Thursday, November 30 -- SWYNRP Character Wishlist: A list of 10+ characters you’d like to see in the RP (for you to play or someone else!)

Soooooo, to be honest, I still feel VERY strongly about the majority of my suggestions last year and I couldn't bear to not include them. But I didn't want to cheat by literally copy/pasting last year's task so you will find them at the end. Let's goooo!

Luz Noceda

So I haven't actually watched much of the Owl House (Like... 2 episodes maybe) and therefore I am not the person to bring this character, but I just thought Luz was so adorable and so relatable I mean she is a fangirl just like us!!! And she would fit in perfectly at Pride U her story is so easy to adapt to Swynlake. We have so many awesome TOH people and I just think we should have our protagonist!!

2. Koda and Kenai

I went through this phase (probably inspired by TLOU tbh) where I really loved the idea of like Koda and Kenai from Brother Bear as a duo that wound up together because they were both hitchhiking across the US (Koda looking for his mom, Kenai looking for someone to break his curse) and it turns out Kenai killed Koda's mom!!!! That would be crazy right? Maybe somehow they end up in Swynlake and run out of money and otherwise get stuck here, and eventually the truth comes out about Koda's mom.... listen I just love Brother Bear and I love found family and I love a sibling-type relationship where one of them is a little shithead because they're hiding how they're actually really hurt and the other is a grump it's always just so fun. Someone take this idea away from me please.

I don't have FC suggestions off the top of my head but I highly recommend talking to Mak, the FC wizard, if that is a concern!!!

3. Izzy Hawthorne

I just think the Swynlake Rangers have a lot of potential (especially if it's like in Lightyear where the group is kind of a joke lmao and maybe even one or two of them are actually just there for court mandated community service). I love an idealist and a disney protag type girly with big dreams and I just think she'd be so much fun!!

4. Mama Odie

I think Mama Odie could be a lot of fun. She's a character with a sense of humor in the movie, she enjoys being kind of cryptic and even though she helps people she always makes them work for it. And I just think it'd be interesting to have her around and kind of challenge Tiana's ideas about New Orleans and what it was like being a Mundus vs. a Magick living there. And maybe could incorporate some stuff about her dad and the RAS? Idk just a thought!!

Another selfish Tiana connection request lol but PLZ. Let's do French cooking vs Cajun cooking! Let's do fine dining versus mid level dining! Let's do THE BEAR AU!!!! YES CHEF THANK YOU CHEF!!!!

I am simply a sucker for a story about ~what it means to live a good life~. I like the idea that Joe gets to come back and he's so determined to be a famous musician and then he realizes what makes a good life is the friends he made along the way etc. I also just want more Soul characters lmao. I love u Joe <3

7. Bonnie and Forky

Sorry I just think this is the craziest and funniest idea I ever had. Like we all know what it's like to be under pressure as a creative but what if you were under so much pressure that your demon friend's life depended your ability to produce??? I just think it could be a really fun satire on like hustle culture especially in the creative world and I also think Forky is a hilarious character and I need someone to bring this.

Come onnnn, join the hunters, you know you want to!!! Cruella is a truly heinous villain but she also is a villain who slays. She would be so fun like just imagine her rubbing shoulders with Gen or making deals with Smee! She brings her own fabulous flair to the shady world of poaching and I would like to see it.

knowing that my own five year anniversary at rookies is in about two months makes me actually really emotional, and most of you know, i don’t really get emotional about stuff like this.

i’m here to talk about all the fucking shit storms i brought. starting from good ol’ ellyrk, who turned into yuriirk and currently known as hyunark, as well as, rkxwoozi, aka jihoonrk, fucking namtaerk, eunwoork, minhyunrk, younghyunrk 1.0, junhoerk aka younghyunrk 2.0. i am about 100% sure i’m missing someone BUT YOU KNOW, we can let that muse stay in dungeon vile.

oh yeah- minhork was it? minhxrk??? idk what his url was, shortlived lovely muse i tell you. jisungrk was a thing for like 6 months. however, as you can see, i have a lot of muses, 11 in total, well 8 if you remove younghyun 1.0 & 2.0 and jihoon.

