also what happens to Malon after she's arrested????? (does she, perhaps, find smth out about her deceased husband 👀)
- hero-of-the-wolf
@hero-of-the-wolf
...
Malon was tossed into a holding cell without a word, and without so much as the hope of a trial or lawyer or anything of the sort.
She heard a distant laugh as the door was slammed behind her, and exhaled wearily as she sat up, brushing some dried blood from her cheek as she moved. The trip here hadn’t been long, but it had been one unpleasant moment after another, harsh shoves and sneers and glee at her arrest, and even a shock she’d gotten when a guard’s hand had wandered and she’d punched him.
Add that to the bruises she’d gotten from the fight earlier with Warriors, and most of her body ached.
Malon closed her eyes, thinking of her husband’s brother. Warriors had stayed beside her as long as he could after she’d been arrested, a hand on her arm until he'd been called away and had to leave. Despite the fact that they’d had to feign indifference and hatred towards one another the whole time, Malon had found his presence comforting. She’d missed him, and he reminded her of Time, and better days.
She only wished she could have spoken to him more. It didn’t take superpowers for her to see that he was barely holding it together.
“...Hello?”
Malon stilled, and raised her head, looking around the tiny cell.
It was essentially a stone box, small with no windows, a toilet in the corner, and two somewhat-cushioned benches by the walls that Malon supposed were meant to be beds. A girl who must have just been asleep was sitting up on one of them, holding her arm tight to her chest as she looked warily at Malon.
The girl couldn’t have been older than Legend, though her face was worn in a similar way that made Malon’s heart pang. Her blonde hair was messy and was trying to hang in her face, but her indigo eyes were sharp in the artificial light, and watched Malon with a calculating look.
“Are you a super?” she asked bluntly, and Malon blinked, then smiled, easing up to her feet.
“Hello to you too. Yes I am, but with nothing that’ll get us out of here I’m afraid,” she answered, wincing as she walked over and sat on the opposite bench. “Is this room temporary? Or am I going to be here a while?”
“I don’t know. I’ve only been here for about a day,” the girl replied, holding her arm tighter to her chest. “And don’t worry about your powers being useful or not. They’re blocked in here.“
Malon hummed. “That’ll be hard to test, seeing as they’re animal related. But thank you for the warning.”
The girl nodded and messed with her hair, letting silence fall between them. Malon studied her again, trying to figure out if she really was the same age as Legend, and her heart ached at the reminder of her son. She hoped desperately that he and the boys had gotten away— by now they must be close to Sky’s, even if they were being cautious.
All of them except for Twilight.
A deeper pang of worry shot through her as she thought of her other son, and she bit her lip.
Oh Twi, please be okay...
Malon sucked in a slow breath, and gave the girl a gentle smile. “My name is Malon,” she said, in an effort to keep herself distracted from her worries. Being anxious about her family wouldn't make them any safer. “How about you?”
“...Zelda,” the girl said quietly, then shrugged. “Or Zel. Or Zellie. Or Fable.”
“Fable?”
Her mouth quirked up. “I know another Zelda, we did nicknames to make it easier. Somehow that was just what got picked. It’s what I tend to go by, honestly.”
Malon smiled. “I know how that goes. I have two sons named Link, and more Links beside that rarely go by their names. Long story,” she added at Fable’s confused look.
Fable sighed and leaned against the wall. “Well, I’ve got time.”
“I was hoping to use mine to somehow get out of here,” Malon said with a glance around, and Fable closed her eyes.
“You’re welcome to try, but I’ve had no luck. I’ve gotten food once while I’ve been here, and they threatened to shock me if I tried anything with the door open. Not that I could with this,” she huffed, gesturing to the arm she had cradled to her chest.
Malon looked closer, and realized that the arm was swollen and bruised, the skin an unpleasant mix of purples and bluish-greens.
“Are you okay?” Malon asked worriedly, and Fable shrugged one shoulder.
“It’s just a broken arm. It got hurt in the fight before they arrested me, and nobody’s done anything for it,” she said in a pointed voice at the doorway.
The door stayed silent.
Malon frowned, and carefully stood and approached Fable, sitting down beside her. “...May I?”
Fable hesitated, then slowly held out her arm, the limb shaking a bit. Malon took it with a gentle hand, and studied it, feeling cautiously along the skin. Fable winced, but Malon made sure to be careful, and after a couple minutes, was fairly sure that the break was near the middle of her forearm.
“It doesn’t seem like it’s too bad,” Malon said, gently releasing her arm. “It’s swollen, so maybe that’s why, but I couldn’t feel the actual break. It’ll set easily if it is one, but we should probably figure out a way to get a sling for you.”
Fable wrinkled her eyebrows at Malon like she couldn’t quite figure her out, but she nodded. And she didn’t try to stop Malon when she pulled off the apron she still had on (she wondered briefly what had ever happened to the bacon she’d been cooking), and worked on tying it around into a suitable sling.
“So... what happened to you?” Fable asked after a minute of Malon fiddling with fabric. “If you don't mind me asking. You said you're a super, but you're not even in uniform. What did you do to get thrown in here?”
“Me? Oh me and my family have been doing a lot under ol’ Dark’s nose for a while now, and everything finally caught up to us,” Malon sighed, figuring a true explanation would take too long. Wind and Four alone would probably make Fable think she was crazy. “They came after us at home after we tried to help somebody. My family that was at the house made it away, but my one son was on duty... I don’t know where he is.”
