some people have so much rain rot from capitalism that it's terminal i s2g. reading a discussion about a guy charging money for a mod list - a mod list! dude didn't even make any of the free mods on the list he just picked and chose which ones which again are all free for download to include - and people are justifying it by saying "if you're going to squeeze money out of people may as well provide something in return."

idk here's a radical take: maybe we shouldn't be fucking squeezing people for money, especially if the thing we're using to get that money is free content that we didn't make ourselves that we're paywalling because we're an asshole
