... thinking about how ren deliberately tries to make himself as small of an inconvenience to people as possible.
#𝟎𝟎𝟒 : 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥. ◟ hc .◝#( i'm not talking about situations where he WANTS to be difficult. because he can be absolutely insufferable if he feels so inclined )#( it's one of those traits that come as part of his default personality package bc the kabukimono & Head Empty ™️ were like that too. )#( he's so quick to reassure he won't touch anything. so quick to refuse more than the bare minimum of what he needs. )#( refuses to take any supplies that may go to someone who actually requires food / water bc he knows he can live without them. )#( he tries to make himself as unobtrusive as possible. and it's not out of any sort of shyness. )#( he's a quiet person at his core but he isn't /timid./ )#( he doesn't want to overcomplicate things. the more he genuinely likes someone the less he wants to trouble them. )#( the more he feels compelled to do things FOR them while insisting on the tiniest scraps in return. )#( acts of service love language: unhealthy edition )#( even w/ how he lives he's very frugal he doesn't seek out more than a handful of simple pleasures )
