pet peeves / dealbreakers : force shipping / speed shipping is Not the vibe . i adore romance and am nearly always down to do so between two consenting adults , but if we’ve had zero ooc communication , to jump straight into “ we’re in a committed relationship “ is a little too fast for me .

i also really dislike character dynamics where one muse is essentially the other muses therapist . always comforting them without ANY type of reciprocation or bonding outside of that — it’s exhausting . i’ve been put in that position way too many times in real life i can’t have it happen in fictional writing too lol

and finally , ship jealousy . it’s mad weird . we’re all adults and these are fictional characters . if you’re getting jealous over a multiship muse , please take a break it’s not that serious . i’ve been guilty of this myself in the past , and i have to force myself to take a small break to reconnect with the outside world . i’m not here to compete when we could all just hold hands and gush about our ships together .

best time to write : definitely in the evening / night ( cst ) ! that’s when i have the most muse , and i’ll usually try to check the dash around this time as well .

what to expect from me: a bit of everything in the writeblr kitchen sink. refs, prompts, wip and general inspo, memes, ask/tag games (i am friendly to both, but put priority on asks as i get a lot of tags nowadays!). i dig good aesthetics and vivid, sensory writing with emphasis on description and emotional content. i unabashedly write nsfw content, and do not follow anyone under 18. 

at the end of the day, i love writing about love. every story i write has some variant of a love story in it somewhere. that said, i am not a romance genre writer. i have made my bed with fantasy, and to fantasy i will always return, yada yada. my dad read The Hobbit to me when i was four and set me up for life. 

secondary world high fantasy is my specialty, but i also love space fantasy, fairytale and myth retellings, and cosmic horror. my wip Star White, about a man who spends a billion years searching for his lost lover when he is abducted by sentient dark matter, is a blend of all three.

you may know me from my 1920s-inspired theater with an interdimensional portal in the belly of the stage wip, The Great Glavenisean Theater, or my very strange giant tree wip, In The Deep of the Trees featuring Titus and Sabine. if you’re an oldie (circa 2018-2020), you might recall Bloodlines, a romantic high fantasy featuring original species, the Gelkins and the skin-changers. my other wips include the aforementioned space fairytale, Star White, a queer fucked up found family epic with trans wizards and missing gods called Solene’s Verse, and a very experimental novella about the worst walking roadtrip known to mankind (i accidentally blow up your village and kill your girlfriend, you get an existential crisis about the nature of reality), aka The Wasteland. 

i will continue to spruce up this space with wip intros as i refurbish everything, but my main focus right now is finishing the first draft of The Great Glavenisean Theater. i do aspire toward traditional publishing, and have had an eye on this industry for twelve years (i was actively querying at fourteen, we’re in this writing shit for life)

If you stuck with me through the summer then you were there when my love for this sweet, giant teddy bear of a man first cropped up lol. He is prime comfort character material, imo, and I’m so, SO sawft for him ngl.

As to why I like this piece in particular, well... Idk, it’s just sweet. The whole of the series is meant to give off a kind of warm, cozy, loving vibe. I kinda wanted to take that feeling of being wrapped up in the arms of the person you love—of feeling completely safe, totally accepted, and unconditionally loved—and put it into fic form. Idk if I actually managed that, but I like to think that I got pretty darned close lol.

2. Maybe (Love, Once Lost) || Tim Drake x Reader

Tbh he’s the entire reason I even started watching the show lmao. This perpetually sleepy, mildly destitute looking, and absolutely Done™ mf kept popping up on my dash and I was intrigued to say the least.

Anyways a little bit after that Valentines Day rolled around and I wanted to try my hand at writing for the fandom, and something as low stakes as a love letter seemed like a good place to start. Aizawa’s entry is definitely among my favorites from the whole of the series, definitely at the top of the heap of the ones written for MHA. I still don’t feel like I have a good enough grasp on his character to write a full fic, sadly, but this piece is pretty darn good, if I do say so myself.

From my With Love series I really liked the way Grimshaw, Strauss, and Swanson’s turned out. Unfortunately with their being some of the less popular characters those letters didn’t get much love. The funny thing is, I KNOW that if I swapped out any of their names for, say, Arthur or Sadie, that they would’ve gotten way more notes, but whatever. I’ve long since accepted that fandom’s fickle that way lol.

As for my goal... I guess I just want to be able to get stuff done in a timely manner lmao. Dk if that’s possible as my muse is a fickle thing, and I’m a perfectionist besides, but it doesn’t hurt to try, yeah?

favorite craft to do in your free time: !!!!! thank god its specified to craft!! i really like drawing on my tablet but i love love painting on canvases though thats sadly much more expensive for each piece but i just love getting a little crazy with it. when i was 11 i accidentally put a huge black spot on the carpet because the black paint overtook me. and this is niche but i love organizing scavenger hunts !! last time i put a wax seal hid it in one of the old books my grandparents gave me and pretended i just wanted to look at the pictures with the kids when oh!! an old burned looking letter adressed to THEM fell out!! what a surprise what a coincidence! sadly they got so excited one of them ended up falling and badly scraping her knee but after that we continued and i think they had lost of fun ❣️ putting that all together and making up all the riddles for the steps was really really fun

most niche dislike: hm. cars? is that niche? i dont like cars and i usually dont like being in one unless my mom is driving and i dont like highways...

opinion on circuses: i havent ever been to a circus 🤔 as long as the artists are properly paid and theres no animals getting mistreated (elephants and tigers and the like should not be traveling with circuses in small cages...if you want to put on a little dog show or whatever go for it but leave the elephants out of it) i see no problems with them and theyre probably really fun !

do you have a sense of direction? i think yes... not super perfect but if ive walked a path before i can retrace it no problem and being able to see the sun always helps. not good with the stars though 💔⭐️
