En bouche on a un vin rosé avec une belle rondeur et une belle fraîcheur emmenée par des notes d'agrumes (citron, pomélos) puis des arômes de pêche jaune et fraise des bois. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur une belle tension et quelques notes florales qui appelle d'autres verres.

Domaine familial, depuis 5 générations, pour les amoureux de bonnes choses et des sensations vraies. Dans nos vins, issus de l'agriculture Biologique, le caractère frais du climat du Luberon, SUD mais pas trop !

Le domaine Le Novi est dans notre famille depuis 5 générations.Romain & Jean Claude cultivent une vingtaine d'hectares en agriculture biologique, sur la commune de la Tour d'Aigues, exclusivement plantée en cépages méridionaux au nombre de 12 (40% cépages Blanc et 60% cépages Rouge). Dans leurs vins issus en grande partie de terroir de Safres ou Grès Tendres, Ils cherchent à exprimer le caractère frais du climat du Luberon, terroir tardif de la Vallée du Rhône !

Family estate, for 5 generations, for lovers of good things and true sensations. In our wines, from organic farming, the fresh character of the Luberon climate, SOUTH but not too much!

The Le Novi estate has been in our family for 5 generations. Romain & Jean Claude cultivate around twenty hectares in organic farming, in the commune of La Tour d'Aigues, exclusively planted with 12 southern grape varieties (40% white grape varieties). and 60% Red grape varieties). In their wines, mostly from the terroir of Safres or Grès Tendres, they seek to express the fresh character of the climate of the Luberon, a late terroir of the Rhône Valley!

In bocca abbiamo un vino rosato con una bella rotondità e una bella freschezza guidati da note agrumate (limone, pomelo) poi aromi di pesca gialla e fragolina di bosco. Una buona lunghezza in bocca con un finale su una bella tensione e alcune note floreali che richiedono altri bicchieri.

La tenuta Le Novi è di proprietà della nostra famiglia da 5 generazioni Romain & Jean Claude coltivano una ventina di ettari in agricoltura biologica, nel comune di La Tour d'Aigues, piantati esclusivamente con 12 vitigni del sud (40% vitigni a bacca bianca). e 60% vitigni a bacca rossa). Nei loro vini, per lo più provenienti dal terroir di Safres o Grès Tendres, cercano di esprimere il carattere fresco del clima del Luberon, un terroir tardivo della Valle del Rodano!

En bouche, on a un vin avec une belle attaque fruitée. Sur des arômes de pommes, melons, pêche blanche. Une longueur en bouche moyenne, avec une finale acidulée sur des notes de groseilles à maquereau.

📜En résumé📜 :

Après un nez et un début de bouche expressive, je reste un peu sur ma faim avec une longueur en bouche assez courte. Cependant, cette cuvée reste quand même un beau rapport qualité prix, un bon Glouglou qui se boit facilement.

Voici les valeurs auxquelles nous sommes attachés et qui nous unissent au quotidien.

NOTRE AVENTURE COMMENCE à la fin des années 1990, lorsque Jean-François Réaud imagine la création d'un collectif innovant et participatif réunissant des vignerons de la Rive Droite de Bordeaux. Depuis maintenant plus de vingt ans, nous sommes unis dans un élan de solidarité et dans le respect de trois valeurs communes entraide, qualité et environnement.

NOUS FONCTIONNONS suivant un modèle hybride, juste équilibre entre coopérative, négoce et vignerons indépendants. Préservés sous une bannière commune, chacun de nous voit son identité protégée et son travail rémunéré à sa juste valeur, quelques soient les aléas économiques et climatiques, nous permettant de concentrer nos efforts dans une dynamique d'amélioration constante de la qualité de nos vins.

NOS DOMAINES ont fait de la conscience écologique un cheval de bataille, oeuvrant dans le respect total de l'environnement. Nous avons placé la préservation des équilibres naturels au coeur de notre association singulière.

L'ensemble des membres de notre collectif est certifié HVE3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale Niveau III, le plus haut niveau) et plus de 60% des vins du collectif sont en agriculture biologique et/ou biodynamique ou en conversion à l'agriculture biologique. Nous ne nous arrêterons pas là et nous voulons rassembler d'ici 2025, 2/3 des vins du collectif en agriculture biologique et/ou biodynamique ou en conversion à l'agriculture biologique.

DE LA CULTURE DE LA VIGNE À L'EMBOUTEILLAGE,

la proximité de nos terroirs a permis le partage d'outils viti-vinicoles performants mais aussi un échange de connaissances sans précédent. Tous ancrés dans la Rive Droite du vignoble girondin, nous avons pour ambition de faire connaitre au plus grand nombre l'intimité de ce fleuron du Bordelais. De Blaye à Libourne, nous voulons vous faire découvrir le vignoble de demain : celui de ces coteaux dynamiques et authentiques,

After a nose and an expressive start to the palate, I remain a little unsatisfied with a fairly short length in the mouth. However, this cuvée is still a good value for money, a good Gluglou that is easy to drink.

OUR ADVENTURE BEGINS at the end of the 1990s, when Jean-François Réaud imagined the creation of an innovative and participative collective bringing together winegrowers from the Right Bank of Bordeaux. WE OPERATE according to a hybrid model, the right balance between cooperative, trade and winegrowers

Al palato abbiamo un vino con un bel attacco fruttato. Su aromi di mele, meloni, pesca bianca. In bocca di media lunghezza, con un finale sapido su note di uva spina.

Dopo un naso e un inizio espressivo al palato, rimango un po' insoddisfatto di una lunghezza in bocca abbastanza breve. Tuttavia questa cuvée ha comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, un buon Gluglou di facile beva.

🍷 Alcuni abbinamenti enogastronomici possibili con questa cuvée 🍷: Pasta al pesto, merluzzo al burro bianco, filetti di sgombro, ostriche, aringhe alla griglia....

PIÙ CHE UN MODELLO ECONOMICO, il nostro approccio è una filosofia e si può riassumere in una parola: etica.

Il NOSTRO MOVIMENTO si basa su questa nozione di etica del viticoltore.

Ecco i valori a cui siamo legati e che ci uniscono quotidianamente.

LA NOSTRA AVVENTURA COMINCIA alla fine degli anni '90, quando Jean-François Réaud immagina la creazione di un collettivo innovativo e partecipativo che riunisca i viticoltori della riva destra di Bordeaux. Da più di vent'anni siamo uniti in uno spirito di solidarietà e nel rispetto di tre valori comuni: mutuo soccorso, qualità e ambiente.
