Laptop is currently charging, but I'd like to add a new rule that might sound incredibly petty, but I've wanted to properly add it for over a year:

If you ship either an OC with Damien / have a very very obscure canon shipped with Damien (ie not the well-known ships like D.illiam), and you already rp this ship with someone else who writes Damien, I politely ask that you do not consider me for the ship as well.

I have several experiences of being added to a "hoard" (and a literal "collection" by an old partner that they made no secret of) where they'd pair off their muse with every version of Damien they could find and... I know you might think it's great to be able to get your serotonin of a desired ship from multiple sources, but from my POV, it's been super demoralising knowing that you're just there to be put on a shelf with the others.

And this is not me trying to make people "choose". I will still write with people, but it'll be a platonic connection.
