— 🎬 just announced, BOBBI TAYLOR has been cast as emma gilbert in the upcoming h20: just add water reboot. the twenty-three year old is trending as people are debating if the feeling of warm sand under your feet, the sound of waves brushing against the shoreline, the smell of firewood cracking on a summers night; the stillness of the water on a mild day that they are known for is enough to make them as good as original. a quick google search shows that their fans call them cheery, but internet trolls think they’re more boisterous. i guess their newest interview for variety where they talk about the time they once accidentally flashed a police officer will let people to know them better.
hi guys!!! 1000000 years late, BUT i'm here ! at least with bobbi! emiri will be coming up next! for her bio, it's pretty basic. i like to leave a lot of wiggle room for plots (even past plots) and headcanons later obviously! so those will be added under! but i hope you enjoy her as i flesh her out!
april 23rd, 2000 -- BOBBI MAE TAYLOR was born to a-list actor Lewis Taylor and d-list actress Emily Nicholson-Taylor. Lewis was born and raised in Australia while Emily had called canada home up until she was 16 and ran away to LA to follow her dreams of being an actress. they had met on the set of some popular 90s rom-com (he was 19 and she was 18) where he was playing the lead and she was just an extra. for him? love at first sight. for her? well, the public had their suspicions. when she had gotten pregnant, just a couple years into the relationship, with bobbi -- emily was called many derogatory names by the press. nonetheless, lewis was 1000% sure this was the start of his family and he went to extreme lengths to protect it.
it only came crashing down when emily was caught in the back of a car (by papz) with a new costar back in 2001. then it all came out. the suspicions people had were validated. she WAS just using lewis for his fame and she was having an affair with another d-list actor the whole time. it was the biggest scandal in hollywood at the time -- even surpassing justin and britney at one point. but like all scandals, the dust settled eventually and lewis taylor (after proving he was in fact bobbi's father) filed for full custody and moved back to Australia with bobbi mae.
(tw: drinking, alcoholism; drugs) 2002 - 2015 -- bobbi doesn't remember much about her early childhood. she had gone to an all girls academy. from foundations (at 6) to year 10. it was obvious from a young age that she was incredibly smart. she loved to learn and she was very charismatic. bobbi fit in beautifully with just about any group of kids -- but she also made sure that others felt included too. at one point she wanted to be in the talent show and came up with a dance to 'genie in a bottle' with some friends. the next day one of her teachers asked them to re-do it because they didn't get to catch it the night before and her nose started bleeding out of nowhere. that, she thought, was the end of her entertainment career. she didn't really have a relationship with her mom. not by her choice, though -- or even her father's. emily was the type of parent to call when she needed something and then when it was time for a visit, she bailed. it was hard for bobbi to watch her mom fall off and drink. it was even harder for her to find out most of her mom's issues from the tabloids. she didn't understand much of it at the time but her father just kept saying 'she's sick'.
but, slowly bobbi started to wonder about her mom's family. a lot of them lived in canada but she had a sister (aunty wren, as bobbi would call her) in west virginia that bobbi and her father had always kept in contact with. wren was a special education teacher at a local elementary school and throughout every birthday WREN was the one who would send gifts and talk for hours on the phone with her. she became the closest thing bobbi had to a mother. wren herself never had kids. she wasn't able to. but she still treated bobbi like her own. she came to visit when she could, and even tried bringing bobbi's mom at one point. but, unfortunately, bobbi's mom never made it on the plane. wren said that it was because she got nervous, but the tabloids reported her being 'too drunk to fly'. in a weird way, bobbi could always count on the papz to tell her the truth.
2016 - now -- when bobbi turned 14, they had moved to america. with the only stipulation being that wren could move closer to where they needed to be for lewis' new show. with teaching in her background, wren was able to home-school bobbi until she graduated and even helped her apply to a few American colleges. that was the plan. but as bobbi started to join her father on set more and more throughout high school -- she realized her love for acting. she saw the appeal both of her birth parents had for it. and after being cast as an extra a couple of times in things her dad did -- her path took a sharp turn and she was willing to be all in.
once bobbi had graduated at 17, her father really let her delve into acting. having a famous dad and a sort of infamous mom kind of jumpstarted what is currently a pretty great career. CURRENTLY, bobbi has been announced to play emma gilbert in the remake of H20: just add water!

The pretty things in life never fitted into your schedule. Growing up, you were a tomboy by heart. Your appearance and boys never phased you a bit. The older you got, the less you cared. You wore pants, were “unattractive” to most men, but it didn’t matter to you. Love was simply not for you. After all, no man would want you, and you accepted that fact, closing your heart off.
Enlisting in the war as a Radioman, there was no time for being pretty. Showers were non-existent and you would go days with blood stains on your clothes and grim under your nails. Still, you were just fine with that.
