An urgent text had been sent out to Josh Goldmann not long after Gabriela had finished her discussions with John. She needed to debrief, she needed to get everything off her chest, she needed a friend. There was nobody else best suited, not when Josh knew everything about Jack already, she wouldn’t have to waste time telling that story before she started explaining the rest. The knock on her apartment door pulled her focus, knowing there was only one person it could be. “It’s open.” She called out, moving towards her living room with a beer in each hand. “You’re going to need this -” she started, holding it out towards him, had cocking towards the sofa. “- and to sit down.” Moving to the couch herself, she folded her legs under her, took a long sip of her beer, and began. “Jason’s been arrested.