its been nearly five years since i joined rookies and ive made a lot of memories here. good, bad, amazing, mediocre. a lot of memories than pretty much just range. can you believe i’ve actually cried a few times about rookies related thing? yeah, me neither, but here we are hahaha. i will probably not edit this at all, so if you see spelling mistakes, or maybe something is repeated, just ignore it please, its from the heart.

this place really helped me develop my writing, vocabulary and definitely social skills. i might suck at threading and replying on time, but i have to say, all the muns here are amazing!!! i remember when i first joined, oh boy was i fucking terrified of the fact that i SUCKED at writing. i was so cautious about what i write and how i spoke and i think some of you could remember it haha. i’ve also managed to make some amazing friends throughout my stay here, all of them older than me, as well haha and i was babied so much i always found it funny, but very thankful because some of the life lectures i got where definitely needed.

however, i will take a few minutes to write about the last three standing; hyunark, jihoonrk and younhhyunrk

hyunark: 

my first ever tumblr muse. my first rookies muse. my longest standing muse. she;s gone through a lot, and honestly, she will continue to do; i wasn’t all that good with her in the beginning, now i see a lot of gaps and weird stuff whenever i have to go read something to remind myself of events and so on. however, i really love her, and i’ve gotten a bit too attached to her haha. can you blame me tho? from ellyrk, to yuriirk, now hyunark, there have been alot of ups and downs but i am happy where she’s come. to being a potential walking scandal, to being in two survival shows, to being the first muse at rookies to not be offered a contract renewal, to another survival show, to a nova trainee after being cut short twice by hyunbin. she had gone through alot of character development and its shaped her a lot better than i ever could, for which i need to say my thanks to the mods of rookies for it, because without them, hyunark would probably be headed in a completely different direction haha. however, she still focuses on producing, writing lyrics and ever since she got into nova as a trainee, she’s focused on her dance as well because she doesn’t wanna be called an uncooked noodle anymore. her dream is to be a recognized producer and lyricist, and will fight for that title.

jihoonrk:

jihoork was previously known as rkxwoozi. i even used his original blog when i re-applied with him;; he lasted a bit under a year in all honesty the first time and i specifically remember that the reason for that was being signed under trc. it was a pretty unfortunate time for him to be signed, with all the scandals that happened and what not. i was a tad regretful that i dropped him to be honest, which is all the reason to why he was brought back. tbh, he didn’t change in that like 6 months gap he was away. he was the same moody gremlin everyone knew and loved. if you had asked me, a few years ago if i thought jihoon would debut, i’d laugh and say no fucking way, but here we are, when he is a member of convex and got to debut with his longets lasting friend, sehun and best friend seungcheol. so he is living the dream you know? even if he doesn’t show it, he is grateful and appreciates everything that’s happening around him and to him. his main goal right now is to be the variety ace of convex and is working slowly to achieve that goal.

yonghyunrk:

ahhh here we go;; my last muse who had to undergo something similar to jihoonrk;; i brought him in, because i had this idea of a metal head, who really just wanted fame and girl and guys. however, stuff happened, i couldn’t get him to have threads i wanted and so i dropped him. again, i pretty much reapplied a few months later with junhoerk which was basically younghyunrk 2.0 and eventually, i realized that the muse deserved its original fc and here we are again with younghyunrk. to be honest, i don’t even know how i managed to get him to go to mga4, but he went and caused chaos with chungha and we all know how much fun he actually had haha;; he still doesn’t like dance, and will probably not enjoy it until he gets signed and coach tells him he can’t dance and JUST out of spite, he will get better at it. ultimately, he wishes to debut on a band, he wouldn’t really mind if he gets placed at any instrument, as long as he gets to sing. he still wants to reach paradise city, as guns ‘n roses have said.

quick mentions to some of my other muses as well. its funny how all my other muses lasted for months as well;; honorary mentions will go to namtaerk, minhxrk and probably minhyunrk, i won’t be really talking about them, so focusing on eunwoork and jisungrk;

i can without a doubt say that these are my more interesting muses, or eunwoo at least. her dream was to become a musical actress and was a serial dater; she’d date a lot of people, girls and boys, and wouldn’t really bat an eyelash once it was all over. never really had long term relationships either. she was into photography and her photography instagram was more popular than her personal one and she didn’t mind haha.