But your best (and only female) friend Renee was simply not okay with that, especially when it came hours before the military ball in Austria. The sun was setting when the two of you sat in your conjoined room. Both of you were dressed in nothing but your underwear as Renee attempted to comb through your messed hair. She was determined to make sure you were a whole new person within the next few hours.
“Ow-your pulling so hard!” You complained as Renee tightly rolled your bangs onto your forehead, securing the hair with bobby pins.
Renee patted your shoulder, “Shush, you are just fine. Look at you!” She forced you to look at the mirror with your face patted with eyeshadow and mascara and your hair in a half up half down. “You look magnifique, ma chérie!”
You cringed at the shit. Despite smelling nice, it was an alien feeling for you to feel pretty.”Yeah, I just don’t feel so magnifique let’s just say..”
Looking down at your hands, you can see the once bloodied and chipped nails now equally filed, coated with a bright red to match your lipstick and dress. Renee placed her manicured hands on your bare shoulders and gave them a tight squeeze,
“Get rid of that nonsense. You’re going to be la belle du bal!” She encouraged me, which earned a smile. Giving a freidney peck on your check, she leads you to the closest, “We haven’t even got to the best parts!”
“Parts. Two things? Renee, this is worrisome.”
Opening the closest, she revealed a beautiful ball gown. It was a bright shade of red that reached to the ground. It had short sleeves and a low breast line. Next to the dress was a small box. You didn’t even have time to question it as Renee grabbed the dress and put you in it. Eugene was right; that woman had magical hands. After putting the dress on, you tried to go to the mirror, but she stopped you.
“Renee!” You begged, “I think you’ve done enough for me.”
She laughed, “Hold on! Being around men has changed you. Let me add the finishing touches.” Grabbing you back, she clipped a necklace and earrings onto you, before letting you stand in front of the mirror. You didn’t even recognize the person in front of it. The makeup, the dress that displayed your curves, the beautiful golden earrings and necklace. The necklace had to have been the most stunning piece. It was a pearl choker with a golden pendant of Saint Maria Goretti.
“Wow…I…” You were at a total loss for words. For the first time in a year, you actually looked like a girl-or should you say a woman with your golden jewelry and red satin dress. “Renee, thank you. I…did you get these all for me?”
Renee waved her hands, moving her fingers back and forth, “See, magic hands! No, I did not. Your secret admirer did.”
You quirked an eyebrow. Who could that be. You saw the devious smirk on the Belgian nurse’s face, so you decided to interrogate her, “Who? Come on. Tell me!”
“A secret is a secret, ma chérie!” Renee nudged your shoulder. As you were about to question her more, a sudden knock at the door caused you too to spin over. The sounds of a thick Cajun and Philly accent could be heard for a mile away. You could recognize those from anywhere.
You knew Renee’s little plan. Your hearts ripped as your cheeks turned to the color of your dress, “Renee!” You gave her a slap, “You did not.”
“I did!” A spin of blue could be seen as Renee walked towards the door, forcefully dragging you so, “It’s about time for you two to make a move. Everybody has been talking about it.”
“Rumors are rumors. We both know Eugene well. He would never-”
Stepping on your foot, Renee opened the door with a wild smile and loudly. “Eugene! Babe! You’re just on time!”
Once you saw Eugene and made eye contact, you wanted to die. Not in a bad way, but with his dress blues on and sharp jaw, it would be the death of you. Eugene normally was one for not making eye contact, since he saw it was unformatting. But when he laid eyes upon, he could not look away as his pink skin grew redder by the second.
“You two look incredible! Holy moley!” Babe happily exclaimed, “We’re gonna be the luckiest guys in the whole wide world.”
Babe and Renee started up a whole conversation. Awkwardly standing there, you fidgeted with the necklace that had been given to you. It looked expensive, and it made your heart flutter. What man would give such a nice gift to you? As you thought of a list in your head, you felt a small tap on your shoulder. Looking up, it was Eugene. You flashed a smile and titled your head, “Doc. Pleasure to see you.”
Eugene observed you and nodded his head with his hands behind his back, “You as well, miss y/n.” He leaned in close to your ear, enough for you to inhale his smokey cologne, “You look absolutely stunnin’ tonight.”
“Thank you. You boys cleaned up well tonight,” You responded back as you felt your arms go numb. His cajun voice was so husky and as a whisper-good lord. “I’m gonna suppose Renee asked you to come.”
Eugene turned to see Babe and Renee smiling and laughing before turning back to see. His eyes made eye contact with the choker before he met with your eyes. “She did. I’m not complain’. I like you being’ my company.”
“Hey, lovebirds!” Babe called out. Renee looked back and gave you a quick wink as he held Babe’s arm. Eugene gave Babe a glare as he goofily smiled back, “Cmon-there servin’ beer. It’s a perk of civilization.”
