i  feel  like  i  should  probably  say  —  as  a  disclaimer!  i  try  to  write  the  narration  in  my  posts  like  it's  an  extension  of  the  muse's  thoughts.  a  lot  of  the  time  it's  meant  to  convey  this  feeling  of  being  a  stream  of  consciousness  of  whatever  is  running  through  al's  head  at  that  moment,  just  rephrased  to  be  in  third  person.  i  think  that's  something  a  lot  of  people  tend  to  do  —  but  i  only  bring  it  up  to  say  if  the  narration  seems  particularly  biased  /  prone  to  making  assumptions  or  blanket  statements,  that's  literally  just  because  al  is  a  haughty  jerk  who  basically  thinks  he's  always  objectively  correct.