jisungrk wanted to be a professional football player and he was never really interested in becoming an idol, which made him fun to play. however, he was a really young muse, i think i made him 16? yeah, i think he was 16 and after that i realized i can’t do young muses;; its just weird for me, i have no clue what middle school kids actually do haha, i remember i just slept and did nothing all day, didn’t even study whoops. 

but yeah, these two muses were very short lived but fun and i think that one day, if rkforthmuse is allowed, i highly doubt it, i will bring back eunwoork because she deserved more attention than i ever gave her.

ABBIE - @seungcheolrk​ & @rkwon​ & @rkgwen​ - sunshine, my lovely amazing sunshine;; thank you. thank you, thank you. its been nearly five years of friendship, can you imagine it? soon, in just two months, it will be half a decade and i am extremely grateful;; i can’t explain it and i know that even saying it on a daily basis to you, it won’t be enough;; its funny how we started talking through rksoo and ellyrk, and now here we are, four years later, rkjicheol being in the same company, debuting together, in the same group. in all honesty, i remember when i dropped jihoon and then picked him up after like, literally two months, and it was one of the best decisions i ever made. i always have fun talking to you, plotting and threading and i honestly wish i did it a lot more than i currently do, but you know, uni is kicking my ass hasljdhlas anyway;; thank you, sunshine, thank you a lot and for these almost five years i love you a lot 🍅🍅🍅

SEVEN!!! this is insane haha;; and look and where we are now, talking on a daily basis, and its very very nice;; i don’t know what i would do nowadays without you, so i’m really really thankful you deal with my sorry ass so much ahdsdsalla it started with jihoon and sunwoo, then it transitioned to younghyun and yuta, and most recently, its been yuta and hyuna and their lil game of cat and mouse;; its always fun plotting with you, threading, talking, everything really;; and i really hope it will continue to be this way;; i love you

→ Background

Simon Playfair grew up in Baberton. The Playfair’s always lived in this town. Old tales say that they even built up the town hundreds of years ago and Simon believes in that. He thinks highly of his family and there’s nothing that is more important to him. Simon grew up as the youngest, which had a lot of perks of course but also a sad side. He was the guy who would always stay in his brothers shadow, since he was the star athlete of the school. Simon, though, wasn’t stupid. He was the guy who worked hard in high school instead of living off his parents’ money. It was in high school also when he was made to attend all the important events of his parents and, since apparently important people had to have these sort of things, he had to go. Also his parents had to brag a lot since they weren’t as wealthy as other important families in town. Simon wasn’t thrilled to be honest because most people there would just fawn over his brother but he didn’t have a choice. When he got there it wasn’t as bad as he thought because he met Cathy Harris. She was intelligent and interesting and they got to talk with each other, and Simon even thought he had a crush on her until he found out she was gay. Easily they became friends and Simon found out that she attended his school too. He liked having a female friend in his life, Cat’s input made so much sense to him sometimes.

Although then she went off to college and Simon stayed in Baberton, studying business like his parents wanted him to. He missed having a friend around but Simon did just fine. It was obvious that his brother would get the family business since he got into a good school just by playing football. Simon was just never the type of guy who was really athletic. He would rather go for a nice walk or read a good book instead. He’s always been rather good at pool though. After college, he got money from his parents. He first refused to take it but a little after he decided to just accept it. It was surely not what his parents wanted for him but he bought himself a building which he turned into a Bed and Breakfast. It always seemed like Baberton was a place for lost travelers to him, so Simon built up a great place just for that cause. He did okay with it in the start and a few years later he did exceptionally well, that no one would have ever imagined. His brother had two childs by now and his nephews Thomas and Logan seemed to be a lot like his father but Simon loved to play with the kids, have some influence so he wouldn’t be so — shallow. He thinks he did a good job with Thomas at least, but Simon had always been a little cautious when Thomas asked for a room, and then the Annie girl came around. He didn’t trust this girl and if Simon trusted one thing then it was his knowledge of people.

