I really genuinely feel like Susie has gotten way too much vitriol for the whole ordeal of Meta Knight being turned into Mecha Knight.

Truthfully, I don't think the Mecha Knight situation was really quite as bad as some people make it out to be. After you beat him the second time, he breaks out of the armor and quickly flies off. You don't even see scars on his face right before he flies off. He effortlessly flies off.

Some people say that Susie "destroyed" Meta Knight's body and just ruined his life. If that was really the case... then after you beat him the second time and the armor falls off of him, don't you think he would've just sat there crippled and helpless? And that his face would look ripped apart? Neither of those were the case. He quickly flies off, gets the Halberd up and going, and generally has no issue helping Kirby battle Star Dream. He then continues to get the Halberd flying around Popstar at the ending cutscene of the game before the credits.

Meta Knight is literally fine at the end of Planet Robobot! He seems to have walked off the mechanization pretty damn quickly. Immediately after breaking free of the armor, he performed a bunch of exercise without any trouble doing so. He seems to be living life just fine after the incident. I don't buy into the headcanon of him having tons of medical trauma as a result from being Mecha Knight... because otherwise, don't you think his design would've been permanently altered post-Robobot? His design has not been changed at all from it. He was not totally destroyed and ruined by being Mecha Knight.

Now, I understand people in the fandom adore angst (as do I!) and that the Mecha Knight situation does pump out some good angst for fanon content, such as fanfictions. But canonically speaking, the whole ordeal is greatly exaggerated by the fandom. Some people seem to act like it's the worst and most messed up thing that ever happened in the franchise. If I'm being honest, I don't think the Mecha Knight situation was any worse than when Hyness sucked the life force out of the mage sisters, used their bodies as weapons and then sacrificed them (and himself) in order to summon Void Termina.

I mean, to be fair, what Susie did to Meta Knight was pretty messed up... but I think people blow it out of proportion. Like said above, Meta Knight came out of it just fine. And really, there's a lot of pretty messed up shit that happens in the series. I think what Dark Matter did to King Dedede was pretty messed up... it formed a giant eyeball in his stomach, and then turned his stomach into a set of jaws. And this happened in two different games! Also, Francisca literally has a collection of frozen dead people stored in ice cubes... you can't tell me in a straight face that's not messed up. Because it absolutely is!

The level of how much Susie gets demonized by the fandom is just absolutely ridiculous. And some of the worst demonization I've seen of her is purely for Mecha Knight. I have literally seen people say that Kirby should've killed Susie for turning Meta Knight into a robot... bruh, Kirby literally rushed over to Susie to see if she was okay after she got blasted by Star Dream when she seized the machine's controller. You think he would've done that if he had any intention of harming her for Mecha Knight? Kirby doesn't want to hurt people if he doesn't have to! You will never, ever see anyone saying that Kirby should've killed Taranza for kidnapping and possessing King Dedede.

I'm not calling for people to say that, by the way. I do not at all wish to demonize Taranza, but it's just kind of sickening to see the absolute double standard that the fandom has for Taranza and Susie. People literally pretend that Taranza did nothing wrong while screaming about how much of a horrible monster Susie is. In reality, these two characters are very much on the same boat in a lot of ways. They were both minions of corrupt higher-ups and they both committed atrocities in the name of the corrupt higher-ups that they were trying to save. Their atrocities were very similar. Now, Susie's are technically worse because hers were on a bigger scale compared to Taranza's, but it's still incredibly hypocritical to justify one and demonize the other.

I suppose I should also bring up the Star Allies skit of Susie chasing Meta Knight, since people love to use that skit to try to say that he's still 'canonically' scared and/or traumatized by her. I'm pretty sure these skits are not meant to be taken seriously. And if you're insistent in acting like this skit is truth, then how about we do the same for all the other skits? In fact, there's literally another skit where Kirby, Meta Knight and Susie all pose together to basically showcase the 'Planet Robobot team', and Meta Knight doesn't appear to be bothered at all by Susie being right by him in that particular skit.

Now, to be fair, I myself have the headcanon where Meta Knight gets angry at Susie for turning him into a robot and initially hates her for it, but it's not permanent. In my interpretation, his disdain for her slowly chips away and there becomes a point where he's... okay with her. If anything, I feel like he was just really humiliated for being kidnapped and turned into a slave, and while I imagine he did technically feel some hurt for being turned into a robot, I certainly don't imagine it "ruined his life" or permanently messed up his body, or that he'd forever hold a colossal grudge against Susie over it. In my headcanons, he at least lets Kirby pursue a friendship with Susie.