Malon breathed out a sigh she told herself wasn’t shaky, and cleared her throat.
“How about you? What did a nice girl like you do to get arrested?”
Fable blinked, and looked down at Malon's attempts to secure the sling, not speaking for a moment.
“I fought back,” she said after a long minute of silence. “I just— I just hit my limit. I couldn’t take it anymore, what they’re doing, how they treat us...”
Fable’s voice wobbled.
“My... father died. And I know it wasn’t by natural causes, I found proof, but I couldn’t do anything with it. It was an official who’d had him killed, and I knew I had to keep acting like everything was fine like I didn’t know and I just... I snapped. It didn’t end well. Obviously.”
She swallowed thickly, and Malon, finished with the sling, gave her a gentle look.
“I’m sorry hon, that must’ve been awful,” Malon said softly, and Fable pulled her legs up to her chest.
“I've definitely had better days. At least I got to toss a few people into the harbor,” she murmured, then swallowed and looked away. “Do you... think your family is okay?”
“I hope so,” Malon replied softly. “Twi... Twilight— he’s my oldest— he’s tough, and his powers enhance his senses, so he should be okay. My youngest can turn invisible, and he has somewhere safe to go, and friends with him. I’m worried about them all, but... I trust their skills. I think they’ll be okay.” They'd better be okay.
I don't think I can lose anybody else.
Malon took a deep breath, and looked over at Fable, giving her a smile.
“And I’m not planning on sitting around here and waiting for them to rescue me,” she said firmly, and squeezed Fable’s shoulder. "Or see what sort of sentence or punishment either of us is going to get. I'm gonna to do my best to escape. You wanna work together and bust out of here?"
Fable looked at her in surprise, and hesitated, eyes scanning across her face.
Then her eyes hardened with determination.
“Yes. I don't want to stick around and see what they're going to do to us either. I'm in," she said with a deep breath, and Malon took her uninjured hand in hers, and shook it.
"In that case, we'd better get to work," she smiled, and Fable returned it. "What can you do, hon?"
And as Fable explained her powers, already looking less pale and defeated then she had when Malon had first been tossed in, Malon felt the hope that had started to dim in her heart flicker back to life.
#sorry no Time mention... this time#downfall iau#ask to tag#fic#lu fable#lu malon#writing from the floor#am i capable of writing fics with Fable without imprisoning her somehow? so far nope lol#i'll make it up to you someday sweetie#I'm feeling gross about my writing and life in general but this was finished#and i debated up and down but i decided to just post it anyway#i can always edit it more later#not sure if i'm happy with fable's character#but this is also and au au au version of her while she's in pain and having the worst week of her life so i think i can excuse it a bit

What are the zelda's nicknames?
Wind: Me and Sky got this. You have the list, Sky?
Sky: Of course! Lets see here...
Wind: I know we decided that Tetra is sticking to her name, right?
Sky: Yep, and for the rest of us, my Zelda is Sun, Four's is Dot, Time's is Lullaby, Twi's is Dusk, Legend's is Fable, Hyrule's two is Aroura and Dawn, and Wild's is Flora. Am I missing any?
Wind: Don't think so. Those are some pretty damn good names if I do say so myself.

Modern AU Part 2!
So remember how in part one I mentioned that there is a North and South Hyrule Field and that I have a couple of OC's(original characters) that I am throwing into the Modern AU well I'm going to talk about that and all the others that are in the AU in a bit
But to start Heights Ages and Names first let's do the names, yes names, so like obviously names like Time, Twilight, Legend those are all nicknames do they respond to them yes because their nicknames and everyone that has a nickname responds to a nickname but here is my personal opinion on what everyone's names actually are and this only applies to the chain not the zeldas now moving on
Time: his real name is Tony, yes Tony I actually sit around thinking about it for a while and for some reason it just fits to me, so this makes his actually full name Tony Thymons yes Thymons is his last name....... I think it's funny
Twilight: Travis, this boy was born and grew up in the country even before he was adopted by Time and Malon, and I will not accept him being named anything that is not a name you would typically find in the country
Warriors: Max, idk he just looks like a max to me also he reminds me a little bit of a character named Max from the original Beyblade series
Wild: oh my gosh I spent more time thinking about what this boy's name would be than I did Time's, and honestly it took me quite a bit but after thinking it over I decided Chase was a very good name for him
Sky: Sam, Sam is a simple easy name and I just feel like simple and easy fits Sky so well
Four: this was another one that was tough to decide on but after re-reading Linked Universe all the way up to the latest update my mind decided that Victor suited him so yeah
Wind: for this AU I have a personal little thing where I imagine that his grandpa was a sailor named Jack and that he is named after his grandpa so his name is Jack
Legend: Jason, I just feel like the name Jason fits him so well
Hyrule: Joey, I don't know he just looks like a Joey to me
Okay so now Ages and Heights, for the ages and the Heights I'm actually going to include Fable, Flora and Aryll because why not
Time: 38 to 43, and I'm going to say he's anywhere from 6'5 to 6'7 because this man is tall I mean we've all seen him stand next to the rest of the chain he makes literally all of them look small
Twilight: he's about 22 to 23 and this boy is also tall not as tall as Time but still in the over 6 ft range but he's probably 6'2 or 6'3 because we see that he's at least a good 3 or 4 maybe 5 inches shorter then Time is
Warriors: 21 to 22 this boy is 6 ft even and thank hylia for that because everyone else in the house thinks that there's too many tall people
Sky: 23 to 24 and he is either 5'10 or 5'11 either way he's not that much shorter than Warriors
Wild: 17 he has one more year until graduation and he will not let anyone forget this, he's 5'8
Hyrule: 19 to 20, he's either 5'7 Or 5'9 and that's only because I can't decide if he should be shorter then Wild or taller than him
