Of course he had been proven wrong in the past at least while within the fog... So when Jake sat beside them, putting something in his lap and kissed his cheek; they blinked a bit before letting out a soft breath.

🍕Dwight had just gotten back from a trial- seems he was being put through a lot these days since for once he didn’t feel the cold call of the Entity drawing him back into another trial. He was a bit worn out but he would manage, he was making his way towards the warmth of the fire when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him, drawing them back. It took them a moment to recognize who’s arms it was before sagging against them lightly.

🍕Not many people know this, but Dwight has a tattoo of his old dog’s pawprints on the inside of his forearm. The dog in question being a golden retriever named Sunny, she was his first dog and unfortunately died due stomach complications. He never forgot her.

His wounds were slowly starting to heal now that he was closer to the fire. They made their way over before taking a seat, a soft sigh left them. Taking a moment to relax, they let their eyes sweep over the campfire. Although they paused for a moment when they landed on Steve, the other was talking to Kate about something but all they could focus on was their forearms. They were quick to shake their head, pulling their eyes away from him when he realized he was staring.
