than one! And they are so powerful and so.. seemingly sentient, that they are seen as almost.. like.. these holy beings that bring about future events.

I haven't rambled about all that biz yet becuase I cant find proper words to figure out what I'm even thinking <XD Gonna need some more time on that one!--

And yes yes yes! The Commander is still around, and AWWW!! Is he really?? :DD That's so sweet! Thank you so much!! :}} I haven't thought much about what role he's played in raising the Koopalings, though I really should. While he isn't there to actually help raise them, he's always been around as they've grown up. Whether it be following Kamek around or doing some kind of work around the palace.

When it comes to Bowser returning injured.. I wonder. part of me thinks that he wouldn't return right away, so maybe his injury wasn't seen by the Commander. But the news of his defeat would certainly be bone chilling. Commander would be more tense around the palace. And probably extends his night watches a bit longer in an attempt to better protect the Koopalings..

On the last note, Yes! I do plan to redesign him once again XD or at least update him a little- Though drawing is very challenging for me atm.. so that'll have to wait a while!.. <XDD

As for your questions! <XD --I've been thinking more about Tuna's character over the past few days and this got me thinking even more! :D

I imagined that when Tuna started out he was a real brat. Not super great to be around. He had some bottled up stuff for sure and was real rebellious and resistant to authority figures. Nobody was really willing to deal with his crap and always pushed back, which just made him more bratty.. for a while Seafoam wasn't sure what he was gonna do with this kid..

But then he reached some kind of middle ground with Ellie.

(Um. SPOILERS for Jane Eyre, I guess.)

So. I put off reading Jane Eyre for many years, bc

1) I read a chapter at college and didn't like the style (so I chose to read Great Expectations for that class, instead), and

2) pop culture spoiled the story for me long, long ago, so it killed any sense of urgency. And I realize now that no one had told me the actual two main attractions of this particular show: that Jane is absolutely hilarious, and that Rochester is WILD. Rochester keeps telling her he's gonna marry Miss Ingram, and that he'll send Jane away???? And then proposes to Jane???? Saying he TESTED MISS INGRAM, AND SHE FAILED???? So... So what, had Miss Ingram proved to be a nice person who cares about him and not his money, would he then... have married her instead???? WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE

And all the while I'm like "Sir, stop playing dress up and stop proposing to other women, YOU HAVE A WIFE LOCKED IN YOUR ATTIC" (same intonation of "a horse loose in a hospital"). Can't wait for the next fire, is all I'm gonna say.

Rochester is preposterous. He makes Fitzwilliam "You're beneath me, your family is ridiculous, I don't know why I like you but I do, you have fine eyes. Marry me?" Darcy seem like the MOST sensible man in the world. Hell, he makes Frank Churchill seem sensible.

W-well, what can I say? This year's been tough. It was the first time I had to work in two (different) schools and I totally felt that. Sooo I started playing Paper Mario Thousand Year Door... still basically at the beginning. But its so weird that... this is my first og Paper Mario experience, and all I can do is be like 'Oh I know this mechanic from Bug Fables'

I've played Super Paper Mario and Origami King- and honestly I consider those two games pretty good and fun.

And Bug Fables is GREAT, so I'm super excited to see how TTYD goes, especially with some of the unique battle mechanics.

I grew up loving to draw. I did not do it to show it to someone in the first place. Since I had no speacial goal I got better very slowly, but that's fine. I never pushed my skills actively forward- so there's nothing to complain about.

And one other thing: If you desperately try to find your style: How you draw right now IS your style. And you (can) have different styles. It changes all the time! It's not an end point of your drawing journey- because there is none. Keep evolving. Find ways to draw you like. Even then, move on^^

I've always admired you for having such a talent with words, and I wanted to give it a try.

And Pia... IT WAS HARD! SO HARD! >.<

I wrote every day. I was sweating. I was pacing. I was groaning. I was laying face down on the couch. Just trying to MAKE. THE. WORDS. DO. THE. THING! You make it look so easy! xDD

I literally had several of your stories open as a cheat sheet, to figure out everything from “how does punctuation work” to “how in the world does he transition from internal monologue to conversation so naturally??”

But after two weeks of nearly full time writing, I finished my first 9358 word story.

Is it any good? Probably not. Am I going to do it again? Again, probably not xD

I'm proud that I finished it and as much as I was struggling, I enjoyed the challenge.

But the most impactful thing I took away from these two weeks, is a whole new level of appreciation for your work. Deep diving into your stories, trying to figure out how they work, it honestly blew my mind. YOU ARE SO GOOD! I've always adored your writing because it resonates with me so much and it never fails to take me on an emotional journey. But now I've had a glimpse of experiencing the craft behind it and all I can say is... You truly are one of the best authors out there.

