Thinking about TFP without Megatron if just to see what happens
#transformers#maccadam#tfp megatron#whether he just. never comes back or if he never woke up from his coma#or. hell. let's go the opposite direction_ what if he woke up later in the timeline than he did#I say this for new decepticon command dynamics between Starscream_ Soundwave_ and Knockout#as well as the interactions with the autobots#and how the Unicron plot progresses with or without Megatron_ ESPECIALLY if we address Starscream's own dabbling with dark energon#but also how he'd go about the artifacts (especially the omega keys and the omega lock)#and perhaps even the reintroduction of Shockwave eventually#(*god thinking about decepticon leader! Starscream and Shockwave's interactions could be fascinating*)#idk. thinking.#and it'd be interesting how Optimus and Starscream more directly interact#autobot leader to decepticon leader#or would the plot of tfp go in a wildly different direction??#many opportunities#Megatron might be my favorite character but his absence can be just as interesting in a setting
