       green is standing just a few steps away from the other, waiting ever so impatiently to be noticed. her waiting only lasts another tick or so before she practically jumps forward to stand in front of her   ( hopefully )   new friend.     “ what were the paladins like before they came here? ”

       she comes running up to the yellow paladin, barely managing to stop before she crashes into him.     “ hunk! guess what? i got you something. ”

       “ pidge. ”     she barely even waits a tick before dropping next to her paladin, literally draping herself across the other’s lap, and whining,     “ piiiiiiidge. entertain meeee. ”

       what do you do when you come across a ballroom during your exploration of the castle? well if you’re green, you figure out how to get some music going and start dancing. 

       she’s just barely started doing the latter when she notices the other. she doesn’t even stop moving as she says,     “ hunk! join me! ”

      she moves quietly, sneaking up behind pidge until she’s hovering just a couple inches away. leaning to look over her shoulder, green simply asks,     “ what are you doing? ”

       she feels very little fear at the sight of the strange creature, for she knows that even if her current form is destroyed she won’t die. instead her head tilts && only confusion dances across her face as her gaze jumps from the black winged being to him && back again.     ❝ what is it? ❞

       mirkwood. the planet is very near where to castle ship is currently floating through space, && since there’s nothing for her to do on the ship until all repairs are completed green has decided to explore the place. that’s exactly what she’s doing when she almost runs into the other.     ❝ sorry! ❞

      slow && somewhat hesitant steps bring her closer && closer to her paladin, && despite how slow her approach is she still pauses for half a tick before placing her her hand on the other’s shoulder.     ❝ pidge? i hate to bother you when you’re supposed to be sleeping, but i need your help with something. ❞

       green comes running up to the other, only stopping once she’s sure she’s within arm’s reach. another tick passes before she actually does something though. grinning, she reaches forward to tap the other’s nose as she says,     ❝ boop. ❞

       she comes tip-toeing up behind her sister, trying to be as quiet as possible until the last moment. then she’s jumping up && throwing her arms around blue’s neck.     ❝ blue! are you busy? do you want to help me with something? ❞

       ❝ heeey red ❞     with hands clasped behind her back && as much of an innocent smile as she can muster, she takes a couple   ( rather hesitant )   steps toward her sister.     ❝ how much do you love me? ❞

       she approaches at a steady pace, being careful to let her steps make enough noise to   ( hopefully )   avoid startling black, && rests a hand on the other’s shoulder. it remains there for a tick before dropping back to green’s side as the lioness finally speaks.     ❝ pidge && i finished some system scans. we all seem to be operating normally, but i still need to check with you && the others to make sure. how are you feeling? ❞

       she’s seated in front of a screen, looking through data && trying to get a handle on everything that happened during her 10,000 years of sleep. she doesn’t stop when she sees him out of the corner of her eye, but she does smile && ask,     ❝ can i help you with something? ❞

       ❝ red? ❞     she doesn’t even bother knocking before she opens the door && takes a step in, peering around the room without completely entering it.     ❝ are you in here? ❞

       ❝ pidge! ❞     with a grin on her lips && her hands clasped around a yet unknown object behind her back, green runs a couple steps before coming to a shuffling stop in front of her paladin.     ❝ i brought you something. ❞

       she stands a short distance behind him, rocking on her heels as she waits ever so impatiently for him to notice her presence. it’s a waiting game that doesn’t last long though, for she gives up after a couple ticks.     ❝ are you busy? ❞