Legend: 20 to 21, he is 5'5, also his height might be partially me projecting on to him since he's one of my favorites and I am also 5'5
Wind: 13 to 14, 5'2 or 5'3 and still growing
Four: 18 to 19 and he is 5 ft even
Fable: 20 to 21, she is 5'4 and a half like seriously she is barely barely shorter than Legend
Flora: 17 like Wild she also does not let anyone forget she has one more year until she graduates, she's 5'9 yes she is taller than Wild buy one inch but she is still taller than him and whenever he annoys her she annoys him back by reminding him of this
Aryll: 6 to 7, she is 4'1, but she's also really energetic so it makes up for it
Now moving on to more important things
North Hyrule Field High and South Hyrule Field High have a competition going on between the two schools this means competing against each other in everything from basketball to cheerleading and let's not forget the great Romeo Juliet off of 2001 (Malon was Juliet and Time was Romeo for South Hyrule Field High)
Of course this makes for some very interesting things like Twilight actually met Midna because he had to go to a basketball game because Warriors plays basketball and no one can tell me different and Midna was actually drug there by a friend of hers and the two started talking and then found out that they were from two different schools Twilight from South Hyrule High and Midna from North Hyrule High, and yes Midna and Twilight are dating no one knows how it happened but it happened
Also North Hyrule Field University and South Hyrule Field University are just as bad about competing with each other as the high schools are
Sky's girlfriend Sun(his Zelda) attends North Hyrule Field University, while Sky attends South Hyrule Field University he is both okay and not okay with this he picked the university that was closest to his family but at the same time he really wishes he was going to the same University as his girlfriend because he really loves her and wishes they could spend more time together even though they study together and work together and she spends so much time at Lon-Lon Ranch that people are starting to think that Sun lives there
Anyways the ones that I live in and attend either school or university in South Hyrule Field are as follows
(Obviously Time and Malon live in South Hyrule Field since that's where Lon-Lon Ranch is and Time is the sheriff of South Hyrule Field so won't be counting them on this list)
Okay so we're going to start with the chain and the girls or as I like to call them "Time and Malon's cluster of Chaos Gremlins" okay so from oldest to youngest let's go
Sky: despite attending University for a while he doesn't actually have and set major or minor he's like one of those University students that's basically taking classes for a little bit of everything
Twilight: he's majoring in agriculture yep the dude that lives on a ranch and does farm work EVERYDAY is majoring in agriculture, however one of his miners is architecture
Warriors: got into University on basketball scholarships but is studying and majoring in theater/drama/acting
Legend: he's studying music, mythology and weapons yes weapons like weapons throughout history he's studying that I feel like we should all be concerned
Fable: girl is majoring in both history and mythology, and Legend always makes sure to sit on the far side of the room away from her
Hyrule: he is studying to become a doctor and no one can convince me otherwise
Four: he's studying history, philosophy and hylian( you know how we have English class it's like that) but he's only majoring in history and philosophy
Wild: he is still in high school with one more year until he graduates and he is looking forward to that last year
Flora: also in high school and looking forward to graduating since there's only a year left until her and Wild do but she's excited to graduate and go to college Wild just wants out of high school
Wind: middle school but wishes he was in high school despite all of his older siblings telling him it's not as great as he thinks it will be
Aryll: Elementary School she enjoys it she has friends and she is still talking about the trip to the zoo that trip was 3 months ago
Now on to the other people
Sheik(Time's Zelda): has extremely good music knowledge especially when it comes to instruments and singing literally could have been a music teacher but instead is a fighting instructor who owns thier own gym oh and they use she/they pronouns, also they're like one of Time's best friends
Minnie(Four's Zelda): also before anyone says I'm calling her Minnie because of the Minish Cap no your wrong I'm calling her Minnie after Minnie Mouse anyways she's attending South Hyrule University and is majoring in philosophy and hylian alongside Four
Tetra(Wind's Zelda): she has played everything from football to baseball to basketball she likes Sports, her and Wind have been friends since kindergarten and obviously in Middle School
Artemis(Warriors Zelda): she is majoring in science and art but she's also on the University's baseball team and she's possibly in love with Warriors no one can really tell
Mipha: friends with Flora and Wild also in high school and is one year away from graduating she is captain of the swim team also she has a crush on Wild but hasn't confessed to him yet Flora has told her she definitely should though
Okay so now I'm going to talk about the two OC's that I have in this AU and then we will move on to the people that are in North Hyrule Field
Okay so my OC's are Revia and Romi
Revia is Romi's mom and she owns like the best store in town because her store is not just a hardware store and a farm supply store like where you can get feed for your livestock and everything(think like a mixture between Home Depot and Tractor Supply) it is also a clothing store and it always has the most up-to-date fashion as well as some fashion choices from like back in the day, everyone loves to shop there Twilight also works there so does Hyrule, Flora and Legend
Romi is as previously mentioned Revia's daughter she's 21 to 22 about 5'9 or 5'10, and she's attending South Hyrule Field University she's studying the "Fine Arts" like filmography, photography, acting, costume design you name it she's most likely taking a class for it she also works at her mom's store and like Sky's girlfriend Sun, Romi spends so much time at Lon-Lon Ranch hanging out with her friends that people are starting to think that she lives there it doesn't help that she does spend the night sometimes (I might draw pictures of Revia and Romi later but idk)
