one of my favourite things is how shows choose to depict a young version of a character vs an older one
and one way that i frequently see in asian dramas is this and it makes me laugh every time lol
NO ONE over the age of 30 can have a fringe!!!!!!! exposed foreheads ONLY!
#there are SO many dramas that do it lool#also happens in western media too lol! no one is safe#also: female characters will often have shorter hair as young girls and then to show she's older they've give her longer hair lol#(literally every kdrama i watched from like the 00s had both these tropes lol)#(also btw i'm watching moonlight chicken atm and that was what insp me to make this lol...)#also like i'm not dissing this!#i think it's a great way to show a character is a different age lol#i just thinkit's funny lol#personal
