#“Yeah it's probably really frustrating being the guinea pig for a lot of new programs we're testing out”#Ohohouhuhuh You THINK?????#Cuz it high key actually really fucking sucks to be put through all the hiccups and bumps and miscommunications#That come with being aguinea pig only to find out we're just... reinventing the wheel for no fucking reason!#Except it's a worse wheel cuz I'm not being paid to do it#Like why am I being put through the ringer when you could've easily just copy pasted it from this other program#Which is Functionally the same in literally every way except except one is on payroll and the other is volunteer only#And like obviously they think the work I'm doing DOES deserve to be paid#Otherwise they wouldn't have this other identical pre-established paying position in the works of getting funded!#It feels less like they actually trusted me to handle the responsibilities#and more like they just chose the most trusting most gullible person to tide them over until they could get the grant!#And at a MASSIVE sacrifice too#Like#WHAT THE FUCK