Now on to North Hyrule Field
Revali: this dude has moved around so much also currently attending North Hyrule Field University before that he was attending South Hyrule Field High, he graduated a year before Wild, he's originally from Rito Town, but move to South Hyrule Field around high school and for some reason took an instant dislike to Wild as soon as they met no one knows why after graduation decide to go to North Hyrule Field University where he is currently living in a dorm Hylia I feel sorry for his roommates
Sun: Sky's girlfriend, going to University for religious studies, also her and Sky have been a thing since like Middle School Sky might not be Time's Kid by Blood but he is following in his dad's footsteps, her and Sky text and call every minute they're apart unless they're in class but if they're not in class and they are not with each other they are to either texting or calling there is no in between
Ravio: Legend's friend that attends North Hyrule Field University, no one knows what he's majoring in but he does hang around the ranch a lot
Other people that live in other places in Hyrule that are in this AU
Llia: Twilight's best friend she was suspicious of Midna the entire time that Midna and Twilight were dating, she actually ended up developing a dislike towards midna because Midna moved away without telling Twilight and broke up with him before that but wouldn't tell him why(although Twilight insists that Midna must have had her reasons for what she did) once she was old enough which started in Middle School every summer she would get a job working at Lon-Lon Ranch this continued through high school and is still going on every summer she gets a job working at the ranch also possibly had a crush on Twilight at one point, she lives in Ordon Town which according to her isn't that very far of a drive from Ordon Town to South Hyrule Field Twilight thinks otherwise and that she should stop trying to make that trip at night
Saria: Time's childhood best friend who lives in Kokiri Town, and is actually ordained, she was the one that officiated Time and Malon's wedding, the cluster of chaos gremlins call her Aunt Saria
Urbosa: mayor of Gerudo town, she's also a licensed therapist she is also the best at getting gifts for people like she always knows what to get someone Flora calls her auntie
Riju: Urbosa's daughter who admires wild way too much like seriously someone please stop this kid from trying to act like him
And now that all that is out of the way on to more random stuff about the AU
Time and Malon own a van that is big enough for all of their kids and Wolfie plus any friends that those kids might want to bring along (*cough* Sun *cough*)
The older kids carpool to University like they all have their own trucks cars Etc but they will stand in front of their bedroom doors in the hallway at night after they get done eating dinner and doing any chores that might need done and discuss whose car are they taking to University tomorrow, also who carpools and who doesn't depends on who has work and who doesn't the ones that have work after University usually take a separate car than the ones that don't
Remember in part 1 when I said that time thought the puppy that was with Twilight was going to be a small dog....... yeah he actually regrets saying the words "oh come on how big could it actually get" because Wolfie is massive Twilight has a full size bed and that dog takes up most of it like you walk into Twilight's room to wake him up of a morning(on the extremely rare occasion when he sleeps in) and you can barely tell he's there because of how big Wolfie is
However Wolfie does not always sleep in Twilight's room or bed if one of the other kids has had a bad day then Wolfie sleeps in their room
Four, Sky and Aryll are the only ones that don't have to share a room with anyone
The ones that do have to share rooms are Warriors and Wind, Legend and Hyrule, Twilight and Wild, and of course Fable and Flora
Sky's the oldest so he does not have to share a room with anyone Four doesn't share room with anyone because he cannot sleep if he's in a room with other people
And because Aryll is the youngest she gets the room closest to Time and Malon also known as the room that no one else wanted to be in
Every single person in the house listens to different kinds of music you can walk up the stairs and every bedroom will be playing different music that's not even counting the fact that Malon in the kitchen is playing different music than what the kids are playing in their rooms (I'll talk more about the music thing in part 3 because oh boy do I have so many thoughts on what everyone listens to)
However on the flip side of that Time doesn't usually play or put on any music he usually just listens to whatever someone else is playing this man will listen to any kind of music really
Legend will only wear pants if it is cold however if you take him to the beach you can talk him into wearing swim trunks
Everyone was taught how to ride a horse on Epona, also everyone has their own horse including Twilight Twilight has a Epona the II
The only ones that actually likes taking care of the cucco's is Sky and Malon, Time will take care of them but he does not like to the others try to avoid it at all costs
Flora has on more than one occasion try to get at least one of her brother's to eat a live frog, none of them would she stopped when she eventually got in trouble, so she started putting them in their beds instead, but only when they annoyed her or made her mad
Fable makes up the best bedtime stories and no one can convince me otherwise
Twilight and Malon are the only ones with country/southern accents a lot of people in the town have trouble understanding them at times but the whole family understands understand what they say without any trouble
All of the kids actually love helping Malon in the kitchen but some are better at cooking and baking than others
All of them including Time can either sing dance or play musical instruments, and Malon loves how Lively the house is when they all decide to do this at the same time
All of the kids have asked Time to sing them to sleep at some point in while growing up, Aryll still asks him to so does Wind but that's a secret so don't tell anyone.