→ Back to Baberton

By this time Cathy is back in Baberton, which was good for Simon. She was the one person he felt like he could really say out loud what he thought, even though from time to time he was worried she would analyze him, and he really didn’t like that. He puts up with all the family events for her and tried to be there for her when her girlfriend ended it. Simon is basically the best friend anyone could wish for. He still owns the Bed and Breakfast though, ever since the town went through all the stuff (people dying, murderers running around, Simon had trouble with his business. It was very up and down and he hated how hard it was at times to keep it up. The place used to look a lot prettier at the start too. He’s proud he built this up but now he’s quite upset that he’s not able to sustain his success. And Simon would never ask his family for money.

He’s struggling now and he needs to find ways to get people to get into the B&B again. He’s now a little insecure of himself but he wouldn’t show that to anyone but his friend. Maybe she would have an idea how to go about it. He figured selling this thing and starting something else anywhere but here, but somehow he’s tied to this place, like he can’t leave and is afraid to lose it. He tries to hold on as long as he can but he already needed to fire a lot of his staff. There’s only one old woman who is there for him, cleaning and making the breakfast in the morning. Would it help if he made the thing a whole hotel? There’s already the Baberton Motel, who he’s been in competition with for the last few years, but he’s desperate for any solution right now.

Simon has a gambling problem. He can’t even remember when it started but probably while he was placing bets in college. Simon slipped into this slowly and now at his age, he has probably full blown addiction to it, and this is the real reason why he fails at his business. All the money he has is mostly lost. At times he would win a little but it’s nothing compared to what he loses all the time.

What I’m Looking For: For the most part, any RP. Just message so we can clarify what that entails!

Fandom: World of Warcraft Sole Faction or Cross-Faction: Cross faction is totally cool. I’m Horde based mostly, but have a couple Alliance dudes, and I’m happy with crosses. Most are fairly positive, and even a hostile RP could be fun if done right! Faction I Play: Mostly Horde (Undead, BElf, Tauren, Panda), but I adore the Draenei (and have for many years). And Worgen, I GUESS. lol Genn is still an abusive and scummy jerk though. Server: Moonguard Venues I Actively Roleplay In: Pretty much just Tumblr at the moment. I love in-game, but with the exception of my best friend and one tumblr user, I’ve never even once had any walkups or other coordinated in-game RP. Which sucks. But I love doing it!

Favourite Type of RP: I love slice-of-life and fluff writings! The most recent one with me and Stonestrider’s pandas is SO fun and adorable! I’m also totally happy with conflict RP, too. Whether actual conflict, or just dealing with trouble without combat. (faction politics/morals in the war against the Legion/etc)

Triggers: There’s not too much, honestly. Just talk about the overall theme of the RP so we can know what we’re up for.

Things I Will Not RP:  Again, I’m pretty open, but there are certain limits. Nothing “weird”. But as before, we’d have to talk about the specifics. With very few exceptions, I’m not generally one to be able to say concretely when it comes to something flowing, such as writing.

RP Strong Points: I like to think that I’m a strong writer. My teachers always praised my skills for being significantly above my classmates, and even though it really sucks, I have one self-published novel. I’m very flexible with stories and characters, and like to be adaptable for people and their wants. I also have social anxiety, so I like to treat others the way I want to be treated. Meaning that you won’t have any pressure for your RP. If you’re having fun with me, then I’m happy with a delay or break, or anything from in depth to casual.

RP Weak Points:  Sometimes my schedule can be unpredictable, meaning that I can’t say exactly when I can reply and such. Which is part of why I like asks. I do try my best to let you and everyone know if there’s any delays or something. I’m also very self-conscious, so I may sound paranoid about how I’m doing, and not wanting to let you down.

Can Currently Be Found In: Generally all around. But often traveling between Tirisfal and Undercity, or in the Cleft of Shadows in Orgrimmar. Occasionally travels to Dalaran and other places.

