NAME OF MUSE(S) : This dramatic train-wreck of a human being, Peyton Brandt. I love them though, despite how chaotic they can be. They often like to hog all of the creative energy in my brain too.

BEST EXPERIENCE : I've been so blessed to be exposed to such talented writers and their abilities to create and expand on their characters. I love reading responses and getting lost in the written words on the screen. And this is going to sound soooo cheesy, but I actually met my boyfriend here on Tumblr through RPing. He's become a such a staple in my life and I'm so lucky to have him.

RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS : My main ones are faceclaim collecting and not reading one's rules. Rules set the boundaries for good interactions with both mun and muse. It's respectful to read guidelines. Faceclaim collecting shows that one is more interested in the faceclaim(s) rather than an actual character. It takes time and a lot of creative braincells to either create OCs or write as a canon character.

MUSE PREFERENCES : Funny enough, I've actually never written a muse like Peyton before. All of my previous muses have a familiar trope of being introverts and severely guarded with shoulders tried from carrying traumas.

PLOTS OR MEMES : Either. I understand the importance of plotting and encourage it. Memes are a great icebreaker and I seriously do not mind if it's swamped! I'll go through them eventually.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : I'm comfortable with both. I tend to try and match the length of the replies I receive. If a brain-bug hits me, then it may be a bit (or a lot longer). I like to think of myself as versatile.

BEST TIME TO WRITE : Anytime when I have my laptop open. My activity can be scattered; my attention span sometimes jumps from tasks outside of the screen so sometimes I don't write. I do tend to write after I've had one or two cups of coffee, or just whenever the muse is being pesky.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : Uh... maybe? Peyton is more of a characterization of some opposite traits of myself and some that are just amplified. We share sense of curiosity (with Peyton's being stronger), a love of caffeine (coffee gremlins lol), and artistic moments (mine just... fluctuates so much). Resilience is a strong similarity as well as that search for identity, and being comfortable with yourself. Currently, my hair color & cut matches Peyton's (dyed fire-engine red, a hidden undercut on both sides; the length is similar). I had my hair like this almost a couple of months before even making Peyton lol.

currently reading: Practical Crime Scene Processing and Investigation by Ross M. Gardner. I majored and graduated with a degree in Forensic Investigations. I’m still trying to get into the CSI field, but might as well keep my knowledge fresh.

I swear I'm alive. I've been occupied with work and making sure my mental health is okay. I actually have a cat now; and he's an adorable little bean. I'll be trying to catch up to more drafts after my shift tomorrow.

15. what is your favourite part about using this platform to roleplay on?

Honestly, I love being able to easily see people's replies on my dashboard. I love reading the words of others as muses interact with other. Also, I appreciate seeing graphics pertaining to those I'm following. I've found myself in a comfortable circle of people where I can admire various replies and graphics as they appear on my dash! :D

1. what does your URL mean, and why did you choose it?

poisonedfire was something that sort of came to me on a whim. Peyton's work alias is Poison, and I usually tend to associate Peyton fire and what it tends to represent (love and passion, torment, destruction, rebirth and resurrection).

7. what universe have you never even considered writing in, and why?

Good question. A really good one. I don't think I have an answer for this one! I have so many alternate universes and possible crossovers for Peyton, but I struggle at trying to jot them all down. I'm sure I'll get there one day.

16. how have your faceclaim choices changed over time?

Wellllll, for the most part, all of my faceclaims have had one thing in common; brunette and commonly, male. I struggle to write female muses for some reason and I really wish it wasn't that way. My faceclaim choices haven't changed very noticeably.

Moving apartments has gone well so far. Just need to unpack things now. I’ve been exhausted lately & the ADHD seems to be a little worse. At least, I don’t work until Wednesday so I can get some drafts done then

I have decided that this blog is also going to be a home to a special someone, OR I’ll be making a side muse account thing.

If anyone is familiar with Danger Days, you can probably already guess who. Party is going to be a side SIDE muse and I’ll be extremely selective with writing partners when it comes to Party.

I do have to sorta add a carrd and appropriate tags & graphics for this firecracker of an individual, but they are available for interactions. The portrayal will be HEAVILY headcanon based but it should be fun!

My boyfriend, our roomie, and I are moving in a few days to a new apartment. I'm gonna be off from work, but probably busy & without internet while things are moved. The current place we're at is terrible and our AC has been out for a few weeks. I've been pretty swamped with work and the fatigue that follows. But I'm going through drafts and getting things done (oldest to newest). My discord is cemeterybat if any of my mutuals wanna hit me up and chat or something :) Just let me know who you are!

Little pre-work post with some updates -

1). I’ve literally been thinking about little memories to answer the inbox questions I got yesterday. I’ll be thinking about answers at work too lollll.

2). My boyfriend & I are moving into a new apartment next week!!!!! So I’m gonna be a little busy packing on my days off.

I have basically figured out my work schedule and I’ll update my Rules once I’ve woken up. I am off tomorrow, and I’ve had today to rest. Some drafts and asks will be done tomorrow.

I approximately work 25-31 hours per week (depends). There are chances of me being released from work early some days (because labor).