“Last time you drank, it didn’t end well for you Babe. Guarno wants me to look out for you. Just to make sure you don’t end up with alcohol poisoning again,” You fired back with a little sass. Renee let out a laugh as Babe went red. Him and Renee walked forward, arm in arm. Babe looked flustered as he tried to defend himself to Renee, who simply was in a fit of giggles.
Eugene extended his arm out, nudging his head. “Shall we, miss y/n?”
You flashed a smile, melting your arm into his. One of your arms curved into his as your other rested in the center of his elbow, your fingernails gently tapping against me.
“Lead the way, Mister Roe.”
-----------
Placing the two drinks down, Babe let out a long sigh. Renee, with her chin resting in her palm, looked just as hopeless as Babe did.
“Nothing! Nada! Zilch.” Babe cried, running a hand over his forehead, “Did you tell y/n ‘bout the necklace?”
Renee slapped his shoulder, “I said a secret admirer. I mean, I thought she would know but...both of them are so stupid with love.”
Babe looked over at y/n and Roe. The two of you sat at the same table, awkwardly conversing with each other. The both of you were too shy to advance for something. Renee and Babe we're praying to their lucky stars for a miracle to happen.
“I mean-you see the way Gene looks at her. His eyes go all soft and he gets all smiley and shit. When we were in Paris, he just went on and on about her. After every beer, it was like...word vomit. Love vomit.”
Renee rolled her eyes, “Anything but that.”
“Hey! Let me tell my story. So, I gave him some advice. He saw that necklace and the pair of earrings, and told me that it would go well with Y/n’s skin. Told him to buy it. The poor man had nothing, but he’s willing to do anything for her. He’s just scared she’s too good for him.”
“That’s exactly what she thinks.” Renee saw y/n and Eugene smile at each other. Eugene stood up and gently brushed her shoulder and whispered in your ear. As he walked again, y/n turned over to look at him with awe in her eyes. It was obvious that y/n and Eugene were in love with each other, more than anything in the world. But even they, lovesick puppies, didn’t see their affection for each other.
As Eugene returned with his drinks, the lights in the room began to dim. Paratroopers and girls with pretty dresses began to pass him, hand in hand, into the middle of the ballroom floor. You looked up and saw them move. You looked down at your lap, unconfident. All these girls had a better chance then you with their natural femininity. You just never felt like a woman ever, and no matter what you did, you never were one. A true one, atleast.
Eugene saw your sadness and knew how to fix it. He tenderly tilted your chin up, moving a stray piece of hair behind your ear. You grew soft, your attention focused on him.
“Dance with me?” He quietly asked, holding out his calloused hands.
You took his hand with your manicured one as he closed your hand, tightly squeezing it.
“I’d loved too,” You replied kindly. Eugene nodded his head and led you to the dance floor. The familiar faces of men in the company struck you, with pretty girls in their arms. Stopping in the middle with the dimmed lights, Eugene snaked a hand onto the small of your back as you wrapped your arm around him, conjoining your free hands.
I stand at your gate and the song that I sing is of moonlight. I stand and I wait for the touch of your hand in the June night. The roses are sighing a moonlight serenade.
The first minute of the dance was quiet, but tranquil. You felt calmed by Roe’s mere presence. He was naturally such a kind person, and every time you saw him, your heart would grow a million sizes. He held you with such care and treated you like you were a sweet creature. You moved closer, leaning into his chest, feeling comfortable with the energy.
“Your nails-” Eugene blurted. You looked over and saw your hands. They were smaller than his, with smooth (y/s/c) skin and long red nails, “They look nice. Your hands are pretty.”
“Thank you, Eugene. You’ve been so nice to me all night. I’m sorry...I just haven’t even been with someone who’s so kind to me.” You explained, “Now tell me, are you the so-called secret admirer that Renee was talking about?”
The stars are aglow and tonight how their light sets me dreaming. My love, do you know that your eyes are like stars brightly beaming? I bring you and sing you a moonlight serenade.
Roe looked away for a second, like he was caught in the act, Biting his lip with rosy cheeks, he slowly nodded, “I do, ma’am.”
“Now, are you the southern gentleman who gifted me this fine necklace?”
Roe smiled and nodded, “Yes ma’am,” His hand moved lower on your body, playing with the fabric on the dress, “And the dress. I saw it and I didn’t care ‘about anything-I just’ thought you’d look prettier in it, ‘cause you already very pretty miss”
You froze and brought a hand to Eugene's face. You had a feeling in your gut it was him, but hearing his kind words made you melt. “Oh Gene, you’re too kind. Thank you for making me feel so pretty.”
“Of course, ma’am. I wanna see you happy and pretty.” Eugene bowed his head, “Can I also tell you somethin else?”
“Go on,” You advanced your head into his chest.