Overall, I feel like people exaggerate Mecha Knight, and that the amount of negativity that Susie has received for it is unfair. Now... let me make myself clear here... it's fine if you don't like Susie. If she unnerves you because of the whole capitalism, colonization and greed themes of Planet Robobot, then that's perfectly understandable. I get that. That's fair. But I really, truly, think that many of her criticisms aren't so valid. I could go on about how I think people make wrong claims about her, like they claim that she's still just as evil as she was in Robobot and that she doesn't care that her father is dead, because I do not believe either of those things being true, but that's for another time. I think the Mecha Knight situation is the most absurd part of her discourse entirely. I've seen people demonize her just because of Mecha Knight, and say she's unforgivable literally just because of that. Dunno about you, but I find that to be ludicrous.

I think how the Kirby fandom treats Susie is as tragic as her backstory.

Fic Summary:  From the concrete jungle to the actual jungle, five players will be summoned to Jumanji to save it from the wicked Van Pelt.

Mom is off somewhere, supposedly talking to his doctors, when the play therapist Tiffany stops by, announcing her presence with a happy little series of knocks and a smile. “Danny! How are you doing today?”

Danny likes Tiffany—she always remembers to call him Danny instead of Daniel, like Mom insists everyone call him because she detests nicknames. Tiffany also always has a smile for him when he’s having bad treatment days. She’s the one who snuck him in his favorite stuffed animal, a golden eagle he’d dubbed Aquila after one of his early babysitters had read him a book about constellations. Aquila is currently standing guard over Evan’s crib since Danny can’t be there, which is more important than being with Danny while he’s in the hospital. 

“Hey, Tiffany. I’m doing okay.”

Tiffany’s blue eyes narrow as she inspects him playfully before she breaks and winks at him, and the smile returns. “Just okay?”

Danny shrugs. He’s stuck here, and they’d had the first hint of spring weather this week. He can’t wait to make a flower crown for Evan like Maddie had made for him last year. 

“Aw, buddy, I get it. Hopefully, the doctors will let you fly the coop soon.”

“Mom’s talking to them.”

“Well, I got a great selection of things to keep you busy while they talk. We even got a donation of a few of the new Game Boys yesterday. How’d you like one of those?”

“What? Really?” Danny perks up. “Which games do you have?”

Tiffany hands him a brand new Game Boy. “We’ve got a few games. Zelda, Mario, Kirby,” she says idly as she sorts through the cartridges. “We’ve got multiples of those but only one of this jungle adventure game, so it’s the only one if you want that one.”

“Jungle game?”

“Ju…man…ji? I’m not sure if I’m saying that right.”

“Let me see it. You said it’s an adventure game?”

“I think so? The label looks adventurous.”

“Give me that one and Zelda.”

“Here ya go. I’ll be back tomorrow to switch you out if you beat both of them by then. Stay out of trouble, kiddo.”

Rolling his eyes at Tiffany’s playful admonition, Danny puts Zelda in first as he’s heard a lot about it. Soon, he’s joyfully adventuring as Link and spends a few hours running around Hyrule. Mom comes back and leaves again, which she’s been doing more and more. She’s spending a lot of time with that one doctor—Dr. Barnes. 

Dr. Barnes is young and has been the biggest advocate for Danny getting a stem cell transplant. He also has the same blue eyes as Evan. 

Danny’s heard the nurses say that more than once. 

Link’s adventures prove to be preoccupying through the dinner hour, and Danny manages to eat a few chicken nuggets before refusing more food (hospital food is generally gross, but even they can’t screw up chicken nuggets). Mom checks in on him briefly before saying something about going to call Dad and then disappears again, leaving him alone.  

There aren’t any good cartoons at night, so he picks up the Game Boy again and decides to try the other game—Jumanji. The screen blinks, and drums echo through his room, startling Danny. It sounds like it’s coming from the walls, not the game in his hands, which vibrates synchronously with the increasing tempo as if the drums are coming closer. 

“Wow,” he says as the drumbeat climaxes and abruptly cuts off, the room silent around him. “This game is wicked.”

Text scrolls across the screen, and he reads it aloud, faking a British accent as it seems to fit the game’s mood. “For those who seek to find a way to leave their world behind, choose your avatar.”

We doing headcanons again cause I am procrastinating writing the next chapter for my fic so hhhhh i’m also tired so if there’s any mistakes woops:

- The piano that is heard in the Patch Castle theme is played by Prince Fluff, or, at least he can play that song. Same thing with Kirby’s Pad, I believe it is a kalimba, which is something Fluff can also play and taught Kirby how to

- Kirby loves to draw, and has since improved from their blobs of color. Everyone is very proud

- Sailor Waddle Dee and Bandana Waddle Dee have the strongest sibling rivalry, while Parasol is too tired to deal with them

- To summarize Sailor, she is all talk, all bark and no bite. She can def blackmail, but once Meta and/or Dedede are involved, she will turn a 180 and get all nervous. Meta for obvious reasons, but Dedede because she used to work for him alongside Parasol and Bandana, so she still highly respects him, even if she helped try to take him down and make Meta the new ruler

- All of DDD’s Dees that are a part of his “army” all start out with a parasol as their weapon and move up to something else, most commonly spears and swords, as well as the occasional bow.

