Vampire Chuuya doodles, I like the line weight well enough not to hide these in the closet forever like most of the BSD stuff I've done.

Okay anyway, to talk abt the chapter a little vv

To start, I'm not good with "analysis", and ESPECIALLY when it comes to characters I haven't paid the most attention to, so I'm literally just talking incoherently for kicks here, not trying to act like I'm a genius who knows exactly what's going on- 💀

ANYWAY, I physically cannot believe Dazai would die so "easily", for lack of better words. I've seen people theorizing Chuuya used his ability to keep the bullet from actually going through Dazai's skull, or that something else is at play here, and I think those are possibilities.

I also think Fyodor's mention that Dazai was just trying to taunt Chuuya so he could use his ability to rid Chuuya of vampirism was crucial, but that also seems a bit too. Simple? But, does obviously make sense because yk, duh.

And I don't want to sound all "Well plot armor, Dazai can't die lmao it's Dazai 😆" bc I don't necessarily think that's true, I just don't think it would be this way, at this time, if that makes sense- But Chuuya and Akutagawa have been showing signs of fighting the vampire ability, so I don't think it's out of the question at all to assume that Dazai could be trying to reach Chuuya, and ACTUALLY be getting through to him. When Akutagawa started breaking the ability, it was like he then doubled down immediately afterwards, if that was Bram's doing or by choice I'm not sure- But it feels noteworthy. [but then again, who am I to say?]

Anyway, Chuuya looked like he was gaining more and more of himself back throughout the chapter, it wouldn't be a reach to think he'd be working something out himself to keep Dazai from actually dying right now. Dazai's send off to Sigma and trust in Chuuya are not to be taken lightly I'd obviously assume, so I'm excited to see where we go from here.
