“Malkavi” , real name █ █ █ █ █ █   █ █ █ █ █  █   is a mutant based on the Malkavian vampires from the franchise Vampire the Masquerade.

Born with the power of neuroelectric interfacing and energy drain. The neuroelectric interfacing allows her to enter the subjects mind and toy around with their thoughts and feelings in which she can make the subject go mad either with fear or rage.  When she does this she is able to feed off of the energy which gives her energy longevity. Able to remain awake and active for days depending on the amount of energy she’s able to siphon from her victim due to the amount of fear or rage she’s able to bring forward.

History : When she started displaying her powers, her family sent her off to a facility so they’d not have to deal with her. They didn’t care what kind of place it was as long as she was out of sight and out of mind. With the help of the facility it would be like they never had a child at all.

With the level of care, or lack their of, and the testing in which she would be put through it would have a lot to do with her current state of mind. The torture, the solitude , all of that mixed in with her own power would lead her to the woman she is today. Unhinged.
