I'm pretty fucking sure he'd still remember it, in that case. He's not that oblivious.

Besides, that wouldn't address the fact that someone, most likely one of us, would have had to get him pregnant in the first place. And I won't speak for the others but I had Raph make damn sure that that's not a problem for me.
