The fact that this woman is actually entertaining Richie and his love for the Bee Movie is just an indicator of how special she’s going to be in his life; he just knows it. “Pollen counter? You? Come on. Look at you! You’re gorgeous! You could be one of those famous bees like Beeyoncé or Jessica Beeiel.” He shoots her a grin, already making himself comfortable by his corner of the elevator. “Oh you already know I’m going to be a Pollen Jock. Going around and spreading my seed? That’s the Richie O’Riley way.” He hasn’t felt this much himself since before his father died; the laughter that punches out of him from the sheer absurdity of the conversation is genuine and something he hasn’t heard in a while. “So you know my name now.