- Bandana is basically DDDs child so he falls under this, as well as technically Parasol who was dragged into signing up, they are very lazy and just wanna nap so they’ve never gone past a parasol, but don’t underestimate them! Sailor also once had a parasol, but since joining the Meta-Knights, now has a wider array of weapons including but not limited to: spears, swords, harpoons and harpoon guns, lasers, canons, and more.

- Sailor also does most of the more mundane tasks around the Halberd, which is something she is not opposed to at all, mostly because the rest of the crew offer to help anyways so she rarely has to do much heavy lifting. They all like to go on 3 am grocery runs.

- Javelin Knight likes buying candles, it will sit in the candle isle and smell candles until one of the other Meta-Knight come and say that they’re leaving. They really likes strong pineapple smells, like, pina colada candles are S tier to them

- Daroach likes messing with Dark Meta by throwing random stuff through the Dimensional Mirror and pretending it wasn’t him. This worked flawlessly until one of the Squeakers went through and got caught

- Francisca and Flamberge are biological sisters while Zan is not related to them at all. They still are very close anyways

------- I was in a Gartic Phone game a while ago and they brought up the idea of what the Dream Friends would post on YouTube, I feel like I’ve seen this on tumblr before so apologies if it feels like I’m copying:

- Morpho explains differences in flowers as well as what they mean, explaining flower language in general, but always ends the video with how they taste cause butterfly

- Dark Meta does asmr, but the type where it started off as a joke but now he takes requests for what to say and is strangely popular

- Fluff does knitting tutorials, both in and out of Patch Land so he has a normal series and a “how to make a living person” series

- Galacta is the lo-fi girl of Kirby, they have a livestream that is just footage of them in their crystal with lo-fi music over it. No one knows who actually manages the account it’s just there

- Sailor and Bandana do pranking videos on each other that has progressively gotten more and more intense to the point where it’s now very dangerous, but seeing as they’ve helped stop the end of time and space, it’s nothing more than a prank

- Of course, Dedede does mukbangs, expect he stands out by making it kinda a podcast too? He’ll invite a different person each episode and talk, again, strangely popular

- The rest of the 4 Meta-Knights all share a channel, all posting their own stuff, it’s very confusing

- Meta almost did asmr too, but he switched to sword fighting tutorials that turned into tips and tricks to use in battle and 360 poses with weapons for artist. Yes he has one of those spinning plate things to stand on so he can just hold the pose and get all the angles

- Shadow Kirby does late night variety streams, he’s very well known in the mirror dimension

- Elfilin does those videos that are like, kids roleplaying with LPS or stuffed animals

- Marx also does asmr but joke asmr where it’s a crappy mic and loud noises, as well as low quality gameplay with the same crappy mic with him being very toxic

- Magalor is a nerd so I feel like he plays obscure games and table top stuff, or at least videos explaining how to play, with guest helper Marx explaining how to be toxic in whatever the topic is

Fandom spaces are public and are meant to be enjoyed. I understand why you would have that opinion about Susie and personally don't have a problem with that, which is why I'm not going to block you, spam you, disrespect you, or talk about you behind your back in any way. I intend for it for it to stay that way.

The real problem is imposing ideas onto others when no single interpretation is fully correct. What you said about Susie being scummy might be correct, but you have to keep in mind that she was working for someone else and later told Kirby to destroy Star Dream, and of course there's that Star Allies mistranslation (the English version straight up made up the fact that she was still mechanizing stuff, and the Japanese one says she's bringing back the company to "punish evildoers", with nothing outright evil being stated about her. Nothing wrong with that.). Sure, you may be partially correct about her doing bad things and never getting a true redemption arc, but there's nothing outright proving "nice Susie" people wrong that isn't a head-canon or a very specific interpretation of a specific situation. It's the same thing the other way around.

You're saying that you're not gonna go around crapping on people, but that's basically what you're doing by encouraging people to actively create conflicts. I'd say the main reason why "nice Susie" has become so popular is because people that had the same opinion as you basically went around harassing us. Have you seen a "nice Susie" person harassing the other side? I think not.

Also, hurting people's feelings in general is a bad thing. Notice that, even though I'm criticizing you, I never said anything outright insulting you, and that's because I'm a mature individual that knows if I'm disrespectful to you, you're going to hate me and use that against me. If you're being disrespectful to people who people who have a certain opinion on a children's game by ridiculing them (and yes, it comes off as ridicule), that automatically makes you look bad to anyone who's not on your side. They'll think of you as that person that was immature enough to state misinformation and put out ridicule just to mess with a side of the fandom of a kid's game. That's not a good image.

In conclusion: Never in my life have I seen anyone get mad because someone talked crap about Susie. Whenever I see people get mad, it's because someone who thinks crap about Susie went around harassing them or trash talking them (which seems to be something you support?) because of their opinions.