Would They Be Known: Somewhat, but mostly among Warlocks. He is highly intrigued by chaos magic, but his over-caution regarding summons and pacts gives him a handicap, and he’s often regarded as weaker or not dedicated to mastering dark and unexplored magic as a result.

Personality:  Koszmar is quiet by nature, and very self conscious. While studious and respectful, he’s also overly cautious, and not the best at socializing. Usually he gravitates to quiet and compassionate people, who he feels are more likely to understand him, and not betray or give him any hate. Ko is very humble, to the degree of underestimating his own willpower and masteries. He adores nature and the Light, which are both things he believes he can’t be a part of anymore, but still hopes.

Ibrahim Mustapha: It would have been disappointing if Enyimba didn’t win 2019 NPFL title

Enyimba FC striker, Ibrahim Mustapha has said it would have been a big disappointment, if his team didn’t win the just concluded NPFL Super 6. According to him, ‘the Peoples elephants’ are the best club in the domestic league. The former El-Kanemi Warriors player also spoke to Trust Sports on his first NPFL title, the Super 6 playoff and his future plans. How happy are you with your team’s victory in the just concluded NPFL Super 6 playoff championship in Lagos? It is a thing of joy that against all odds, we emerged champions of the 2019 Nigeria Professional Football League. To be honest with you, we were all sad that we lost all three points to Kano Pillars. We deserved to get at least a point but in the end, we lost the match. It was not a comfortable situation for us but we still believed that along the way, something might happen and we would go back to the top of the table. So when Pillars drew 1-1 with Rangers, we were very happy. We knew right then that we were going to win the playoff. In the end, it happened exactly the way we imagined because Pillars couldn’t catch up with us again. Lobi Stars, Akwa United and FC IfeanyiUbah failed to pick continental ticket. Among the three clubs, which of them really disappointed you? To be honest, I am really surprised at the failure of Akwa United to pick a continental ticket. They topped their group convincingly and to know that they didn’t qualify for the continent is surprising. I am sure their fans will be so disappointed. I am also surprised because I know the quality in that team. They have some of the best players in the league. How they failed to pick one of the tickets is really a mystery to me. Well, that is football for you. I just hope they will go back to the drawing board and come out stronger next season. Which of the matches was the most difficult for Enyimba in the Super 6? Without any doubt, our match with Rangers was the most difficult. It didn’t come to us as a surprise because we all know the rivalry between the two clubs. Anytime we play against Rangers, they try everything to beat us and it is never easy with either of the teams. At the Super 6, they gave us tough time but in the end, we proved to them that we are the better side. I am happy that they didn’t derail our ambition in the competition. Had we lost to them, it would have cost us the title. How satisfied are you with your personal performance? I am very satisfied because I put in my best anytime I was given the opportunity to play. You know in Enyimba, there are so many good players. There are many good strikers so we usually rotate the striking role. We are a united family so once any player is asked to drop to the bench, he understands. So in as much as I didn’t score, I feel I did well by engaging in team work which is actually the secret weapon of Enyimba. As a striker of repute, you must be disappointed that you didn’t score at least a goal…. Yeah as a striker, I feel disappointed that I could not score any goal. However, in my religion, we believe in the will of Allah. He decides our future. He is the ultimate. We as human beings cannot decide for him. When I was going into the competition, I had the belief that I would score goals. However, it didn’t come to pass but I still believe it was God’s will for me. Moreover, I was once down with injury so that also affected my game. I returned to the team few matches before the end of the regular season. But in all, I thank God for everything. What is your assessment of the standard of play at the Super 6? It was highly competitive. All the six clubs put in quality performances. Although they could not win a single match, FC IfeanyiUbah were not as weak as someone might think. When they played against us, we had to dig deep to beat them. At a point, the match was tied at 1-1. And if you look at the result of all the matches, the scores were usually very close. It was a very close race. Are you surprised that Kano Pillars didn’t lose a single match? No, I am not surprised. They deserve that record because they are solid in all departments. In the end, it was only two points that separated us. This means they too deserved to win the championship. As former champions, they deserve some respect. What is the next thing for you? Are you moving on to another club? For now, I have not decided. My contract with Enyimba ends this season so we may go into another negotiation. I will go back and think about my future before anything. Enyimba are the best club in Nigeria at the moment so it is a thing of honour to play for them. I have really enjoyed my stay in the club. My FT questions answers

So regarding my previous post here are my answers to my Fairy Tail Questionnaire.

