Things about double dee being trans in the show;

His "middle name" is Marian which is a little odd for a boy's name, and he's also extremely embarrassed and ashamed of it (which leads me to believe that's actually his dead name)

Activity might be sporadic due to a new short term job that’s going to be from 9/10 am to 5-7 pm at night, central time, sometimes 10 hours shifts might be a thing and then I have my move at the beginning of May, so i’ll mostly be evenings now until then! BAGHEERA BASICALLY BOUGHT A SPOT FOR BABY MOWGLI IN THE WOLF PACK BY BRINGING THEM A SLAIN WATER BUFFALO. HE LITERALLY DID TAKE HIM FOR WALKS LITERALLY EVERY DAY AND CHIT CHATTED ALL THE TIME AND HE LOVED HIM SO MUCH THAT HE WAS WILLING TO LET MOWGLI GO TO PROTECT HIM FROM SHERE KHAN