Okay so now it is time to wrap this up because I think this one might actually be longer than the last one I might be wrong but don't worry I am going to be making a part 3, also I'm going to try to get part 3 to be more storytelling or at least formatted in a similar way that part 1 was and I'll probably be making a lot more parts to follow after that one, anyways I hope everyone thinks that this one is okay
Oh and if you have any questions about the Modern AU or anything like that or any suggestions for it feel free to leave your suggestions or ask me questions
(@merriclo here's part 2! 😊 also I'm really glad that you liked part 1 I'm most likely going to make a lot more parts to this, if you want me to keep tagging you let me know I'd be happy to do so I'm just glad someone likes this little AU and thought I had in my head as much as I do)

LU Headcanons Part 3: I Thought of These While Watching Baymax
SCOTTISH LEGEND
“Aye.” “Wur youse vaccinated wi’ a gramophone needle?!” “A wee devil more like.” “Yer aff yer heid, Wild.” “It’s pure dead brilliant!” “She was a bonnie lass…” “Speak O’ the Devil.” “Aye right!” “Moan fur a wee drink, Cap’n?”
My grandfather is Scottish so these are things I’ve ACTUALLY heard him say
Also, her Hylian is based on Gàidhlig to further prove this
Vegetarian Sky
When the Chain is on Tetra’s ship for the first time, Wind gathers the crew into singing The Wellerman
When Four is arguing with someone he stands on the nearest stump, table, or chair to reach their height or taller. He needs to assert dominance.
While they all have their “Titles” since they’re all named Link, how ‘bout some nicknames?
Twilight: Cub/Rancher/Twi Time: Dad/Old Man/Sir Wild: Pup/Gremlin/Champion/Princess Wind: Sailor/Young One/Ghostie Four: Smithy/Munchkin/Artificer Warriors: Captain/Princey/Pretty Boy/Wars Legend: Vetertan/A Sheòid [by Ravio]/Honeybee [by Ravio] Hyrule: Traveler/Roolie/Buttercup Sky: Angel/Darling [by Sun]/Hero
Twi’s Hylian is based on Chinese [I like the idea of him singing Yours Forever from Over the Moon about Midna ;-;]
Legend just… doesn’t mention that he’s the prince of his Hyrule. Like it literally just slips his mind until they’re there and he talks to Fable and it just slips out, and he’s like “oh did I not mention that?”
Obviously, due to the number of musical instruments, challenges, and quests in the Zelda universe, people have given their HCs about the boys’ musical talents, so here’s my 2 cents:
Fuck the idea that having the hero's spirit also means being tone-deaf, what about the Chain being able to sing and the ZELDAS CAN’T
TAKE THAT HYLIA
Hyrule doesn’t sing a lot, it would draw too much attention in his Hyrule so he chooses not to, but he has a very haunting air to his voice [I use Ashley Serena as a reference to how he would sound] and sounds lovely when he does
And because of his travels, he’s a very good dancer! Like, REALLY good. He learned all sorts of stuff from the places he’s been, and simply enjoys doing it which only made the skill grow
TWILIGHT SOUNDS LIKE JEON JUNGKOOK
It was first discovered that he could sing so well when he was about 13 when he was on the ranch just singing aloud to the goats and Ilia heard him and told e v e r y o n e
Legend has a smooth and deep voice, can sing in like 6 different languages, and can play like every instrument invented
Srsly u could probably give it a brand new one and would probably pick it up within like a minute
Warriors: This piano costs more than your house
I will continue to draw Twi in JKs outfits, so feel free to drop me ones u wanna see him in [like send an ask or smth]
Anyway
Time and Malon will make little duets often, with him on his ocarina and her singing, or them both singing just cause they love each other *sobs*
Ok enough music stuff on to the shit y’all care about
Wild and Flora were goofing off and trying on each other’s royal dress and guard uniform then looked in the mirror and both just kinda went “Oh.”
This is me saying they’re both trans [icons]
I really like the nicknames thing for the Chain & Co. so my idea is that Wild calls themselves that even after the journey, and that their Zelda ditches the name ‘Zelda’ and changes it to Florian
“So, what’s your Princess Zelda like?” “Oh, I don’t have a Princess Zelda.” “???” “No, I have a Prince Florian.”
I also demand - platonic or romantic - that we keep the absolute CHAOS that those two have
LITERALLY TRIED TO MAKE WILD EAT A FROG IN CANON WHERE IS THAT ENERGY Y’ALL
W H E R E I S I T
Gives Wild his old royal dress and Wild cries
Twilight has really sharp K9s [c’mon there had to be SOME side effects to being a wolf for a while]
And is secretly a cat person
Four loves Wild’s Hyrule ‘cause of the surplus of minerals and mining
Time calls the Chain “His boys”
Sky will take random sticks or logs he finds and carve small designs into them when he’s bored, as well as idly strumming his lyre
You're welcome

I remembered being part of the naming zeldas chat in the main discord and went looking for it. I searched for Dot and sorted by oldest first. This was 3 pages in. Good times.