1.  How did you first heard about Fairy Tail?

From my friend Beth. I saw how much she liked it and when she suggested that I check it out I did. I have been hooked ever since. And it’s become my favorite anime of all time, because I never have been more emotionally invested in an anime before.

2. Do read the manga, watch the anime, or both?

I do both. Haven’t been watching the anime lately, but I’ve been keeping up with the manga now. BUT I HATE SPOILERS, SO DON’T TELL ME ANYTHING UNTIL THE TRANSLATION COMES OUT!

3. Who are your favorite character(s)?

I really love all of them, but my top 3 are:  

Levy McGarden, I like her because she’s a fellow bookworm, she’s cute, intelligent, and really needs to be the focus more often. Pantherlily. I love how he can go from this big creature, yet can change back into this small cute thing. He’s bad ass and adorable. I call him Badorable. And really my absolute favorite character is Gajeel Redfox. I could really talk for hours on why he’s my favorite, but to sum up I like him because he’s a complex character. 

A Complex character, also known as a Dynamic character or a Round character displays the following characteristics:

He or she undergoes an important change as the plot unfolds.

The changes he or she experiences occur because of his or her actions or experiences in the story.

Changes in the character may be good or bad.

The character is highly developed and complex, meaning they have a variety of traits and different sides to their personality.

He or she displays strengths, weaknesses, and a full range of emotions.

He or she has significant interactions with other characters.

He or she advances the plot or develops a major theme in the text.

Gajeel has done most of those things on that list.

And to be honest when he first appeared I really didn’t hate him. Yes what he did was wrong, especially regarding Team Shadowgear, but I had this small feeling, ever since I found out that he was a Dragon Slayer that he was going to be an ally to Fairy Tail, never expected him to join though. I’m so glad he did!

4. What is a character or characters that you absolutely hate? And not even love to hate, you wish they were never in the story to begin with.

Future Rogue. That bastard kill Future Lucy, and I will never forgive him for that. Even if he apologized. Seriously I cried so hard when I watched that part in the anime.

5. Do you own any FT merchandise?

The first 20 volumes of the manga, a Capricorn key charm, Natsu plush, Lily plush, small Happy loaf plush or Tsum Tsum, a Mirajane keychain, a Gajeel keychain, a notebook, exceed bracelet, a FT symbol keychain, a wallet, and 2 T-shirts.

I’m a NaLu fan that does not hate Lisanna at all. I hate how so many Nalu fans hate her just because she “gets in the way of NaLu”.

That’s one thing that bothers me with any fandom. When people hate on a character just because they get in they way of their precious OTP.

I’ve said it before, but I think that is a stupid reason to hate a character. If the only reason you hate a character is because they ruin a ship for you, kindly go back into your small corner of the world, where you can bitch and complain all you want like the immature brat that you are.

The rest of us adults, are going to ship what we want, and respect each other’s choices, and not hate on character solely for that purpose.

Lisanna did nothing wrong, and all those fan fics that portray her as this bitchy chick who “steals” Natsu from Lucy and makes Lucy all depressed and shit makes me want to gouge my eyes out every time I read one.

I respect the fact that some people don’t ship NaLu, I respect the fact that I don’t ship NaLi.

NOW CAN WE PLEASE ALL JUST GET ALONG AND BE NAKAMA LIKE WE’RE SUPPOSED TO BE?!

13. What is one thing about FT that pisses you off?

So many unanswered questions, for example WHERE THE HELL IS LAXUS’S MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER?! I KNOW HOW BABIES ARE MADE SO HOW THE HELL CAN IVAN AND LAXUS EXIST WITHOUT A MOTHER?!

At least we know about Makarov’s mom now.

