Gog, how did he manage to get talked into this?

Soaring through the sky, the grumpy red dragon Safi’jiiva continued to mutter to himself, wondering how he let his little sibling convince him to travel across the lands in search of a creature he himself has never seen. With a gift basket no less! At least it would be easy to track down this “ Underground Rocky Friend ” due to it’s connection with the bioenergy coursing through the New World. If it wasn't for the fact Xeno was so fragile, he would’ve allowed them to go track down this noisy neighbor on their own. Or it could’ve been the puppy dog eyes Xeno used against him that convinced Safi to leave his home, not like he would ever admit something like that.

Leaving his own thoughts for a moment, Safi stopped and hovered over the external reaches of the desert, looking to his sides. The energy was highest here, where does the trail stop? The dragon lowered himself into the sand with a muffled whump, looking around the land untouched by the local hunters, as his wings folded back in. Attempting to trace the collection of bioenergy, he comes across a mass of rocks close to a near untredable path. Xeno did state it was an underground monster, perhaps its nest is under him? Using one of his claws, he knocked at the rocks, hoping this may get whatever-monster-who-lives-under-it’s attention.