No hard feelings? And hey, you should probably get into the DMK fandom. If you actually got to know it better, you'd be surprised at how passionate his fans are about him!

Hello, Anon, I appreciate your civility, but I do feel as though you misinterpreted my post to a degree where I felt the need to respond, which I suppose is my fault, I've never been good at clearly articulating my thoughts, so I'd be happy to try and talk though what I meant.

I'm not sure how making a statement is inherently imposing an idea, but I understand why you thought this, so let me be perfectly clear: I'm fine with any interpretation of Susie, what I was speaking on was what was presented in Canon media, but if you have your own interpretation of Susie, that's fine. And sure, I'll conceed that there was a mistranslation, it's not like I'd know right off the bat about there being a mistranslation for that particular quote. I'd like to apologize for not inherently knowing that there was a mistranslation in regards to a quote that I then went on to make a statement about whilst not having all of the facts.

I, however, will not conceed on you last paragraph, because I have seen people going after atleast one creator for depecting Susie as being evil and doing evil things, and while yes its only one who was harrassed to my knowledge, where there's one, there's probably many more, and even one is too many if you ask me. Further more, you're saying that I support harassing people when I stated multiple times that people shouldn't be harrassing each other over dis/liking a character? I am so sorry, but I don't speak your particular brand of reasoning. My post was in regards to those who go out their way to harass people for not depicting Susie in a way that they like, which there are, whether it's by separate people or by one, remains to be seen because I've only seen it occur through anons.

In conclusion, I respect your opinions anon, though I don't agree with your logic and reason to an extent, further more, outright saying (or insinuating?) That I support harassment is just a blatant lie, my post did not call for harassing people, what I did call for was for people to respect each other and not harass each other over differing opinions.

My #1 post of 2022

I definitely head-canon that the Diamond Clan were really close to each other since they were young kids. 

With that in mind, I noticed that Mai's uniform has a lot of designs on it. 

Because of that, I hc that Mai is definitely artistic. And since she says she was the sister who helped raise Adaman and mentions how Melli used to be shy as a kid, I think she was like an older sister to a lot of kids around the clan.

And I noted that the other warden who has also patterns on their uniform is Melli!

Dess Plays The Ask Game With Myself!

003 Marx

How I Feel About This Character: 

...Very Soft.  I do like Marx as a troll and his delightful role as an unhinged villain, but maybe it's all the Pixiv fanart, because I also legit see a lot of deeeeeply concealed melancholy in him. Whether it's the potential for hand-envy in a world full of hugs and snuggles, or him being a tsundere little gremlin unable to say "Hey do you want to be friends already or what?!" so he kicks people in their little orb shins and runs away instead, or his feeling like a complete outsider in the too peaceful kingdom of Dream Land, even though he deeply, desperately loves the place enough to -literally- wish on a star to make it his own...as a whole, it’s just very endearing to me.

Any/All the People I Ship Romantically With This Character: 

...Romantically? Magolor. I already ranted about this but Magolor is one of the very small group of people I could ever see Marx opening up to. And Magolor is only one he’d be like, “Omg, you like <conquest/black holes/tricking people> too?! I love you!”

My Favorite Non-Romantic Relationships For This Character: 

Kirby-Kirby-Kirby....Also Gryll, who I headcanon as Marx’s adoptive sibling. Speaking of headcanon, I also HC Drawcia as Marx’s magic teacher, so she and her sisters are his extended family too, at least in my personal Kirby-verse.

My Unpopular Opinion About This Character: 

I don't know if it's unpopular but I definitely don’t like "Marx is just a psychopath" as a take. Also, are there people out there who really think his diabolical plan caused that much damage? Because I don’t think it did. I mean, Kirby stopped it, so obviously (and Marx would have been an AWFUL god if he had succeeded, though I also see him growing bored of it eventually and just giving up on his domination of Popstar, had he won) but if you’re going to say that him messing with the sun and moon caused, like, horrific tidal problems that displaced hundreds of Cappys and Dees...you know the moon BLEW UP in NiDL right? His impact on Dream Land in Milky Way Wishes was canonically so low that King Dedede doesn’t even know who he is.

Lastly, I think this one is only unpopular by virtue of me being the first/only one (?) to propose the idea, but I am completely mentally stuck on the idea of Nightmare and Marx being deeply connected/Nightmare being responsible for Marx’s creation.

One Thing I Wish Would Happen / Had Happened With This Character In Canon: 

...Just confirm that Marx canonically survived the events of Milky Way Wishes already, damn you! If he is the person Magolor is talking about, that conversation would almost have to have happened post-Super Star. How else would the semi-planet-locked Magolor know Marx and Kirby fought unless Marx brought him that news himself?! Bring Marx back into the larger universe of Kirby characters again. He seems popular enough in merch lines.