And we do know more of the dragon slayers’ past, but I still have my headcanons about their biological parents, or at least Gajeel and Wendy’s. Like how Metalicana and Grandeeny found them. Let me know if you want to hear them. Bear in mind they are quite depressing.Don’t have any for Sting and Rouge. And as for Natsu, well I did have one, but that went out the window and I think you know why.

14. If you could put the FT cast into another show what would it be and why?

It’s a weird choice but I chose Scrubs. I could just see it. Natsu=JD (It be funny to see Natsu have all those crazy daydreams, wouldn’t it?) Lucy=Elliot (If Natsu and Lucy did live in another universe, I think they would be an on again off again couple until they were ready to be with each other.) Juvia=Carla (Putting Carla as Carla would be too obvious, and I know it doesn’t exactly match up, but I have this headcanon that Juvia can speak Spanish, because Juvia;s name is the Japanese spelling for the Spanish word rain or  lluvia) Gray=Turk (I know it doesn’t really fit, but had to keep him and Juvia together.) Laxus= Dr,Cox (Can you just imagine how funny it be if Laxus did a Cox rant?) Cana=Jordan (I feel a relationship between Laxus and Cana would be like the one Jordan has with Dr.Cox) Gajeel=Janitor (One of the best characters in the show, and it be funny to see Gajeel prank Natsu) Levy=Lady (She’s the Janitor’s girlfriend and later wife in Season 8) Hades= Dr. Kelso (Hades is evil but a recent chapter in the Tartarus arc showed that he kind of still has a heart, so that’s why I picked him)

Freed=Ted (I just think it be funny)

Loke=The Todd (both are bit of playboys and be funny to see Loke question his sexuality) I do have others, but they’re only characters that appeared in one or two seasons so I’m not going to bother.

Simon wasn’t thrilled to be honest because most people there would just fawn over his brother but he didn’t have a choice. When he got there it wasn’t as bad as he thought because he met Cathy Harris. She was intelligent and interesting and they got to talk with each other, and Simon even thought he had a crush on her until he found out she was gay. Easily they became friends and Simon found out that she attended his school too. He liked having a female friend in his life, Cat’s input made so much sense to him sometimes.

Although then she went off to college and Simon stayed in Baberton, studying business like his parents wanted him to. He missed having a friend around but Simon did just fine. It was obvious that his brother would get the family business since he got into a good school just by playing football. Simon was just never the type of guy who was really athletic. He would rather go for a nice walk or read a good book instead. He’s always been rather good at pool though. After college, he got money from his parents. He first refused to take it but a little after he decided to just accept it. It was surely not what his parents wanted for him but he bought himself a building which he turned into a Bed and Breakfast. It always seemed like Baberton was a place for lost travelers to him, so Simon built up a great place just for that cause. He did okay with it in the start and a few years later he did exceptionally well, that no one would have ever imagined. His brother had two childs by now and his nephews Thomas and Logan seemed to be a lot like his father but Simon loved to play with the kids, have some influence so he wouldn’t be so — shallow. He thinks he did a good job with Thomas at least, but Simon had always been a little cautious when Thomas asked for a room, and then the Annie girl came around. He didn’t trust this girl and if Simon trusted one thing then it was his knowledge of people.

He still owns the Bed and Breakfast though, ever since the town went through all the stuff (people dying, murderers running around, Simon had trouble with his business. It was very up and down and he hated how hard it was at times to keep it up. The place used to look a lot prettier at the start too. He’s proud he built this up but now he’s quite upset that he’s not able to sustain his success. And Simon would never ask his family for money.

He’s struggling now and he needs to find ways to get people to get into the B&B again. He’s now a little insecure of himself but he wouldn’t show that to anyone but his friend. Maybe she would have an idea how to go about it. He figured selling this thing and starting something else anywhere but here, but somehow he’s tied to this place, like he can’t leave and is afraid to lose it. He tries to hold on as long as he can but he already needed to fire a lot of his staff. There’s only one old woman who is there for him, cleaning and making the breakfast in the morning. Would it help if he made the thing a whole hotel? There’s already the Baberton Motel, who he’s been in competition with for the last few years, but he’s desperate for any solution right now.
