y’know it was total bullshit that I had to get a whole new suit for grade twelve... I’ll just say prom because they didn’t call it a formal because that was too common for that horrid place. because wearing the same jacket twice would’ve been further social suicide since posh eighteen-year-olds are some of the worst people about