So, thank you for sharing your incredible work with the world.

Firstly, firstly- you're AMAZING!!! You are so good! You had a goal, you'd never done something like this before, and you finished a 10k story? That's basically a novella! Like, holy shit anon, that's incredible tenacity given you've never done it before! Even I wasn't busting out 10k stories when I first started writing.

This message made me so happy, but also frankly really just impressed as well. In some ways it's easy to kind of not see that I've been doing this for 10+ years, I've had a lot of practice, I write faster than I used to, and I didn't used to write this fast when I started out!

I bet your story is a lot better than you think it is. And tbh, maybe you'll find a way to enjoy the process more. :D I think it's awesome you wrote what you did, even if you never do it again *flails quietly*

I think it's cool though that you gained an appreciation for the craft. Like anything, I think it's great when it looks like it's easy because frankly if you feel like you're slogging it through my writing and every sentence is a burden then I've done something wrong sdalkfjads

But it is something I care about and put a lot of time and thought into, and I'm just so impressed you tried it. That's cool, friend. You're cool.

Let’s start with the Natm ones!!!

|| Hi everyone, meet Kovit~ He's from a webtoon and novel ("Not Even Bones") but I only expect one other person to know/write characters for it, so his 'main verse' will be BSD!! Below is some information about this verse since I'm excited to write him~ Be warned, there are a LOT of triggers for him, specifically gore and torture..!!

Kovit's ability is called "When Villains Rise". I'm still working on the ability so it may change in the future, but for now, it allows him to feel less pain than normal as long as he consumes the pain of others. He literally has to consume other's pain. If he doesn't consume other's pain, he will start to feel the last pain he consumed. It will grow stronger and stronger the longer it's been since he last fed himself with pain until it hurts so much that it stops his heart and kills him. However, if he stays 'well fed', he feels less pain. He is still capable of feeling pain no matter what. It isn't actually a really great ability, unless you're a mafia in need of an expert torturer.

He's originally from Thailand. His mother has pretty much the exact same ability as him. She taught him about where the pain they consume comes from so he knows the harm it brings, but eventually, his mother started to cause more and more harm in others. She began to torture children to feel their pain, so Kovit--being only ten years old--called the police on his mother. He ran away from home that day due to his sister's encouragement.

Someone from the Port Mafia had heard about his mother's ability and came to Thailand to get her to join the Port Mafia. However, since she was taken into custody (and eventually was killed), they found the next best thing--Kovit. They took the ten-year-old back to Japan, taught him Japanese, and employed the child to torture enemies of the Port Mafia. He's been working there ever since.

Kovit is a bad person. If he isn't familiar with you, you aren't a real person to him and he has no problem with hurting you--he would actually greatly enjoy it. However, he refuses to harm anyone he knows, and he refuses to harm any child. Kovit's rules are very important to him. They act as a means to keep him "sane", or at least prevent him from losing himself completely like his mom did. He has no issues with torturing the hell out of people...but he's afraid of going too far.

Although torture is a big part of his character, obviously, I'm not actually interested in threads revolving around it. I can write him being his crazy stabby self if it's necessary for a thread, but I'm more interested in threads outside of his 'work'. I want him to make connections and struggle with his need to consume pain and his hatred towards consuming the pain of people he holds dear. That's why I added him, not to stab a bunch of characters~ XDD

Kovit's BSD verse (and just in general ngl) is closely connected to @diverse-hearts / @diverse-hearts-ocs's muses~ In his BSD verse, he works under Mira's oc Daichi and is friends with her oc Garth. He also has a close connection with her Nita. Other than that, Kovit isn't actually close to anyone else, but he's probably acquainted with a lot of people in the Port Mafia since he gets passed around a lot for his 'services'.

I feel like what it would take for Bonnie to yell at someone is if they were yelling at him. But even so.. I just don't know if that's how Bonnie is..

Like if say, Monty was really barking at Bonnie for how he's behaving and just shoving everything in his face. I'd like to think that Bonnie would eventually blow and yell back something like "I DON'T CARE" or "YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM GOING THROUGH".. Buuuutt at the same time.. Bonnie is mellow and kind by nature.

Seeing Monty yelling.. he might just shut down even more. He's so tired. He's tired of everything. And now Monty's yelling about something and its all just.. so exhausting. It might be easier for Bonnie to just stand there and not say anything and wait for Monty to get it all out of his system and then leave. Fighting back is just gonna make Monty yell more and cause more drama. Bonnie would give up in an argument pretty quickly and just stand there until the other person is done yelling.

