quick note: i use satyr and faun interchangeably for myself, but default to "satyr" out of habit when writing

anyway

i want to talk more about being a satyr sometimes, but i feel like my experience will largely be unrelatable to other satyrs and fauns because in addition to being a general folklore satyr, i'm also two types of satyrs from specific fictional sources. and one of them is definitely pretty outside of the normal experiences of being a satyr because it incorporates so much of that world's specific form of rules and societal formation and also i had gods-damned claws and fangs/unusually sharp canine teeth that i don't ever see anyone else discussing unless it's in relation to a non-satyr kintype
