Also she's a lesbian)#(well maybe teenage me would've not liked the music and therefore regreted that yet another queer artist does music she doesn't enjoy)#I remember being 14 and loving melanie martinez and then checking out other artists that her fans loved like troy sivan or marina or halsey#and going “oh well that's boring what a shame :(”#or being 16 and hearing of artists like girl in red or king princess who were popular among lesbians#and being like “laaaaame why can't they make fast cool music”#The maturity of my music taste is the equivalent of exclusively eating chicken nuggets btw I acknowledge this
