Itachi might be exasperated at worst and desperately horny at best during that time, thinking he understands and Sasuke will too when he's older. But I love the idea of Itachi who is sorely mistaken, has pups by the time Sasuke is courting, and is just like this. Suddenly extremely concerned for Sasuke's modesty, "are they making you wear that?" when Sasuke wears something revealing, tries to be nice because he knows Sasuke wouldn't accept someone he's not already serious about, but Itachi's eye is sort of twitching and his alpha has their second child in their arms and are staring at him like "are you okay?" when they have a second alone at a family dinner. He realizes Sasuke might be having extramarital sex and accidentally squeezes a chicken too hard when he's carrying it around in the garden and gets screamed at by a hen - not like Itachi didn't also, but Itachi was already practically married by then! and is his stupid cute little brother being safe? is it possible to be sneaky about taking him to the doctor to get checked out?

Itachi might be a little insufferable during Sasuke's teenage emo/goth rebellion too. Like he learns how to make clothes specifically because he knows Sasuke will wear anything Itachi gets him and they're all cute bulky sweaters or comfortable traditional robes. Sasuke mostly wears them around his house or when he's visiting Itachi, but it lets Itachi delude himself into some semblance of imagining Sasuke dresses like that most of the time instead of being bare chest out in the streets.

Ooh! and maybe part of Sasuke's courting story is running into his future alpha on the way back to his family's home from Itachi's house and he gets flustered and embarrassed at how obviously adorable they find him in sweater paws instead of his current off-both-shoulders, no juban, open-down-to-the-navel uniform.

Yes, people write bitching. Yes, they're fine, some people write fucked up stuff just to write fucked up stuff. All fics I've read were pretty clear in the "this is bad and anything similar to it in real life is something I don't condone".

That being said, that ask gave me an idea.

Of course it's not Maizulee nor the actual process. Zuko has sent them to find Azula after she escaped, yet again, and when it has been months and no news at all, he asks the Gaang to perform a search. Aang, Katara and Toph find them basically hiding in a cabin in the woods.

Azula is a pretty strong alpha, so she's barely into the biology change part. Still mostly an alpha, still needing to be drugged and chi-blocked to avoid an escape. Kept chained to a bed in terrible conditions, she barely looks like a person anymore. It's all very disturbing.

The only reason Mai & Ty Lee are captured instead of killed on sight is because the trio agree Zuko would like to be the one to do it and that he'd give Azula the option of doing it too.

Toph takes Mai & Ty Lee in chains back to the palace, Aang and Katara take Azula to the North Pole because the teas and the chi-blocking need healing that the Royal Physicians can't give.

It's mostly a recovery fic, actually. Probably be kept gen because I think Azula would have a hard time trusting anyone the slightest after her childhood friends did that to her. (Some people find it worse than the most common alpha-on-omega violence, since it's something so brutal you're changing someone's biology. It's reversible, with the right treatments, an alpha can revert back, but physically almost as taxing as the first process).

Anyway, it'd a fic about bitching but with a happy ending that doesn't have the abusers winning it.

I know! Sometimes it is better to avoid those things, and forget them.

And I'm really glad that it's about recovery, there are very few Azula recovery fics, there should be more because Azula literally had a mental breakdown and went to the asylum and stuff.

I only have like three Azula recovery fics, and I love them! but they are few, I would like to read them.

Errant PM update of the day:

yesterday she met with a client and got revisions for their site that needed to be done for today since the client has to use this new stuff in another meeting

she did them herself instead of assigning them to the proper team (something that sounds nice but is actually a huge problem bc she spends too much time doing other people's work instead of her own, and also she's not very good at it.)

she did not communicate this with anyone. also did not immediately email the client and inform them she has done their work.

my boss, who is also involved with that account since Errant was fucking it up majorly, decides to email them, receives a reply saying "when will our revisions be done" and starts panicking after hearing the team doesn't know about them

(classic Errant move is to get a task and not assign it, so he thought it was rotting in her inbox)

Errant decides this is a great time to not reply to anyone on skype for several hours

Errant finally gets a hold of the boss, explains everything, but by now it's been so long he's royally pissed and gives her a lecture about communicating

She then complains to Lead Dev (who she thinks is her friend but actually files the most complaints to HR Boss about her lmao) about how he isn't praising her for doing WORK THAT IS NOT HER JOB ~just because~ she didn't communicate with him quickly or email the client, and how he's such a micromanager (extremely false, he's a pain sometimes but overall fairly chill) and overreacted horribly because uuggghhh why is any of this his business like she did the stuff right who caaaaares? not like he had to sideline her on this account for several weeks because she spent Literally One Hundred Hours bullying the designer (until she cried) and making her redo things for no reason, and then refused to assign the site for 3 weeks (until there was only THREE DAYS left before the due date) because she wanted specifically Lead Dev to do it (again, she thinks he's her buddy), while the client grew increasingly frustrated with the delays! noooo, it's not like she's lost the right to keep this client to herself at all!! not like over the past few months she's managed many accounts so badly they've put her on probation!

Lead Dev cannot find a way to explain to her that she's living in a really bizarre alternate dimension and like, of course everyone is upset geez, so he's just trying to ignore her. she then decided to start sending him a bunch of ig posts about bad management which he thinks is funny, because there's only one bad manager here and it ain't our boss.