Let us stray till break of day In love's valley of dreams. Just you and I, a summer sky, A heavenly breeze kissing the trees
Pulling you close, he moved towards your cheek and once again whispered into your ear, “I think i might love you". He planted a trail of kisses from your ear to your cheek to your chin. Once he finished, you pulled away, holding his face in your hands.
“I think I love you,” You confessed as he leaned in your hold, which made you smile, “I wanna be with you for the rest of my days.”
“I do too, miss. Come home with me.” Eugene held your hands, with a begging look on your face, like a lovesick puppy.
Unable to say no, your lips curved into a faint smile.
“Of course, Eugene. Our home.”
So don't let me wait, come to me tenderly in the June night. I stand at your gate and I sing you a song in the moonlight, A love song, my darling, a moonlight serenade.

TWC Playlists
Thank you so much for the tag @vienocalledmebuddy! I have more coupley- playlists for my detectives and their LIs, and not really any for my detectives themselves, but I do have a couple. So, I’ll put those here, and also those that I have! (Sorry this took me so long!)
Detective Thea Holland
Cinnamon Girl- by Lana Del Rey- There's things I wanna say to you, but I'll just let you live/ Like if you hold me without hurting me/ You'll be the first who ever did/ There's things I wanna talk about, but better not to give/ But if you hold me without hurting me/ You'll be the first who ever did
Soft to be Strong- by MARINA- I believe the world is beautiful/ Only the weak ones are cruel/ I choose to love you without fear/ I choose to love you without fear/ And I guess I've known it all along/ The truth is you have to be soft to be strong/ Finally, I feel the fear is gone/ I found out love has to be soft to be strong/ Soft to be strong/ Somebody hurt me long ago/ And though to heal a heart is slow/ It's just a consequence of pain/ There is no use in laying blame
Felix and Thea
Never be the Same- by Camila Cabello- It's you, babe/ And I'm a sucker for the way that you move, babe/ And I could try to run, but it would be useless/ You're to blame/ Just one hit of you, I knew I'll never be the same/ Suddenly, I'm a fiend and you're all I need/ All I need, yeah, you're all I need
Lights Down Low- by MAX- Heaven only knows where you've been/ But I don't really need to know/ I know where you're gonna go/ On my heart, where you're resting your head/ And you just look so beautiful/ It's like you were an angel/ Can I stop the flow of time?/ Can I swim in your divine? / Cause I don't think I'd ever leave this place
Porcelain Heart- by Beth Crowley- I couldn't help myself/ watching your moonlight silhouette as we all sat fire side/ I was hanging on to every word you said/ in that moment all I wanted was a chance to love you/ So I handed you my porcelain heart, breakable but not yet broken,/ harboring my words unspoken/ I handed you my porcelain heart, disregarding consequences,/ letting down all my defenses, to my porcelain heart/ You came and stood by me/ your crooked smile brighter than the stars/ And you pulled me to my feet/ whispering the summer time is ours/ and I felt it as we melted into something wonderful
Somebody to You- by The Vamps- All I wanna be, yeah all I ever wanna be, yeah, yeah/ Is somebody to you/ All I wanna be, yeah all I ever wanna be, yeah, yeah/ Is somebody to you/ Everybody's trying to be a billionaire/ But every time I look at you I just don't care/ 'Cause all I wanna be, yeah all I ever wanna be, yeah, yeah/ Is somebody to you
Absolutely Smitten- by Dodie- Handsome stranger, you have made her happy/ The first in a long time/ Did you just whisper in her ear?/ Words she only dreamed to hear?/ Pretty lady, look at how he's smiling/ I think he likes you!
