I just saw someone say the words "jokingly gaslight" this might be a good time to reintroduce the internet to the terms "lying" or perhaps "pranking" or even just "joking" on it's own

#i mean. don't think we should forget that pranks and goncharov can also be triggering #like. just bc it's not gaslighting doesn't mean pranks can't be kinda fucked sometimes esp as like #the bullying technique of constantly lying to someone for the lols which amounts to gaslighting even if done for different reasons #and. i had to block the goncharov tag cause it was kinda fucking with my perception of reality #(looked at all the goncharov posts. just blocked the tag so i'd have a warning beforehand y'know)#and i don't even have psychosis i can't imagine what it would do to someone who Does #but yeah. agree about putting gaslighting on a shelf just saying