Favorite Friendship For This Character: 

Marx and Magolor teaming up to slowly drive poor, gentle Taranza insane. Also the crack friendship I made up consisting of Marx, Adeleine, Ribbon, and Dark Meta Knight. Two peace-makers and two uncontrollables that are really just tsunderes beneath the propensity for aggression. It’s a fun matchup.

My Crossover Ship/FREE SPACE: 

Marx actually scared the heck out of me when I first saw him and I stopped playing Kirby for a little bit because I didn't know it was "...a scary game." (My sweet summer child years...) Only later would I come back around and realize he checked all my boxes for a favorite character. Oops!

Oh, and because this is the only place I'm going to get to talk about it, I want to rave about how amazingly beautiful スーパー膝太郎’s Marx AMV “HEXL” is?! 

If you’re a Marx fan, and you haven’t seen it, look it up on Youtube, please! You really need to see it! It’s in Japanese but I’m about to explain the “story” so...

Okay, it’s about Marx playing Super Star on NSO and he gets to the Heart of Nova pause screen and it says (this is 100% true, but only in the JP version) "...Hurry up and beat that clown so you can eat up and catch some zzzs!" That's not exactly literal, but it is that level of “lulz” casual about Marx.

(Note: Using screenshots like this feels like reposting the art, which スーパー膝太郎 expressly forbids, but it’s tricky to talk about this part without at least one screenshot, so everyone be good, okay...?)

Marx sees that description and is like "...wtf...?" He’s shocked that he’s barely even a road bump to Kirby. Less important than food and naps. So he reaches the boss fight and decides to -not- press any buttons so the in-game Marx will win and he can watch Kirby get beaten up. And it feels good! ...at first. Because Marx also wants friends. Marx wants to be understood for who he is.

He keeps playing the game/envisioning himself clashing with Kirby and winning, but Marx realizes at the end, more than anything, he just wants to be seen - even if that means embracing his role as the "villain" defeated by Kirby's "hero."

So at last, he presses continue, resolves to start playing the game for real as “Kirby” and defeats "himself" in-game and just...

...all the sudden it cuts to an alternate version of their real battle and this time, Kirby stops right before finishing Marx off and he holds him in his hands and just  -looks- at him and smiles understandingly, and a conflicted Marx smiles too at last, but he's crying and ahhhhhhhhhhh...

And at the end, when Marx sees Kirby again in Star Allies, he really does seem at peace with his role as both villain...and friend. It is such a great Marx take!

Jawaii has 2 sisters! Her younger sister, Hakai, and her older sister Roe. Hakai is an absolute sweet lil cinnamon roll child while Roe keeps more to herself and is pretty chill. -when bnha was first gaining traction on tumblr, it was all art of Tsuyu. I have no idea why. People were talking about the funky frog lesbian superhero anime. Maybe it was just the people I was following, maybe it was a general trend, but I LOVED her design!!! my fav color and frogs r super cute!!! And I already loved superhero media, so I was like. I’ll watch it. For Her. SO. FROPPY IS THE REASON I WATCHED/READ BNHA. I went in thinking she was the protag and I was sooo confused when Izuku was... tbh I still think it’d be more interesting if she was lmaooo aus where? ...seriously if anyone has good aus where this is the case send them LOL

-I don’t actually feel that bad abt what Shigaraki’s doing. I still feel bad for him. -HOW DID TOGA GET SO GOOD AT FIGHTING? We know she’s been on the run since middle school or so, but good enough to pin Deku down after he’s been formally trained at a ~hero school~ for a while? (she pinned him TWICE I think, once when his arms were messed up, but, the other time as Camie, so? AND THEN WAS ONE OF THE 100 PEOPLE TO GO THRU TO THE 2ND ROUND OF THAT? even tho she didn’t bc she had to leave) good enough to beat Aizawa in a fight and stab him? A professional hero and teacher for YEARS? Is that seriously just street training??? Can people acknowledge how amazing her combat skills and reflexes are??? More Toga appreciation when?? Also her backstory??? SO subversive and incredible, hate when people reduce her to just a ~typical anime yandere~ :/

-Tomura doing stuff with his hands/fingers to train his quirk!!! And to learn to be careful with it!! obv I’m a Big Fan of him playing piano to do this and video games are prob the canon answer, but like, guitar or any stringed instrument that requires Hands would work too. Or knitting/sewing? EMBROIDERING? ??? Please, let me give you the mental image of him knitting aggressively while mentally scheming, watching a twitch streamer or smth too while doing it. (Doing stuff with your hands is a great way to let your mind come up with creative stuff, that’s how I come up with writing/drawing ideas 70% of the time)