I Wouldn’t Mind- By He is We- Forever is a long, long time/ But I wouldn't mind spending it by your side/ Tell me everyday I get to wake up to that smile/ I wouldn't mind it at all/ I wouldn't mind it at all
Dandelions- By Ruth B- And I've heard of a love that comes once in a lifetime/ And I'm pretty sure that you are that love of mine/ 'Cause I'm in a field of dandelions/ Wishing on every one that you'd be mine, mine/ And I see forever in your eyes/ I feel okay when I see you smile, smile
Electric Love- By BØRNS- Candy, she's sweet like candy in my veins/ Baby, I'm dying for another taste/ And every night my mind is running around her/ Thunder's getting louder and louder/ Baby, you're like lightning in a bottle/ I can't let you go now that I got it/ And all I need is to be struck/ By your electric love/ Baby, your electric love/ Electric love
Detective Pearl Reid
To Be Human- By MARINA- All the people living in, living in the world today/ We're united by our love, we're united by our pain/ All the things that I've done and I've seen/ Still, I don't know, don't know what it means/ To be human/
Neptune- by Sleeping At Last- I’m only honest when it rains/ If I time it right, the thunder breaks/ When I open my mouth/ I want to tell you, but I don’t know how/ I’m only honest when it rains/ An open book with a torn out page/ And my ink’s run out / I want to love you, but I don’t know how
Nate and Pearl
Something Just Like This- By The Chainsmokers and Coldplay- But she said, where d'you wanna go? / How much you wanna risk? / I'm not looking for somebody / With some superhuman gifts / Some superhero/ Some fairytale bliss/ Just something I can turn to/ Somebody I can kiss/ Oh, I want something just like this
Bailamos- by Enrique Iglesias- Tonight, I'm yours/ We can make it happen, I'm so sure/ I won't let it go/ There is something I think you should know/ I won't be leaving your side/ We're gonna dance through the night/ I want to reach for the stars
The Man Who Lives Forever- By Lord Huron -They said we're all gonna die, but I'll never believe it/ I love this world and I don't wanna leave it/ Said that death is a deal that you cannot refuse/ But I love you, girl, and I don't wanna lose you/ Don't want a long ride/ I don't wanna die at all/ I wanna be the man who lives forever/ I ain't never gonna die and I want you to come
Sweet Boi- By Chevy- Tall and gentle/ Too hot to handle/ You're all that I want/ You're all that I want/ Oh baby.../ Sweet as nectar/ Honey suckle/ You make everything so fun/ Oh boy.../ My sweet boy
Brown Eyes- By Destiney’s Child- I know that he loves me cause he told me so/ I know that he loves me cause his feelings show/ When he stares at me you see he cares for me/ You see how he is so deep in love/ I know that he loves me cause its obvious/ I know that he loves me cause it's me he trusts / And he's missing me if he's not kissing me / And when he looks at me, his brown eyes tell his soul
Like Me Better- By Lauv- I don't know what it is but I got that feeling/ Waking up in this bed next to you swear the room, yeah, it got no ceiling/ If we lay, let the day just pass us by/ I might get to too much talking, I might have to tell you something/ Damn/ I like me better when I'm with you / I like me better when I'm with you/ I knew from the first time, I'd stay for a long time, 'cause/ like me better when, I like me better when I'm with you
You are in Love- By Taylor Swift, Travis Atreo Cover- And so it goes/ You two are dancing in a snow globe, 'round and 'round/ And he keeps a picture of you in his office downtown/ And you understand now/ Why they lost their minds and fought the wars/ And why I've spent my whole life trying to put it into words
Habibi- By Tamino- Something hides in every night / Brings desire from the deep / And with it comes a burning light / To keep us from our sleep / And as the full star tries his best to make the white pearl shine/ Glances of a new day have arrived/ And though he’s not alone, he fears to never love another / And leave his heart forever with her smile
Detective Natasha Trexler
Dear Fellow Traveler- By Sea Wolf- Dear fellow traveler under the moon/ I saw you standing in the shadows and your eyes were blue / You put your hand out, opened the door / You said "come with me, boy, I want to show you something more" / You spoke my language and touched my limbs / It wasn't difficult to pull me from myself again / And in our travels, we found our roads / You held it like a mirror, showing me the life I chose
the broken hearts club- By gnash- And at first i wasn't sure/ If there's even a cure / For what i'm feeling cuz what i'm feeling’s / Been feeling more and more absurd/ The repeating in my head/ Of every last word that you said / Feels like ever since you left/ You still won't leave me (Bobby breakup)
Adam and Natasha
Green Eyes- By Joseph- We're taking the room for breathing/ You can walk away, I'm not leaving / There's pride in your mouth, you got used to the taste / Can you swallow it now when you hear me say/ Those green eyes are my green light / I'm giving up on control / You see red lights / I see me blowing straight through to you / If we're headed for the cliffside / I'm ready for the fall, if you know me at all / You know I don't need lights to decide/ I'm not changing my mind
Indestructible- By Welshly Arm- Eyes lock with yours, my head distorts/ You pull me in then turn to a ghost/ And now you got me like, frozen in the headlights/ Soft, golden skin/ Kiss like heaven/ You're an open door but you won't let me in / And now you got me like / And now you got me like, oh, oh, oh / Why you gotta' be so/ Indestructible/ Fire in your bones/ Nothing can touch you/ Why you gotta', why you gotta'/ Why you gotta' be so indestructible?/ With a heart that's made of stone/ And nothing can break you/ Why you gotta' be so indestructible?
What kind of Man- By Florence and the Machine- I was on a heavy tip/ Trying to cross a canyon with a broken limb/ You were on the other side, like always/ You could never make your mind/ And with one kiss/ You inspired a fire of devotion that lasts for twenty years/ What kind of man loves like this?/ What kind of man?
