i wont update unless someone is willing to provide screenshots of the UI i can translate, as currently i dont plan to keep this game

1. after downloading the app through qooapp or a jpn itunes account (look up how to make one, if you cant find ANYTHING ill make a seperate guide), itll take you to the start screen n youll need to wait for it to download. if it doesnt make it past 100%, you’re most likely out of space for it, so clear some up or give up from here

2. i think this is a data transfer screen next?? if you dont have any data, press the bottom right button “**する” and itll take you to the next thing

see this? its 11 pm and im fucking mad no one set up a fucking tutorial because i cant read most japanese without a dictionary. this is a region selection (hokkaido, osaka, that type of regions. yeah.) i think you can pick anything if you live out of the states unless theres region specific stuff, so go ahead. you can google japan regions for their names if you wanna pick a specific one

4. next itll take you to the generic rhythm game timing thing. left button is no to skip it, right button is yes to do it (recommended if you want good accuracy, but you can do this later if you really need it) 

5. next pick ur fave, right is as per usually the “yes” option so once u do tht boom

after this, should be the rhythm game section. for regular/not colored rings, tap. for things with arrows, slide/flick to the direction its pointing. and for rainbows, hold until you get to the last ring. the timing, rather than tapping a note when it hits a circle, you tap when the circle either when it reaches the edge of the screen, or when the player model passes over it (im unsure, so if anyones willing to lmk the right answer hmu and ill add it) . it also talks about after the rings, theres some misc stuff. some cards have a skill that can only be unlocked if you pass that. you will either have to draw something, or spell out a word (the crowd will cheer it, so if you cant understand japanese in the slightest, this will be really hard to do, but i can attempt to help if i find out all the words. also, if you CAN read hiragana but have bad listening skills, it’ll still be hard.

when done with that, you’ll get a R card of the boy you picked

after this, it should be sort of “figure it out as you go,” but i can try to help with basics if needed.

i dont intend to translate dialogue from this game unless it gets my interest (im fixating on kak.upuri right now) so please dont come to me for translations, either. 

i will gladly translate anything that has kakeru in it