Hey so, each of the Links has a nickname, but what about their respective Zeldas? [1:47 PM] I mean obviously Tetra is Tetra, but what about the others?
Hyrule | official Time Kin — 04/11/2019 I think we talked about that before [1:47 PM] But idk if anyone saved the names we came up with [1:47 PM] @Cas [1:48 PM] You didn't safe them did you?
Cas — 04/11/2019 i actually don't think i was there for that discussion…?
Hyrule | official Time Kin — 04/11/2019 Gdi
Cas — 04/11/2019 but i think botw Zel was Flower?

ClumsyDarknut — 04/11/2019 @Knights of Old Skyloft (Admins) can we make this an official list of Zelda so we can all communicate better? [2:37 PM] Skyward Sword Zelda: Sun | Link: Sky
Minish Cap/Four Swords&Adventures Zelda: Dot | Link: Four
Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask Zelda: Lullaby | Link: Time
Twillight Princess Zelda: Dusk | Link: Twillight
Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks Zelda: Tetra | Link: Wind
A Link to the Past/Link's Awakening/Oracles/A Link Between Worlds Zelda: Fable | Link: Legend
The Legend of Zelda Zelda: Dawn | Link: Hyrule Zelda II: The Adventure of Link Zelda: Aurora | Link: Hyrule
Hyrule Warriors Zelda: Artemis | Link: Warriors
Breath of the Wild Zelda: Flora | Link: Wild
Bonus: 10K before Breath of the Wild Zelda: Blessed | Link: Guardian Guardian, sometimes known as 10K, is the fiery red-headed hero from the legends in BotW. He is only glimpsed in a tapestry in-game with intense red hair and what could be Sheikah tech armor, wielding the Master Sword. His Zelda is called Blessed, because she was able to access the power of the Goddess without struggle; a blessing.
Double Bonus: 1K before Skyward Sword Zelda: Hylia | Link: First First is the first hero, who wielded the Goddess Sword before it was forged in the sacred flames by Sky. He worked directly alongside the goddess Hylia, who is his respective Zelda. (Technically not a canon hero, but still heckin awesome.) (edited)
Thank you so much! This really helps!
@indigoartistqueen you were right, it's just cause she's small, go nuts!

additional zeldas
if you got links you gotta have zeldas usually so here's ideas (epithet ideas sort of taken from @/pluviatrix but i think others had ideas too i just can't find them.)
Tri, Tre, Trois, Cly, Apri: Same era as Legend, so Fable. Also have Princess Styla
Rhythm, Skid, Yves, Trill: Tempo, or Zelda Aria
Shields: i mean going with the idea that the names should be parallels or counterparts or w/e... Spear? like the idea of "shield that can't be pierced" and "spear that can piece anything", they're opposites and do not get along that much. Alternatively Zelda Skjálf (one of Freyja's titles because she deserves it <3)(fun fact: i think the first time i heard about the shield and spear thing was in pokemon. i dunno what that says about me other than i watch "Ancient Family Matters" too much.)
Spoons: Same era as Hyrule, so Aurora and Dawn
Koridai: Gamelon, or Zelda Minerva
Peter Pancho III: peter pancho iii feels like he'd be pretty disconnected with any royal family business. like he's still the hero! just. not one that sticks around for long after his work is done. he's from the era of prosperity and really he's not that well known. anyway my thoughts are Gwendolyn, or Zelda Aiónia (yes it's just modern Greek for "evermore" because she's the first Zelda to be part of the "gotta name the princess "Zelda"" tradition. still connected to peter if you mess with her nickname)
Rus: Same era as Twilight (obviously), so Dusk
Holpar: okay so Holpar's named for a roadrunner (specifically from the chaparral birds nickname; can fly but usually doesn't), and it's not too long since the surface was established so like. bird-adjacent names are still the norm. genuinely my first thought was a penguin-themed name. my second thought was a chicken joke. Sakar, because i'd do a Peregrine Falcon name but that's Holpar's dark world form, whoops. No epithet this is just straight-up her name. it is also straight-up the name of the bird but if we can have Dot then this is fine.
Spirits: Phantom, or Zelda Herma. not that's she's particularly fond of the nickname. Zeli is only for Spirits to use.
Landon: N/A; there's just straight-up no Zelda in Nintendo Land.
Horse has no unique zelda because she's a princess in her own heart /j
#triple chain#tc tempo#tc phantom#additional zeldas#history#''why epithets'' there's a lot of zeldas and i thought the idea was neat#memes and nonsense#<- tagging it b/c this is nonsense and mostly being done as a joke/to get it out of my head

Just out of curiosity, what’s the thing with Fable and Legend? It sounds very interesting, but I have no idea what it is lol
uh i'm not quite sure what you mean by this? but i'll do my best to answer :)
so you know how all of the boys are actually called link, but they each have a nickname (like "twilight" or "sky") to differentiate each other? i believe that fable is the unofficial name that the LU fandom has given to legend's zelda - i.e. the one that exists in his timeline and at the same time as him. i don't think that she's canonically his sister, but it's certainly a popular headcanon!
if you hang around this blog long enough, you can probably tell that legend is one of my not-so-secret favourites (seeing as he pops up with shocking frequency!), and i just really love doing little snippets of legend-and-fable sibling shenanigans, so here we are :) they also seem to be a crowd favourite, seeing as i've got a LOT of lovely asks about them! so... i guess that's why we're on a legend and fable kick right now 💕
#is that what you were looking for anon?#if not then i'm happy to answer another ask for you :)#ginger speaks to anons#linked universe#gingerbreadmonsters

it’s all downhill from here - Chapter One
Fandom: Legend of Zelda, Linked Universe, Harry Potter (very loosely)
Rating: Teens and Up
Warnings: Some blood
Summary:
The first Hogsmeade weekend of the year is supposed to be one filled with excitement and mischief for every student at Hogwarts, even the first and second years who aren’t allowed to go down to the village.
