珍しく俺から誘った日。結局電話し始めてから「出来るゲーム全然なくね？」ってなった日。黒ひげ危機一発が超楽しかった日。どうやったら1桁で負けられるかを必死に考えてオセロをやった日。何年もずっと一緒にいるし仲良くしてるのに、実はお互いのこと全然知らないし、ふたりで電話とかゲームとかしないから、なんか新鮮で楽しかったなー。ただ、いつ廉が俺の本物のストーカーになるか、時間の問題すぎてかなり怖い。「たまさんちのクローゼット開けます！」「部屋に入れてもらえないから玄関の廊下まで！」「じゃあ、玄関！」「…家の前？」あぁ、こわいこわい。俺はストーカーを育て上げないために、今日から努力しなければいけません。仕方ない、これからはもう少し甘やかすか…。

here's a few thingies I've been a fan of

bunpro is another really good resource, they have concise and pretty clear references for basic grammar and a lot of common turns of phrase, along with tons of example sentences and links to other more in depth resources. they also have vocab flashcards based on popular textbooks, but I haven't messed with that much. probably the biggest boost to my reading comprehension outside of the actual class I took back in the day.

wanikani is a good tool for learning kanji & associated vocab, but it's a little pricey. the authors write goofy mnemonics for everything that help a bit with recognizing new characters before you know a lot of words they appear in.

anki is the definitive freeware option for any kind of flashcard based vocab or kanji practice. there's tons of custom decks people have made that emulate other popular services or textbooks, and it's easy to make your own cards for terms you run across in the wild.

you should also do your best to find stuff at your reading level to work through (ideally stuff that is actually interesting to read when possible) in addition to any textbook practice or flashcard resource. and also, if you can find excuses to write, then it's a good idea to do that too.

it's easier to comprehend how a word or phrase is used when you notice it in context a bunch, and I mean, using the language for consuming media and communicating with people is the whole point of learning a language.

here's a few things that help with native material:

tadoku has a bunch of low reading level graded readers (think time 4 kids if you're american) that are good for building comprehension early on. a lot of the early ones don't have kanji, and all of the ones that do also have furigana

yomichan is a browser extension for chrome and firefox that can display definitions/readings of selected text in a tooltip and save a lot of tabbing back and forth between something you're reading and a reference. there's also an android app called wakarichan that does roughly the same thing on mobile. both let you generate flashcards for anki on the fly.

weblio is a huge database of japanese and english sentences that is a lot of help in figuring out the semantics of how something or other ought to be expressed. it's a database search and not a machine translator though, so punching in longer phrases will yield fewer results pretty quickly

mokuro is a very barebones python program that you can feed manga raws to and it'll spit out an html file you can load up in a browser with selectable text to help with looking things up. it's pretty straightforward to use if you can get past the lack of gui

NHK web easy has news articles written at roughly a 3rd or 4th grade reading level. going off JLPT standards I think they aim for around N4? if you're past the point where the early tadoku readers are useful and want to read something other than slice of life manga raws this is a good place to go.

I'm unsure whether it's a good idea to mention directly on tumblr but there's a site that has streams of a lot of anime with japanese subtitles with integrated definition tooltips, anki integration, and a tooooonnnn of other features. it's discussed pretty often in various forums and such, so it shouldn't be hard to find

I can never tell if linking to SA works for people that don't have accounts, but the OP of the japanese language thread has a bunch of other resources to look at.

there's like a million different places to look when trying to learn japanese, but the main thing is just finding something that works and sticking to it. and reading. read native material. find stuff at your reading level and read it. please.

it's poor form to air your petty grievances with someone when it comes out they did something actually bad. save that for companies, like when you learn duolingo removed kanji from its beginner's japanese courses as part of their collab with crunchy roll

だっこを嫌い、呼べば逃げ、最近は何を考えているか分からない顔で床に落ちており、家主ですら意思疎通は困難。しかし朝家主が目覚めると枕シェアによる寄り添いサービスを行っており、一定の愛情はあるもよう。

米をこよなく愛し、炊きたてご飯や準備中の餅米をむしゃむしゃと食べる。また物理的に我が道を行くため多くの物を壊し、実はかなり家主に散財させている。

▲先日、「障害のある人にとってのマイナ保険証とは」というテーマで話す機会がありました。他のニュースに押されて？取り上げられる回数が減っていますが、決して終わった問題ではありません。まとまってというのは初めてだったので、３冊ほど関連する本を手に取りました

▲「政府は必ずウソをつく」ことを改めて実感しました。「肝心なこと・都合の悪いことは言わない／もうかるのは誰」などの言葉が��かび、「無理が通れば道理が引っ込む」方式の政権の怖さ・不誠実さに憤りました。国民の意見を聞く気は全くない事実から話しを始めました

▲狙いは社会保障費削減。社会保障番号検討から遡ると２０年を越える計画です。自己責任の強調・公的責任の放棄、社会保障の市場化・民営化を進め重点化・効率化（給付の絞り込み）につなげることが狙い。情報が集約され、作りだされた個人像から抜け出せない社会につながります

▲目先を変える意図なのか、「新しいカード」の検討も始まりました。けれどそう簡単には行かず、廃止・撤回を求める声は８割近くとなり医療機関の告発が取り上げられることも増えてきました。健康保険証廃止実施まであと１年、声をあげていきましょうと締めくくりました

▲もう一つ強調したのは「カタカナと英語表記の言葉に気をつけて」。他分野でも広がるＤＸは特に危険で、もっともらしい語感の裏に隠された仕掛けが存在しています。ほんとかなと思う人には、「ハンバートハンバート／国語」がお勧め。先日の大阪野音では、歌詞に「インボイス」が入りました

ヒトの基本は「善」でも「悪」でもなく「獣」であって、その上に仮想OSのように倫理的な人格が乗っかっている。 仮想OSを閉じたら「獣」が出てくるけども、それは「獣」が悪いわけじゃなく、仮想OSが必要な場所で仮想OSを閉じたことが不適切だと認識すべきだと僕は思う。 あまり綺麗でない例えで恐縮だが、公共の場で裸になると捕まるのは、公共の場で裸になる行為が罪に問われるからからであって、人間の裸体自体に罪はない。 風呂場で裸になるのは犯罪ではない。 SNSで暴言を吐いて炎上してしまう人の多くは、風呂場と勘違いして公園で裸になった人だと思っている。 皆よってたかって露出狂の裸の醜さばかり叩いているけど、そこじゃないだろう。 正しいツッコミは「ここは風呂場じゃないぞ」でしょう。
