♕ ( muse f / 24 / ciswoman / she/her ) — did you see EVE MASON wandering around the island today? they kind of look like SABRINA CARPENTER from certain angles? i heard around town that the ARTIST is HARDWORKING, and CONFIDENT, but also MESSY, and CAUSTIC. people say that they remind them of A AUTUMN MORNING MIST, HEARING MUSIC THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE’S HEADPHONES, and SOFT BAGGY JUMPERS, and WOULD THAT I by HOZIER is definitely their theme song. they seem like a nice enough person, but we all know how hard it is to keep a pristine reputation in a small town. 

hey hey hii i’m meg and i’ve lowkey been stalking this rp for a while before finally settling on bringing my cranky lil baby eve !! you’ll find her bg below and other lil headcanons that i’ve built for her but pls feel free to reach out for plots as she’s pretty flexible

her dad is a massive whore, but he’s also rich so it’s okay

eve has an older half sister (olive) and a younger half brother (gideon) and weirdly all three kids get along, as did all three mums and they created their own little family with erik only hopping in and out when it suited him

that was until eve’s mum died. eve was only 13 when this happened and she was crushed, her mum had always been her biggest supporter, the other two tried to support her as much as possible but it never felt the same and it’s left a big hole in her heart she’s never been able to fill

(though she has tried and left a trail of broken hearts in her wake lmao as this girl is a massive commitment-phobe, nobody has ever made her feel safe enough to settle down so she keeps all people at arms length)

her pain feeds her work, or that’s how she sees it. daddy’s money pays for everything she could need, a tidy little allowance each month, a house boat she adores where she can live by herself and do as she pleases and nobody can make a fuss for how much mess there is everywhere

painting and drawing are her main strengths and where her passion lies, but she learnt many different types of art in college and is a big advocator for trying new things 

she also does ballet, but that’s much more of a hobby

cranky baby, much more prefers her own solitary company over anybody elses lmao, bc of this she has a tendency to say what she thinks and if that honesty hurts someone's feelings, well she didn’t wanna be friends with them anyway (shh she secretly does want people to like her but she’s far past the point of letting anyone see she can be vulnerable)

"that one's from when a demon caught me with its claws," lydia explains, letting out a sigh as his fingers trace down her back gently, the raised skin on the inside of her shoulder blade still just sensitive enough to send tingles down her spine. "it was one of my first missions, and i was, well, a bit cocky back then." she laughs around the words, letting her head sink into the pillow underneath her, the sheets pooled at her lower back to expose the flesh in question. it's been a long time since she's been in this position with anyone, not since john has she really let someone see - much less touch - the scars that pepper her body, but gideon's touch is a gentle caress that makes her sigh. "not nearly as much as jace, mind you, but i still thought i was fairly invincible. turns out it really does take your first demon encounter outside of training for the reality of what we do really hit home."