Except of course, the group of heroes are involved, and nothing goes right for them.
Ao3 link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/23111011/chapters/55296445
It was a Hogsmeade weekend.
These weekends were one of the most anticipated events during the Hogwarts year, something that did not surprise Time in the slightest. A chance to leave the castle and be away from the pressures of homework, exams and whatever drama was stirring was eagerly awaited by almost every student in the castle, even the first and second years enjoyed having the castle to themselves while the older students disappeared for the day.
So, Time was a little bit surprised to be waiting around for Twilight and Wild before they walked down as a group to meet the rest of their friends, Wild especially, since it’s going to be his first time going to the village. He didn’t want to go up to their dorms and rush them, but the longer that he waited the more he dreaded listening to Legend and Warriors moan on the walk down to the village about how long they took to meet with the rest of the group.
Time gave a small wave to both Lullaby and Sheik as they walked out of the portrait doorway, leaving Time to wait for another five minutes before Wild and Twilight walked down the stairs, along with Sidon, who was talking animatedly before he noticed Time.
“What took you guys so long?” Time asked as they started to walk down through the portrait and down to meet the others.
“Wild had a huge knot in his hair, something was stuck in it, and it took forever to convince him that he couldn’t go the village with it in, let alone the time it took to take it out,” Sidon said, his trademark smile never leaving his face.
“Something that wouldn’t be an issue if you got your hair cut for once!” Twilight muttered.
“No! I am not cutting my hair, and you can’t make me!” Wild almost yelled, causing a couple of the heads of the common room to turn to look at him. While it had become known that, yes, Wild could speak, it was still new for some people and they always looked very confused to see him talk.
“Then look after it, or one day I’ll take it off while you’re not looking.” Twilight teased, before having to judge out of the way of Wild’s swinging fist. “Jeeze pup, it was a joke.”
“It better be,” Wild had a feral look in his eye, and despite Twilight being the one in the group who could turn into an animal at will, it reminded that Wild was really the most animalistic person in their group. Not that they would change it about him, but it could be scary to have a reminder that Wild basically grew up in the woods by himself in everyday conversations.
“Well, I’ve got to go and meet Mipha, see you guys later!” Sidon disappeared very quickly after that, and Time did not miss the way that Sidon got surprised at Wild’s quick change of behaviour. While the rest of the group had friends outside of the group, himself with Sheik and Malon, Twilight was very close with Midna and some of the younger Gryffindors, Legend had Revio but seemed to be able to hold a conversation with anyone in the school, Warriors had his twin and Lana, Hyrule had Dawn and Aurora, Wind had Tetra and his group of ‘pirates’ as they liked to be known, Wild was not close to anyone, seemingly preferring to be alone. Sure, Sky only really seemed to hang out with his girlfriend Sun and Four was closer to a book than any living person (though Dot did make it very close), Wild was not as integrated into the Hogwarts social life, living up to his nickname.
People like Sidon did try and be friendly, and goddess’s know how many methods Flora had tried to help him open himself up to her or any other person who’s birthname was not Link, but nothing they tried seemed to work, much to her frustrations. Time could only consider the fact that he had even opened up to their group as a positive, and the fact that he was even talking would be considered a miracle in his eyes.
And yet, Wild seemed sad to watch Sidon leave the group, letting out a sigh and going quiet as they continued to walk down to the rest of the group, not even looking up until they were just outside the entrance hall.
“Well finally, what took you guys so long!” Warriors yelled at the group of Gryffindors as they approached the rest of their friends, all dressed in their winter clocks and their scarfs, all the colours of their respective houses, for while it was only October, the weather had not been nice to them this year, continuously raining and sometimes even hailing chunks of ice down on the students who had studies outside.
“You can’t say much, you and Legend have only been here for a minute before the others turned up,” Four said with his arms crossed over his blue and silver scarf as he looked up at the elder boy.
“That’s because it takes time to look this perfect,” Warriors said dismissively, gesturing to his immaculate robes, the Slytherin crest on his chest seeming to sparkle in the little daylight that could get through the windows, “And we weren’t late like they were!”
“They were late by only a minute, calm down,” Sky said, ever the mediator of the group.
“Can we please go now! The longer we spend here the less time we have to explore the village!” Hyrule said as he started walking out of the castle and towards Impa, who held a list of people who were allowed to leave the castle, mainly to stop first and second years from trying their luck at sneaking out of the castle with the main population. The rest of the group followed him, waving hi to Impa as she ticked them off the list and gestured to go on their way.
“You’ve already explored everything the village has to offer though,” Twilight pointed out, but the Ravenclaw shook his head.
