Arashi’s eyes reflected a room.

A rather empty one, she thought, with a clock whims purpose was solely to tell the time and not the minutes and hours you spent together. She could also see a teddy bear, and as she picked it up it’s eyes no longer glimmered and pearls, but just dark dull grey buttons. The scarf on it’s neck was purple, the colour of her eyes.

And oh, how she wishes she could wrap her arms around your waist again and push your heads together as she slowly melts in you — she felt safe when you were in her arms. A silent promise was exchanged to never leave or escape, and the sweet scent of cocktail piano slowly diffused in the air in within the room, as if the air was also gasping over the arrival over a queen and her beloved.

But that promise was no more. No one backed out, yes, but fate was… rather harsh. Arashi could feel her heart shatter into bits once again when she heard a photo frame demolishing into a million bits, the glass all over the picture of a once loving couple, now no more. An elegant crash, and now, no more.

Arashi, reluctant to admit that the shattering of the frame that you once treasured so dearly was because of her sudden rage. The teddy bear was used as the weapon and was also lying lifelessly on the chilly floor.

She blinked. Once. Twice. As if she could still hear your footsteps, and feel your touch — feel your fingers  intertwining, your lips, your cheeks, your everything.

And she stood up, and looked into the mirror. There was a photo, pinned against the wall. ‘Twas a photo of you, smiling at the camera oh-so-brightly, and your eyes, oh those eyes, Arashi gasped —

After you vanished without a trace, after she could not longer see you again —

Description

Chiiyuki was a “miracle” child. Her father, the only outsider on the island, was convinced there was no way fate would permit him and his wife to be blessed with a baby. Yet on that fateful day, a flower bloomed and inside was a small infant who resembled him. The King of the island declared that the Emperor of the Sky and the Emperor of the Soil took pity on the couple. However, the Emperor of the Sky said: “If the father is an outsider, his daughter must be one as well.

While she was able to communicate with plants as all other garden fairies did, Chiiyuki could not access the memories that drifted in the wind. Memories like seeds from afar slipped through her fingers no matter how hard she tried. The King took matters into her own hands and assigned a unique ability to Chiiyuki to ease the aching loneliness. Cheering her on were her friends, from the dream world. Although these creatures from the dream world were shy, they would reveal themselves and play with Chiiyuki in vast seas of red lilies.”

Chiiyuki (小雪) loves the Sunset Savanna. She adores its warmth and the pretty sunsets. Coming from an island cloaked in eternal darkness, bright and colourful skies is a sight she will always treasure.

🌷Cinders is 28, 5’2” tall, indigenous. Enby, uses she/they pronouns (either are fine)

🌷She’s a freelance artist in her spare time. I like to think she and Rafi do little painting challenges together. He tries to sneak her work into his galleries but she always catches him and scolds him.

🌷Big on function over fashion, or comfort over appearance, which Sylus hates LOL he wants her to look pretty and she just wants to chill in some lounge pants qvq

🌷Zayne is always after her for forgetting her meds or not eating properly. Xavier has also been roped into this under the guise of Cinders teaching him how to cook.

🌷Sylus updated Mephisto with a glucose tracker so he can see when Cinders’ sugar is running low and sends her snacks and candy just before it gets too bad.

🌷Zayne also has a personal stash of Cinders candy because he knows how she gets when she’s focused on something =w=

🌷Sylus makes Luke and Kieran make random accounts to commission art from Cinders sometimes because he wants to support her and knows she won’t take his money otherwise pfft

🌷Both the sword and the bow were gifts from Caleb before he ‘died’. She treasures them in both realities.
