And then I go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like-

“I love you.”

The three words slipped from Bakugo’s lips before he could think.

Eight letters.

Three words.

One fucked up horrible shitty mistake. He should really try to salvage it, backtrack and explain himself or something right? That he didn’t just say “I love you.” That Katsuki was talking about the stars right? 

Right! 

He loved the stars. 

He loved the way they twinkled against a canvas of black - most if not all of them just ghosts, alive in your eyes, but in reality they were dead. Dwarf stars, neutron stars… black holes…  Stars who had burnt up all of their lives and disintegrated into a hollow shell.

Maybe he felt like a star. Bright and hot - but simultaneously small and dead at the same time. 

So maybe he was talking about how much he loved the stars.

Or maybe Katsuki was talking about how much he loved the look on your face when you stared up at them - oh how he wished that you would stare up at him with such fondness.

Maybe Katsuki was talking about how much he loved it when you would sleepily trudge into his room every night, claiming you couldn’t sleep and then join him at his balcony to stare up at the sky.

Maybe Katsuki was talking about how much he loved it when you ranted about your shared love for them.

Maybe Katsuki was talking about how much he loved it when he pretended not to know these things. Just so he could hear all of the information spilling from your lips.

‘Hey Katsuki. Did you know that…’

‘Hey I bet you don’t know this one but…’

‘Okay okay this one’s super interesting but did you know…’

Yes.

Yes he knew.

But please God, please tell him again.

It was like he could fall asleep to your voice, he was addicted to it - addicted to you.

Maybe he was in love with you.

Maybe…

“I love you?” 

You turned to look at him, confusion creasing your brows as he quickly looked up. Katsuki had to come clean, he couldn’t continue digging his grave like this.

“I… I love you.”

He whispered under his breath.

A sleepy smile spread across your lips, a small giggle escaping your lips. God the sound of your laugh was his most favourite thing.

Katsuki stared at the stars, flushing a brighter red when he felt your head drop onto his shoulder. Hesitantly he reached around to wrap his arm around your waist. “I love you.” You whispered back.

Katsuki felt his heart thrum in between his ribs.

A giddy smile tugged at his lips.

He's begging already and you haven't even touched him at all yet. From the moment Bakugou walked into the private room, he saw you sipping on a glass of wine and he felt himself getting hard. God are you hot.

So when you had put down the glass and told him to sit on your lap, he didn't hesitate. Usually he would but with your good looks and seemingly stoic demeanor, a voice in his head told him to not deny the offer of a good night. At least he's getting paid right?

He's kidding himself. He knows that he's a whore and would do the same exact thing for free if it's with you.

"are you usually like this for all your clients? A dumb slut?"

He shakes his head at you. Though he's telling the truth, it doesn't seem like it considering his job and where you two are currently. With a leg on both sides of your body, he feels something poking through your pants and to his ass. He has to force himself to not whine out loud.

"n-no... just for y-you"

It's for the money, he keeps telling himself. That that's why he's acting so bold. But he knows he's lying. Shit, he probably drank too much earlier. Yeah, that's why he's acting this way.

It's not like he's already addicted to you and your touches or anything.

He feels you put your hands on his bare thighs, giving them a squeeze before they travel to his ass (giving that a squeeze too) until they reach the part of his waist where his shirt had rode up previously, making him shiver from your rather cold hands. Or maybe it's just because his body is hot all over.

Doesn't matter. He loves it either way.

"then why are you already hard? Kinda hard to miss back there when you were up on stage." Bakugou flushes even more but decides to stay silent, his eyes darting down to your lips every couple seconds.

Its until one of your hands sneakily makes it way up to his neck and push his head down towards yours that he lets out a whimper, eyes closing shut. His lips are almost touching yours and he hopes you don't hear his loud heartbeat. The way you're pulling on the strands of hair on his neck doesn't help either. He has to hold back whines each time.

He can't help but grind down against your lap, slowly to test the waters. He holds back from letting out a whimper. But as he's about to do it for the second time, he feels your other hand that's still on his waist squeeze his side, making him halt him movements.

"well, how about you put on a show for me first and i'll decide what happens afterwards."