Break My Heart- By Due Lipa- You say my name like I have never heard before/ I'm indecisive, but, this time, I know for sure/ I hope I'm not the only one that feels it all/ Are you falling?/ It's you in my reflection/ I'm afraid of all the things it could do to me/ If I would've known it, baby / I would've stayed at home/ 'Cause I was doing better alone/ But when you said, "Hello" / I knew that was the end of it all/ I should've stayed at home/ 'Cause now there ain't no letting you go/ Am I falling in love with the one that could break my heart?
Hurts Like Hell- By Fleurie- I don't want them to know the secrets/ I don't want them to know the way I loved you/ I don't think they'd understand it, no/ I don't think they would accept me, no/ I loved and I loved and I lost you/ I loved and I loved and I lost you/ I loved and I loved and I lost you / And it hurts like hell/ Yeah, it hurts like hell
Even if it hurts- By Sam Tinnesz- It's darkest before the dawn/ But you don't need to do this alone/ No you don't / 'Cause when you get this close, you can feel the heat / Now you're so afraid of what's underneath / Oh, don't/ Even if it hurts/ Even if it makes me bleed/ I'm gonna carry you/ Pushing through/ With the dirt on my sleeves
Rescue my Heart- By Liz Longley- Lie and tell myself I can make it on my own/ Making it alone is lonely/ Twisting and I'm turning, oh, I'm crashing and I'm burning/ So reach out your hand to me/ And come down/ Rescue my heart/ I'll drown/ Without you/ Come down/ And rescue my heart
Where’s my Love- SYML- Cold bones, yeah, that's my love/ She hides away, like a ghost/ Ooh, does she know that we bleed the same?/ Ooh, don't wanna cry but I break that way/ Did you run away? Did you run away? I don't need to know/ But if you ran away, if you ran away, come back home/ Just come home
Detective Mariana “Mari” Gonzales
Older- By Sasha Sloan- The older I get, the more that I see/ My parents aren't heroes, they're just like me/ You just try your best not to get hurt/ I used to be mad, but now I know/ Sometimes it's better to let someone go/ It just hadn't hit me yet/ The older I get (Not a perfect match, but Mar’s relationship with her mother (and kind of her father as well))
Mason and Mari (Haven’t found 10 I liked for these two yet, since their playlist is still a work in progress, but here a few)
Play with Fire- By Sam Tinnesz, Yacht Money- Insane, inside/ The danger gets me high/ Can't help myself/ Got secrets I can't tell/ I love the smell of gasoline/ I light the match to taste the heat/ I've always liked to play with fire/ Play with fire/ I've always liked to play with fire
Make me Yours- By Beth Crowley-I've said too much but I have got to get this out/ Don't blame the timing/ 'Cause the only time is now/ And if we're done we'll go our separate ways/ And say goodbye/ But I think we'll both have our regrets if we do not give this a try (This is very much deep relationship for these two, nowhere near now haha!)
R U Mine?- By Artic Monkeys- Years too late, she's a silver lining/ Lone ranger riding through an open space/ In my mind when she's not right there beside me/ And satisfaction feels like a distant memory/ And I can't help myself, all I/ Wanna hear her say is "Are you mine?" / Well, are you mine?/ Are you mine?/ Are you mine? Woah, ah
Like Lovers Do- Hey Violet- Ooh, love is just another four letter word/ But that never stopped nobody/ Ooh, either way we lose/ Just like lovers, just like lovers do/ I see you watching me/ Eyes on your target/ Mix drinks and smoke rings, it's already started/ Let's roll the dice and we'll both make our moves/ Playing like lovers do
Nicotine- By Panic! At the Disco- I taste you on my lips and I can't get rid of you/ So I say damn your kiss and the awful things you do/ Yeah, you're worse than nicotine, nicotine/ Yeah, you're worse than nicotine, nicotine/ Yeah
One Woman Man- By John Legend- Damn, I used to be so cold/ Would never ever get too close/ Didn't ever wanna lose control / But from the moment that I tasted/ I knew that I would have to chase it/ You said hold up, I want you to be/ A one woman man/ Want you all to myself/ Don't want nobody else/ All your loving
I might add Rosalva’s later, when I actually figure out her playlist haha!
I’ll tag @lividlyinlove,@sosolenoo, and @gloynporslen and whoever else wants to do this! (Doesn’t have to be 10! Not all of mine reached it haha!)

Do you like Twenty Øne Piløts ? Can you do a playlist of polar star next.G ?
I only know two songs by them to be honest, “Stressed Out” (played a lot in Radio) and “Heathens” (I saw Suicide Squad). But I do like both of these songs so //shrug
Now I did for each individual member a playlist and it’s more about what their music tastes and what they most likely would have on their phone than characterization (however a little bit of characterization is still going on)….Because it’s more easier for me that way
Note one thing: I am an absolutely noob when it comes to music and I have basically no idea how a lot of styles are called.
Kimiko Yukihira
Kimiko mostly listens to upbeat, feel good stuff that is fun to listen to given her cheery personality.