And what's Monty gonna do? Push Bonnie around? Bonnie is way heavier and stronger than him. Pushing him/encouraging Bonnie to get physical is just gonna result in Monty flailing about and Bonnie standing stiff as brick.

I've never seen that movie(..?) before so I cant really say.. But judging by Google images, it looks really cool! And it has a lot of cats in it XD

Although they didn't have any rides like that fortunately, and STAFF bots didn't exist when Foxy was still in service. If a kid had an accident of some kind, whether it be an injury or a uh. "Spill".. It was probably Foxy's job to alert an employee and they'd come in and clean up the mess and/or whisk the injured child away so Foxy could go back to work.

Seam could have known how to do that perhaps..? But his powers were never meant to hurt people. Seam was the court Magician. He would just use his powers to put on these beautiful displays and show off these bizarre tricks and shows. (Usually along side Jevil to add extra flare and humor to his performances)

Although... technically you could say that he did use his magic to harm once. I don't know if it counts as a hex.? But he did lock Jevil away in a magical cell made of his own magic... does that count? :0

Yeah that was the intention. Seam, that Older imp and the two cat ladies worked under the King directly. So they wore these beautiful robes and headdress things to show their status. Jevil was the court jester so he just wore a jester outfit.

If Jevil had any other role he'd probably be dressed all fancy just like them. :0

Yeah <:( for a lot of reasons.

For many years talking has hurt Seams mouth and face, obviously- So he's resorted to mumbling and talking very quietly. After years and years of doing that his voice cant be great. When the stiches were removed I can imagine him raising his voice and it just sends him into a horrible coughing fit. Plus those holes in his mouth are still there, and they cant feel great to be stretched around..

I can see him struggling to make certain sounds. Like the word "cheese". He'd probably cut off half way cuz the holes were stretched and it felt like a punch to the lip. :'(

That's a good question... I think at least for now, Seam just wants to cover it up.

Underneath that wrap.. his face is pretty messed up. Its not just his eye.. I imagine that the eye hole also didn't heal great so I don't know if they could even put in an artificial eye. It might hurt Seam or make his face really sore.. Plus after the eye was in, he'd just want to cover it up with a bandage anyways..

So for now, he just covers his face and doesn't touch the wound. And I don't think he'll have the courage to mess with it anytime soon... :((

Aww.... nah that would destroy anybody.

I mean if they absolutely had to for some reason, like they could never return to the surface because if they did they would die.. They would survive underwater for a while. But then eventually they'd run out of supplies and they'd starve or the octopod would stop functioning after a while..

Also MAN they would all be ruined mentally. Never being able to see their families again. Never being able to feel the sun on your skin or breathe in fresh air. Being stuck underwater for the rest of their lives would destroy all of the Octonauts. Save for possibly Inkling, but even then being trapped down there and all your friends are miserable would wear on Inkling too..

Maybe not the whole playground. But I can easily see Christmas/holiday themed decorations being hung up around the Daycare :)

Cruella: Oooh well Cruella doesn't like anyone XD (Except Anita and maybe her furriers like Mr Skinner and Le Pelt- but even they are on thin ice as shown 😅), especially men, BUT Callahan is a rung up from where Jim and Otis sit at least XD They're derelicts XD 😅😅 Callahan on the other hand has a taste for the finer things ^^ He has money (He runs a billion dollar law firm). And *cough* she could honestly use his services. His agreeability to work with clearly guilty persons for the right payment is also a bonus.

Callahan can appreciate Cruella and her company (Especially in comparison to the other 2), including most importantly her money and finer tastes 😅😅😅 She is also excellent at sniffing out the blood in the water, too, so she's kind of on his level. 'Respect' may be going too far... but yeah, he has a a certain appreciation for her.

Jim: Again like Cruella- he could use a good lawyer XD How Jim's gonna pay him though I do not know. But I can totally imagine Jim with the most corrupt, sleazy lawyer ever like Callahan XD Maybe he pays him sort of under the table?? With moonshine? Drugs? A promise of a BIG payout once he gets off these charges and can get some other very illegal poaching gig? Perhaps working for Cruella.

Callahan completely underestimates Jim at the start. He thinks he's a goofy, uneducated, lily-livered geriatric alcoholic and that he can screw the poor bastard into a bad plea deal or settlement something- so Callahan can be done with another case in record time. BUT as we know Jim is not an idiot. Callahan is pleasantly surprised.

Otis: Oh boy. Callahan is everything in typical mainstream society that Otis does not vibe with 😅 He's got money, he works a nine-to-five, he gets the same run-of-the-mill 70 dollar haircut every month and he shaves every single day, etc. He's part of the 'conformist world' Otis hates. At least Cruella has her values, which may be crazy but she sticks to them, and at least Jim is not afraid to get his hands dirty (Metaphorically and literally). Callahan though is a cookie cutter stereotype, and he's two-faced, and he puts a bad taste in Otis' mouth. Callahan is lucky he still has his skin (no need to thank me Cal 🤣).