Trying to make a dramatic, swift, exit after getting into it with your boyfriend in the lobby of your building was a whole lot harder when you had to wait for a damn elevator.

You lived on the 15th floor and we were not about to climb up all those steps in your stilettos after the day you just had. Nope. Not. Happening. You stood with your arms folded, plump lips set in a straight line, and eyes looking straight forward refusing to even turn around and see if Katsuki was still here.

The bell finally rang and the doors slid open for you. Once inside, you let out a slow breath, and allowed your shoulders to relax. It was just a dumb fight. You’d call him in the morning, he’d be grumpy, and show up to your work with flowers since he was absolutely awful at apologizing.

Except this time, he wasn’t waiting until tomorrow. This time, the moment the elevator doors closed, he took to the stairs. He took them two, sometimes three at a time, and wasn’t even out of breath by the time he stepped foot on your floor.

He walked by the elevator and saw the number 11 light up. Your apartment was just around the corner and he leaned against your door just as the bell chimed to signal your arrival.

He heard those heels coming and your sharp, “what the— how?!”

“Stairs.”

“15 flights of them, Katsuki!”

“Did double that for my warm up this morning. Don’t act like it’s so big deal.”

You huffed and shoved him to the side with your shoulder to unlock the door when two big strong arms wrapped around your waist, squeezing you a little. “‘M sorry,” he mumbled.

“What was that?”

He grumbled and pinched your side for pushing his buttons but he said it again, “I am sorry for being a stubborn ass.”

A smile started to push up the corner of your lips. “Mmhm, what are you gonna do to make up for it?”

His smile was warm against your neck, “Lemme in and I’ll show you.” And his fingers were already pulling down the zipper of your dress, searing kisses placed to the newly exposed skin.

The key twists as you chuckled quietly. “You know you don’t have to start a fight every time you wanna fuck me.”

You blinked and he scooped you up bridal style to carry you inside. “I’ll try remembering that.”

But even you had to admit… it was kinda fun.

just thinking about Bakugou comforting you with cuddles when you're feeling icky (aka me rn)

wether you're listening to music and curled up in bed crying, or if your just in scilence, he can always tell what you need. wether it be cuddles, food, time to relax, he somehow knows.

When youre curled up, music blaring your thoughts away, and crying as if water is the only thing taking up your head, he would get all the things to spend the night with you (water, meds for your inevitable post-headache, phones on chargers just incase) and will curl up, either behind you to shell you off and tighten his arms around you. or he'll cover you up in front of you, shieling your face from the world and let you cry into his chest.

if you've gone silent, he'll definitely take your chores away from you, and plop you down on the couch with your comfort show. he'll finish any chore you were working on and lay on your chest as your own personal weighted blanket. he'll refuse to get up (unless you need to pee or get water) until you're feeling better or you end up falling asleep.

BKDK FUSION PART ONE: Child version

Okay I personally think this fusion was very fun to make and draw but MAN THAT EXPLOSION TOOK MY AGES TO FIGURE OUT SO PLEASE APPRECIATE IT 😭😭

In my Au, fusions with children are usually very volatile and such, and they stabilise as you get older, but this boy is special because he's really stable for his age, and also the first fusion in his whole year group at school, so he was seen as super cool. Also I imagine that he sees both Inko, Mitsuki & Masaru as his parents bc yk, and he's practically the kid they're all co-parenting. When they fused for the first time Inko cried and Masaru took so so so many pictures.

Izuku has a natural effect of strengthening people's quirks in fusions, which is one of his Fusion Traits. (I'll talk about this in another post. When I do, I'll link it here.) So he has super powerful explosions, with a green/orange colour, probably because of copper or another compound in the explosion. (Copper causes green flames.) And they look a little like fireworks, hence the nickname Firecracker.

When he shows up people are like "here comes the firecracker..." after Mitsuki called him that once, and it has now become a common nickname and a stand in till he chooses a name.

Izuku and Katsuki always take some time to brainstorm names together, and they're trying to decide on the coolest name ever. Until Izuku was diagnosed quirkless. They never fused again, and never talked about a name after that. If Izuku even mentioned it afterward he'd get an explosion to the face. Nobody really forgot it, including their parents, but they don't really mention it as fusion is a sore spot for both of them now.