- Cheap Thrills by Sia (her all time favorite)
- Can’t Stop The Feeling by Justin Timberlake
- I’m So Excited by The Pointer Sisters
- Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now by Starship
- Thunder by The Imagine Dragons (not sure if this counts as Upbeat, but she would enjoy this song)
- Heroes by Mans Zelmerlöw (She appreciates “Heroes” by David Bowie a ton as well by the way…just wanted to give that note)
Rest is under the cut
Hiroshi Aldini-Tadokoro
Hiroshi also likes feel-good stuff, but his songs are a little calmer and not as upbeat as Kimiko’s. He also really likes classical Japanese Music but I am a little too lazy to deal with that now.
- Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles
- Sunny by Bobby Hebb
- Lifesaver by Sunrise Avenue
- Can’t Smile Without You by Barry Manilow
- Wonderful Life by Black
Mika Aldini
Mika especially likes Music you can dance to, since she loves dancing. She especially likes Music from warmer regions like Italy (of course), but also Spain and Latin Countries. She also doesn’t minds Reggae.
- Hips Don’t Lie by Shakira (All time favorite)
- Bamboleo by The Gipsy Kings
- Crazy In Love by Beyoncé
- This Is What You Came For by Calvin Harris feat. Rihanna
- Sax by Fleur East
- Focus by Ariana Grande
I know the playlist doesn’t extremely reflects what’s said above but those are all songs she’d still enjoy
Yasu Ibusaki
Yasu has a wide taste but his heart belongs to Rock.
- Mr. Brightside by The Killers
- Boulevard Of Broken Dreams by Green Day
- I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At The Disco
- Somewhere Only We Know by Keane (Not Rock I think…but still)
- She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5 (same as above)
- Dancing In The Moonlight by Toploader (all time favorite)
Chieko Marui
Chieko has three moods: “Everything is awful and it’s going to stay that way”, “Everything is awful but I’LL FIGHT ANYWAY!” and “Gosh, I need a break”. She doesn’t has a particular genre she follows but usually listens to either rather sad songs or at least songs that don’t make her feel better, motivational fight-spirit songs and soothing, relaxing stuff (mostly movie and game soundtracks) so she can actually chill a little bit for once.
- Wouldn’t It Be Good by Nik Kershaw (all time favorite)
- Shattered Dreams by Johnny Hates Jazz
- Fight Song by Rachel Platten
- fuqboi by Hey Violet
- Superheroes by The Script
- Katawaredoki by RADWIMPS
Hideyoshi Kawashima
Hideyoshi loves Rap and Hip&Hop the most. However he also likes a good ton of songs that are considered Guilty Pleasures. He likes a lot of stuff from the 90s (he really like Boybands actually) He especially likes songs you can party to.
- Without Me by Eminem (all time favorite)
- Drop It Like It’s Hot by Snoop Dogg feat. Pharrell Williams
- Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) by Backstreet Boys
- Cake By The Ocean by DNCE
- I Like It Loud by Cash Cash
- Applause by Lady Gaga
Daisuke Aoki
Daisuke only listens to stuff from the 70s and 80s. Okay, he also appreciates 50s and 60s a little and sometimes, sometimes he even listens to a little 90s. Important is, nothing of the 00s and 10s.
- Piano Man by Billy Joel
- Night Fever by the Bee Gees
- Take On Me by A-Ha
- Send Me An Angel by Real Life
- Dancing In The Dark by Bruce Springsteen
Welp…..I hope you kind off liked. It’s a little bit off a mess //sigh, like everything I do

Hi everyone! 😊 I’m so psyched for this post- I’m a huge music nerd and I’m really excited to share my study playlists with you! First of all, I don’t subscribe to the idea that study music shouldn’t have lyrics. For me, classical music is so much more mentally engaging, so I don’t listen to it whilst studying. What I tend to do is put on whatever genre I feel like and it acts as background noise that I zone out to. Often, I come out of ‘the zone’ and realise I’m listening to a song I don’t want to listen to at all, but that kind of intense focus is what you want when you’re studying, right?
So, when I’m studying, I tend to switch between:
Chillax
New York City - Nora Jones
Your Song - Elton John
Thinking Out Loud - Ed Sheeran
Sunshine On Leith - The Proclaimers

@inauritus
We get it almost every night.
Bobbi couldn’t help the giddy smile that crossed her face as the first notes played over the speaker. She had expected Clint to throw that record out. (Well, if she was being completely honest, she’d expected him to be a melodramatic shit and burn it on their anniversary or some such nonsense.) Instead, she’d found it in the crate with all of his other records. Exactly where it was supposed to be.
“And when that moon gets big and bright, it’s supernatural delight,” she sang along, dancing a little as she closed the distance between them. It was a little awkward, ungraceful. Her socks slid on his wood floor and they’d been drinking enough that she was tipsy. The warm, content kind of tipsy. The kind that covered that lingering edge of anxiety. Still grinning like an idiot, she reached for Clint’s hands, tugged him to his feet. “Everybody was dancing in the moonlight..”