-Tomura actually PREFERS cutesty, relaxing games. I mean, he does fighting and bloody stuff irl, games are a way to relax...he’ll play shooters and gta type games with The Lads, but. on his own?? animal crossing. pokemon. kirby games. mario. zelda. BIG ZELDA FAN (not saying this bc I, personally, am biased, but,) slime rancher, stardew valley, funny simulator games... he really enjoys those :”) God forbid he has a kid bc they’re 100% getting named after a viddy game character unless someone can talk him out of it LOL. Toga and Tomura are that animal crossing /doom meme where she’d be asking for doom and him asking for animal crossing :”)

-Bits and pieces of Before are kinda stuck in Kurogiri’s brain, but like. mostly useless stuff the doctor didn’t care about removing. Like, types of clouds. So Tomura kinda picks up on stuff like that. He can just look at clouds and tell you what type they are because Kurogiri used to take him up to high places in the city and point them out to calm Tomura down from a panic attack when he was younger. He can tell you if the sky looks like it’ll rain with a 80% accuracy rate too. 

-Kurogiri left food out for kitties in the alley beside the bar. They weren’t allowed in for Health Reasons (it IS a bar with sanitation standards!!) And Tomura really wouldn’t stop it or encourage it either way so long as Kurogiri did his job, but occasionally would stand outside with Kurogiri and just watch the kitties from a distance. If any approached he’d go back in (lowkey afraid he’d hurt them by touching them :( ) They kinda kept that between them tho, bc they both Know AFO is a big bag of dicks and no fun

-people have pointed out how similar aizawa and tomura look. this was 100% the intention. tomura has a hatecrush on him. THIS IS SO FUNNY AND HORRIBLY AWKWARD FOR KUROGIRI LMAO

-Sako??? Mr. Dramatic?? Opera fan. Drama kid. Like, obviously, but. Really. He is. I feel like he can speak a dozen languages. I also feel like he used to be an overachiever but got too ambitious. He was def some kind of leader at one point of a diff Group or something that fell apart. I LOVE how creative he is with his quirk and the magician theme??? incredible. I don’t show him enough love but I Love Clowns :o)

-I don’t care what their canon heights are. Spinner and Dabi? short kings. My height hcs are (tallest to shortest) Kurogiri, Twice, Sako (who also has heels on his boots and a tall hat, keep in mind), Tomura, Magne (Tomura and Magne are about the same height imo) Toga, Spinner, Dabi. LISTEN. Dabi has short energy. Sorry. it’s true tho

-This is a semi-popular hc I think bc I KNOW I’ve seen it before, but Dabi having Terrible Vision and needing glasses is so so good. (seriously, with burns THAT close to his eyeballs, how could he not?) 

-he tries to be a tough loner coolguy. you’d think he’d smoke, but I hc his ‘weak constitution’ comes with weak lungs (esp from years of a flame quirk?? inhaling smoke over so much time is SO bad for you, most people who die in fires actually die of smoke inhalation...) so he’s got like, an inhaler, can’t smoke, actually gets carsick, needs glasses, overuses quirk to save friends constantly, likes napping, a little awkward and rude. Tomura put him in charge of the vanguard so he’s smart, and good with strategies too, like a nerd. this is the Dabi I wanna see, not the popular fandom version of him tbh also step on hawks one more time sir :”)

-I wish all the lov fics weren’t?? villain!deku like I said earlier, but also, chatfics? I have nothing against them but most of them are just a bombardment of Memes with NO PLOT!!! Listen. text/chatfics CAN have plot and be an interesting way to tell a story. I almost want to write one just to show what I mean...

speaking leopets drama i was thinking what i have done because after reading that user post when i prefer to not naming and I prefer that you investigate for yourselves but I warn you not to harrassing, insult or attack the user and she was right, although if I only made things worse but hey I'm not going to give up I felt bad and I kept thinking about bad things that I did all these years that I can't believe so I had to control myself and try to do the bad things that I did again, and is my faulth to ruin the Leopets community because my bad content i did before and my mental sick thingy,when im not longer a sick person now and im stopping making zoophile and pedophile stuff yeah... #RelationshipGoals || Favorite Couple || WAVEN! WAVEN! WAVEN! This couple means so much to me. I dedicated pretty much all my time to these two. They’re my favorite couple I’ve ever written, and the only couple I not only want to continue writing after they get together, but follow them through the rest of their lives and journey together. They’re the perfect couple in my eyes and I genuinely fear I’ll never love a couple as much as I love them.

Let’s Celebrate! || Favorite Holiday || So I’ve never really done holidays or seasons in my stories before, and I just started with these past few posts of the fall season. I just posted my scene for the day before Thanksgiving and decorating for Christmas was so much fun! I’ll be doing a small time skip with a montage of the holiday festivities of the Morris’ and Bradley’s and I can’t wait! I also just love Kirby and Maddie in this shot, as both of those are dogs I’ve had (Maddie is still alive and kickin it tho) and it really shows their personalities even though they never knew each other in real life.

