i've been trying to imagine potato recipes that don't involve the oven for the summer to take the place of 'jacket potato with roasted vegetable 'pasta' sauce with grated cheese on top' in my weekly meal rotation, and have come up with 'boil then mash a potato, then the next day cook it in a frying pan, and then you can top THAT with mixed vegetable 'pasta sauce' and grated cheese' - does anyone know if that's a recipe and if so what it's called please

#i might have invented it but i don't know and truly cannot believe that i would be the first person to think of it so i would like to see #how other people are making such an item like when you look at flatbreads that were invented all around the world (:#'why don't you look up recipes b' it is a bit soul destroying due to the amount of foods i cannot eat (symptoms syndromes) as i'm not a #good enough cook to make good substitutions in most cases :P it's easier to imagine a recipe with ingredients i *can* eat and then #it might suck and i'll iterate on it for a few weeks in which time i eat a bunch of yuck meals BUT i get there! or i don't :P