She placed his hands on her hips. It was the first time anyone had touched her since... Her breath caught in her throat and she wondered for a moment if she was actually okay with this. Slade had never looked at her the way Clint did. Everybody here is out of sight.
#inauritus#;; ask me about my feminist agenda (bobbi morse)#| you have no idea how many times i listened to dancing in the moonlight#on repeat#for this starter

I bolded some of my absolute favorites. The ones in italics were (if I remember correctly; it’s been a few years) other serious contenders for Arthur and Eames’ first dance/kiss. Forgive the fact that this is just in alphabetical order by artist, rather than Eames’ meticulous chronological/reverse-chronological order. Also forgive the fact that there’s no way the reception could be long enough for Eames’ nine-hour playlist.
Also, it’s not included here, but I always got the feeling that Eames’ snuck the Dan Band’s “Total Eclipse of the Heart” on here.

M’Bitch
Author: Nonexistantpup
Year: 2009
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Bob Fossil/Howard Moon
Granted, a certain amount of it was luck, but Fossil knew he had been clever too. He always found a way to get what he wanted, be it the top job at a zoo or a long, intense blow job from Dixon Bainbridge. The thing with Howard Moon practically fell into his lap, so to speak - much easier than those other two little luxuries. "I have a job for you, Moon," he announced one day, after having graphically explained the moral objections he had to Greek cricketers. Moon frowned at him. "Is it more important than feeding the iguana, Mr. Fossil? When he’s kept waiting, feeding him becomes less of a job and more of a horrifically violent quest." Fossil narrowed his eyes. "Whatever, Numb-Ass-Magnet," he snapped, unimpressed. "I want some help with the standing Lord." Howard was silent. What a moron. "You know!" Bob explained. "The strong, tall man with the knockers. The growing man who likes to be touched?" Howard still stared at him blankly. Fossil made a circle with one hand and waved it around. "The pink-" "Are you talking about - your penis?" asked Moon, his face going pink. "Yeah. That," said Bob. "See, I figure, it’ll be way more fun to play with if you dance for me in sexy clothes." If possible, Howard's face became a deeper shade of red. "What? You’re mental; I'm not doing that." Fossil scowled. "How about, Moon, I give you this pen lid," he compromised. "You can use it as a lid on a pen and stuff." The zoo-keeper shook his head, still looking utterly mortified. "I’ve got to leave now, Mr. Fossil," he mumbled, rose uncomfortably from his chair. "Well then. What if I tell everybody all about how your stupid friend really got a job here at the Zooniverse?" Moon froze. "What?" "But - I'm so alooone, Bobby," Fossil mimicked. "I want my friend here so we can have slumber parties and talk about miniature-golf and potatoes!" He rubbed his nipples sensually with both palms. "You begged so hard and gave me a nice juicy look at your-" "What’s that got to do with anything?" Moon snapped, sitting in the chair again and raising a hand to hide his face from the window, as if worried somebody might look in. "I won't say anything about it!" Fossil exclaimed. "All you've got to do is be my dancing sexy bitch!" Moon looked as if he didn't know whether to laugh or choke. "It’s not much to ask you know," said Fossil. "I could decide to dress you up in bloomers and silk gloves again, but instead of looking I could tie you up under my desk all day with a rolling pin stuck up your ass and-" "You didn't dress me up! That was my choice-" Fossil laughed. "Don't split hairs now, squishy-balls. If I bought them for you, I as good as dressed you up, and I'm going to do it again - but with dancing!" "This isn't going to work, Mr. Fossil," Howard said, his voice strong. There was nervousness in his expression though, no matter how much he averted his tiny eyes. "Nobody would believe any of this. I'm Howard Moon!" "They’ll believe it," said Fossil with a smirk. "Why?" He raised an object which had been clasped in one hand. "Talk box." =O= The moonlight made Howard’s pale skin seem to glow, ever so slightly. Fossil grinned a little more with each garment that was thrown aside. The trousers. The shirt. The vest. "Bet you liked walking around as Bobby’s bitch today in your silky blue knickers," he commented, mouth watering ever so slightly. "Shut up," said Moon, shifting uncomfortably. "I'm not paying you to mouth off!" Fossil snapped. "Get the music going and dance, m’bitch." Moon glared at him, but obeyed anyway, switching on the little tape player. He was a surprisingly good dancer, and Fossil gave a moan of appreciation as the barely clothed body began to move with the funky music. He threw a few coins at the lovely dancing figure, earning a little yelp since one of them hit Howard in the back of the head. He didn't stop dancing though, and Fossil relaxed, tweaking his own nipples indulgently.