Tbh Wade is the one in the relationship that started doing everything with his left hand just so people would ask about his wife LMAO boy’s wanted to marry her since they were kids

Treat Yo’Self! || Fave CC Creator || I’m an alpha hair and preset SLUT, Haven is made with mostly presets, and I loved this hair by @antosims so much I changed Haven’s hair mid-scene lol, and the retextures by @shimydim literally save my life.

Competitive Spirit || Favorite CAS Challenge || I LOVED making over my old sims, and Sawyer here was my absolute favorite to do. I think she’s so gorgeous but at the same time still looks like her original self even though she’s completely different. She’s so pretty I only changed her lip shape a tiny bit and everything else was skin details.

Sharing Is Caring || Favorite Collaboration || My favorite collaboration is absolutely any Havinch scene I do with @cosmosim! Finch is such an important part of my story and Haven’s arc, and his friendship has had such a big influence on the plot. Our roleplays get a little crazy sometimes LOL but they are always fun and such a great way for us to connect our characters. One day me and Grace will write a canon couple that will actually end up together cause tour characters always have such amazing chemistry.

I loved loved LOVED this challenge and really encourage everyone to try it!

The following June 6th at 6:20 am,  a tiny baby is born that they named Andrea Seylah Mikaelson-Kirby. 

Addy was closer to four years older when Andi was born and Hope said no more. Why mess with perfection after two beautiful girls? She still hadn’t gotten that green eyed baby that she kept hoping for but Landon always did like her eyes and was happy. He didn’t care that it wasn’t a boy. 

Also, Andrea’s announcement was really a shock for Landon because Hope told him during sex and it just sort of slipped out.

Irish twins. Annika Rebekah Mikaelson-Kirby was born on May 2nd at  9: 43 am and Hope really said they were done. Three kids was enough for her to handle. this one had those green eyes that she loved on Landon

"Irish twins" is an outdated term used to describe two children born to the same mother in the same calendar year or within 12 months of each other. Irish triplets are when three children are born to the same mother within three years.

Landon was told about Annika during a one on one romantic dinner and the man chocked on his dinner. 

Adelina is 18, Andi 15, Annika 14 when the last kid shows up. Atlas James  Mikaelson-Kirby born at 3:40 am on November 1st. Named after his daddy with the middle name as all their kids have names that mean something, somewhere at least.

Hope pushed Landon off the bed when she told him she was pregnant the last time. Not exactly happy because this one couldn’t come at the worst time. With a granddaughter on the way, Hope didn’t want to take any attention off her daughter but well, let’s just say plans never go well with them

Me, watching the cursed Inhumans show in few minutes and Triton got shot while Black Bolt and Medusa are having sexy time: I can't, I can't keep up with the show anymore

This is bad, I can tell the show is bad in these few minutes No I'll finish it in spite

And Medusa ignored the important call because they are having sex I can understand why the audience rooted for Maximus at first

Now for 4 minutes? The sexy time is ended but I got really cheap CGI cityscape The show is worse than I expected

The city of Attilan is uglier than any brutalist apartment And the lunascape scene looks like a Play Station 2 game, not even 3, PS2 Maximus' first appearance looks so... basic, if I didn't know he's Max I thought him one of the citizens

I really feel sorry for those actors, they are doing their job amazingly but the writing and costumes and setting and CGI and props are bad, so bad, stupidly bad

The X-Men and the Royal family didn't suffer for this

8 minutes and here we go, eugenics shit against one of their family members? And were you expecting I'm going to root for the royal family, writers?? It's really bad... I'm watching the show only 10 minutes and it already makes me hate the show

Well, no one sans Max willing to engage the boy that seems gets nothing from terrigenesis, even the boy suddenly collapsing and having a seizure on the floor... wow, so cold. While Crystal is fawning over that cheep CGI butterfly wing girl, you are so basic, Crys

The actor of Maximus really had the charisma and the charm in his acting, alas the plot and the writing are so bad

Oh Max starts his "revolution" as a pep talk to lower caste people, and he's smol, smoler than the boy, so smol, they got  the actor that could represent him perfectly but Marvel was stupid so they gave him that boring superhero movie black leather and ugly facial hairs instead of iconic Jack Kirby armors or evil mad scientist lab coat

In dinner or lunch or idk, Karnak is being rude and gross out of nowhere to a female servant, and I can't understand what did the showrunner want to describe by the scene

He and Gorgon are dicks to people without any reason

Yeah, and only asian man being a dick to a white lady out of nowhere.... it seems really... a red flag And only black man being an extremely eugenics scum to his family member is... also... a big red flag

Now Max reveals Triton's death and apparently the mission was secret to even Karnak so BB is getting accused at the dinner table. And BB's excuse is "Oh no you never know he really dead" lmao And he thought it's good to invite nuhumans to the moon because "They are family" while treating your moon people with useless/no power as slaves because of the limitation of the resource? Oh yeah, you go Max, you notice the obvious problem

And BB's answer is "Not now, trust me" Oh yeah, maybe going to Earth is "not now", but "getting nuhumans from earth because they are our family uwu" is also not now imo

It's still over 20 minutes and I can't believe I can find those stupidness from the show easily

Everything in the show looks fake af, but yes Medusa's hair is the worst

Oh no I didn't notice the scene is switching to the flashback scene because the switching sequence is bad, and it means oh no that scene

I'm afraid Max starts wooing Medusa out of nowhere, um...

