This is our Wednesday Night Bible Study and the Title is The Rapture Mystery Part 3.  The Main Scripture Text is 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17.  The main thrust of the teaching is the Second Coming of Christ firstly at the Rapture and then at the end of the Tribulation.  Are you ready for Jesus to return? Other Scriptures mentioned in the teaching tonight are as follows: John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:23, 58; 1 Thessalonians 4:18; Revelation 19:11-16. An Altar call for salvation is given at the end of the study.

In a previous era I photographed.

Events, professional portraiture, art.

Years ago, during my lowest point, I stopped.

During a moment of intense despair, I deleted every photo I took and work of art I created, except those on my old (largely unused) social media accounts.

What I felt today while reflecting on all of my relationships (friends, partners, acquaintances) made me think of those lost photos.

The originals are lost, but a faint echo of what once was remains.

I am reminded, what is lost is hard to recover, being destructive to others or yourself just causes damage for all involved. The impact of which can be felt for years, and even if repressed, may surface once again in unexpected ways and situations.
