Going in terms of his various mech mode forms, my favorites of those are his season 1&2 appearance in TFP, his AOE form for Bayverse, and his Bumblebee (2018) appearance. 

For his holoform, I am very fond of the image of OP in a red jacket with a black shirt, low rise jeans, and boots for TFP, and the uniform in this image for Bayverse.
