Not a human name but look at this calligraphy from the liquor store! It says 月乃井 or Tsuki-no-I, literally, "the well of the moon." Which is a beautiful name for sake!

月 means moon or month (or Monday). It's read つき, ゲツ, or ガツ.

乃 is new to this blog! It's the source of both の and ノ. (It actually has no as both kun-yomi and on-yomi.) Its other readings are すなわ.ち, なんじ, ナイ, ダイ, or アイ. It can mean from, whereupon, or accordingly. Archaically, it's used as the possessive particle の, like it is here.

井 means well, or sometimes town or community. It's read い, セイ, or ショウ.