To be honest it doesn't make any sense in the narrative of the show so far but anything didn't make sense in the show so I can let it go

It's kinda ironic that Max was the one who got precognition power in comics, while he saw the chance in the boy with precog power in the show

Umm, this Iso look-like character is... Auran...?

And Auran got killed by Max(with BB's power) in comics, wow ironic

The scene is supposed to be in the rooftop garden on the palace, but it looks like a patio in a prison.

Then the scene is Oahu island because maybe Triton is there? Wow, nice vacation Triton

While Karnak is playing with a moon rover and guarding people are like "Hey, king Maximus' order, bitch!" and Karnak is like "king Maximus? ... oh shit" lmao

Wow, Max, you are the one who made those humans shoot Triton? And now you are trying to kill Gorgon? ... well, this Gorgon has been an extremely eugenicist scum to you and never stop being a dick, I can't blame you about Gorgon in the narrative, go ahead

And those henchmen are really incompetent, where are the suspense and drama

Karnak: Maximus betrayed us and the royal guards with him Gorgon: wtf I'm the head of the royal guards Wow Gorgon, apparently you have no popularity with them...

Now the royal guards are trying to get Medusa and a fight scene begin... the CGI on her hair is soooo hideous, it's almost comedic And playing "Paint It Black"? Seriously???

Finally someone in the royal guard uses their power to take down the target instead of attacking people like humans that they are disregarding

TBH Medusa's line here sounds really... stupid... he's committing a coup against your husband, do you think he would mind of your feelings about your hair??? And BB makes a scene in the middle of Honolulu, and Lockjaw just disappeared before things got into a big mess, bad dog

Crys can contact Medusa because Auran just dropped her comlink and leave it? Those people are supposed to be elite guards but they are so incompetent, even can't hold their childish princess Oh apparently it was Auran's plot to catch Medusa, much better

Medusa stubbed Auran with a pocket knife... isn't she supposed to be an elite royal guard!? Why everyone is stupid and weakass Medusa takes a comlink from Auran and tells BB she'll find him and kill Max, with tearful eyes, but I even don't feel any sympathy toward those slave owners... especially to that king who tried to invite more people while many people under his rule are already suffering the overpopulation...

And the mine scene... they are supposed to be a civilization with highly advanced tech, but they have to use their own bare hands and simple tool for mining? What about letting them use more safe and effective machines? Is it too much to ask?

Oh yes, they have no tech guy other than Maximus, apparently. This was why they depend on his technology for their city defense even he'd use it for his future coup(and show!Max is not a tech guy here, so they don't have any tech guy apparently)

Okay, I can see what they wanted to do. Jenkins and Lee's Inhumans second series and Hines' Silent War. I can see many references from those comics. But they couldn't make any coherent plot and story from them.

The showrunner thought their version was "more complicated, more real, and more compelling version" than comic Max and miserably failed because they wanted to do Inhumans vol.2 and Silent War and the very core part of the story is "Max has a point but his twisted mind and impulsiveness made his execution totally bad" It's sad that Once and Future Kings haven't written before their production This is why you are the worst showrunner in the MCU, mister Buck

So... this Auran has healing factor... she doesn't have anything that makes her Auran but okay...

I finished Episode 1 & 2, it feels like eternity

I finally finished posting all my AX2019 figure photos and crunchtime crafts to my art blog. So I thought I could return to my "Waiting for Ryuji" photo project today.  But instead of shooting photos, I spent like 3 hours writing more of the script, including re-watching some Persona 5 playthroughs to remind me how to keep some things in character.  So now it's getting late and I'll have to postpone the actual figure photos until tomorrow.  But I think that if I shoot 5 photos per day, I can get back up to date in a week.  And considering I'm almost 2 months behind on this daily photo project, 5 per day doesn't sound bad.  I'll have to return to more pantomiming photos to save time...But I wrote all this script...Bleh.  x_x;

8:08 PM 7/21/2019 I already re-watched Persona 5 playthrough clips (of helping Futaba through her hikikomori problems) until I found NicoB part 44's chat about the Hawaii school trip, so I could verify what Ryuji knew about Los Angeles, so I could make my "Waiting for Ryuji" dialogue more aligned to Persona 5 canon.  Now I watched a clip of Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight to verify if Ryuji has a modern gaming console.  This is getting much.  I need to take a break from writing more "Waiting for Ryuji" script and start taking photos.