Callahan seriously looks down on Otis 😅 I don't know where on earth he gets the balls of steel, but he does.

~ Under the cut I wrote a little excerpt with the 3 of them (Mostly Callahan and Jim)... I couldn't help myself! 😅 ~

"Please Aaron," I beg, phone to my ear as I wonder slowly around the room, a pair of blue eyes on me from the couch; a printed DUI notice in his hand son his lap. Callahan's groan on the other end of the phone does not deter me. "You just need to represent him for an hour- less! Its not a biggie, its just... a little drinking and driving. He promises to never, ever do it again!"

Glancing over at Jim I see him scoff, shake his head and chuckle, and I wince. Well, that's a lie, but Callahan doesn't need to kno-

"Sure he wont. How many offences does he have? Uh... " I can practically see him holding his glasses higher up the bridge of his nose as he reads Jim's file that I subtly left on his desk earlier. "Forty five? How is this man not in prison?"

"A really good lawyer."

"Great, get him to handle this!"

"He-... he's on vacation." No need to reveal that we went to the 98-year-old lawyer's funeral a month ago. "-Look Cal, he will get you the money for this, he just needs some time. And the court date is Monday." While Callahan sits silent on his end I glance past Jim to some crates behind the couch and get an idea. "In- in the meantime, um, have you ever tried homemade moonshine?"

Jim immediately frowns. "Hold on now- "

Finally Callahan sighs deeply through the phone and I think I've got him, he probably doesn't want homemade moonshine but I think - I hope, - I made it clear I wasn't going to quit bothering him until he helped. He got Cruella off reckless driving!! Of course, he couldn't get off the animal cruelty charges, and now I only get to visit her through bars until our marriage licence comes through,.. but Jim does not have any animal cruelty charges... well, none pending at the moment at least... So this should be a snap for Callahan! No?? I stop moving around the room and root myself to the spot; listening carefully.

"Fine... but I don't want his money. For all I know it'll come from a goddamn mafia. And I don't want Cruella's, either, so don't even think about it."

"... well, I have some money saved up and- " My eyes wander over to Jim, his face going dark, glowering; he shakes head slowly. No. "He can pay me back- "

"How about you pay me another way?" My eyes snap away from Jim like a shot, and I look to the ground. What was that??

Voice lowered and much smaller, I cross my non-phone holding arm over my stomach. Um- "... what's this now?"

I can hear the smirk in Callahan's voice, the sound lower and huskier even than usual. My ears are getting hot. "You know what I mean."

Is he truly suggesting what I presume he is suggesting right now?? I mean- I'm not exclusive with anyone and everyone is g o o d with that but damn this sure is awkward. "I- "

"Look, that's my offer. You come stay with me for 2 weeks, do... whatever I ask," Oh, he's playing coy and vague. What's even the point of that at this point? Lord almighty- "And I'll get Jim off the charges."

"... " After some thought, and a glance at the crumpled DUI notice in Jim's hands, I huff out a sigh and close my eyes in embarassment. Will these people never tire of mortifying me?? Silly question, they wont- "Fineee... "

"Great! I'll send a car. See you soon, sweetheart."

"Uhuh." *click*

... For a moment I remain rooted to the spot, phone still at my ear, before gradually lowering it, tucking it into the back of my jeans and opening my eyes. Slowly I make my way over to the couch and flop down next to Jim, hanging my head on the back of the cushions. I close my eyes again and throw an arm over my eyes in defeat.

Its not like I don't want to see Callahan- I do, always, its just-... I feel bamboozled.

"... You're not paying for my bill, sugar."

"No, no." I sigh, assuring the one next to me. "We settled on a... different, payment plan."

"What do you- " When Jim sounds lost, I straighten up slightly, remove my arm from my face and open my eyes to give him an urging look. You get it. You can figure it out. Its to do with... yes, there it is. There you go. His eyebrows go up and his mouth opens. "Ah... "

"Yes." I grin, despite myself; shaking my head and straightening up the rest of the way.

A wry, teasing grin curls across his face. "... you sure are sweet."

"Don't you forget it."

"Wouldn't dream of it."

Finally grinning for real, I get up again and check the time on my phone. "Okay, car's gonna be here in about an hour. If you get dinner for us now I'll go and find out what Otis has been doing in the bathroom all day."

Jim scoffs, getting up after me. "You gotta deal, there, sweetheart."