“Not with Wild I haven’t,” Twilight tensed his jaw at that. Hyrule on his own exploring is a nightmare, the boy could get lost while following arrows to his desired location. Add in a Wild who could find his way into almost anything in the most unconventional way possible and took everything in the world as a challenge, then they were going to have a mess on their hands before the end of the day.
Whatever. If the pair of them got a detention because they got lost on their way to the shrieking shack and found themselves in the Ministry of Magic then that was on them, he wasn’t their mother.
The walk down to the village was uneventful, with the exception of Twilight having to keep a hand on the sleeves of Wild’s robes to stop him wondering off of the road and into the wilderness that surrounded the castle just because he was curious. They joked, laughed and complained about all the schoolwork they had to do when they got back in the evening.
“I feel kind of bad that we left Wind by himself,” Hyrule said as they just entered the village and joined the large crowd of students, Twilight quickly reassuring his hold on Wild before he ran off from the group before everyone was ready to split off.
“I don’t,” Legend said as someone bumped into him. “Oi! Watch where you’re going!” he shouted at the other person, frowning as the unknown person walked off like nothing had happened.
“He’s probably going to hang around with Tetra,” Sky suggested, most of the group agreeing with him before Four interrupted the nodding.
“No, Dot told me that their mother called them for a meeting, so none of them are coming to the village, or hanging out with Wind,” Four said, and Time frowned.
“A meeting? Lullaby said that she was going to meet us later on though,” Time muttered as he thought about it, before turning to Legend. “Did you know about this?”
For every boy named Link in the castle, there was a girl named Zelda, and then plus one. But while there being nine people called Link in the castle was a strange coincidence, the ten girls called Zelda was no mistake, as they all shared the same mother, Headmistress Hylia Hyrule, and Legend had the unfortunate draw in life to be the only brother to the ten girls. According to Legend, it was a family tradition to call all the females in the family Zelda because of how rare it was for a girl to be born in their line, even one girl was enough for a celebration. But ten girls? Unheard off. It was apparently a sign from the goddesses, but a sign of what Time had found himself to care less and less about as his respect for the goddesses dropped through the years.
“Pff, as if my mother cares enough about me to involve me in their little group,” Legend spat, “She’s always preferred the girls over me, all ten of them! But lately…” He paused for a second, thinking about his words before he continued, “Lately she’s been more and more secretive from me while her and the girls’ scheme. Fable wants to tell me but fears getting in trouble with Mother. I think it’s about Demise.”
The group went silent at the name. The past years had been hard on them, with each year the demon trying harder and harder to kill them all just because one of them was the fabled ‘Hero’ destined to kill him, and each year they only survived through the edge of their teeth, sometimes even less, the sun reflecting off of Wild’s silver scar tissue that made up a good portion of his face and the way that Time had to turn his head to physically see everything with only one eye.
And after what the hat said to the school at the beginning of the year just after the sorting ceremony had finished, well, it left the group dreading what was going to happen at the end of the year. It was not a nice feeling to know that the weight of everything rested on one of them and not know which one it would be, along with the whole school shooting them side glances
They had a plan for it though. They started the plan last year, and continued to perfect it as much as possible, each with their roles and responsibilities, and while it seemed almost fool proof, it still left Time uneasy and with a bitter taste in his mouth. He was the only person in the group to be considered an adult in the eyes of the Hylian law, and while the rest of the group were pretty mature for their age, it still unsettled Time at how serious they all were about the plan and how far they would go to make sure that Demise would not get what he desired.
“Geeze, what’s made you guys so serious? C’mon, today is supposed to be fun!” The group turned around quickly to look down at the Hufflepuff who should still be back at the castle.
“Wind! What are you doing here?” Hyrule asked the youngest in the group while the others got over the shock of seeing the second year in front of him, when he defiantly shouldn’t be, not with Impa guarding the entrance.
“Going to Hogsmeade with you guys of course!” Wind replied as he wrapped his yellow and black scarf tighter around his neck. “I am not staying in the castle when you guys are having all the run out here.”
“You were fine with it last year,” Legend pointed out as he poked him on the nose much to Wind’s annoyance.
“Yeah, but last year Wild was with me and we could explore the castle, which was still very new to me. But exploring boring on your own and we’ve found pretty much everything interesting to find anyway,” Wind said, leaving Time to frown slightly. He doubted that any one person could find everything in the castle, he was sure that there were places that even Hylia herself had not visited or even knew about. But then again, this was Wild and Wind exploring, where the former could get anywhere, and the latter wanted to document every single nook and cranny. Last year, Wind had began talking about plotting the castle’s layout on a single piece of paper with everything on it, and while the other boys last year had smiled and nodded along with Wind, now Time was actually believing that the boy could finish his project. He had almost every room placed on parchment now, it was the actual charming of the paper that he was working on. It would take at least another year by Time’s estimate, and that was if Wind didn’t try and convince someone else to help him with the charming of the map.
“How did you even leave the castle without any of the teachers noticing?” Sky asked as he fiddled with his scarf, not the traditional yellow and back one from his house but a white and blue, a handmade gift from his girlfriend.
“Oh, Hyrule showed me and Wild this passageway last year that lead right into the middle of the village. Pretty cool right?” Wind explained with a smile on his face, as if breaking the rules was just another day at Hogwarts, but to be fair on him, between them all, only one rule being broken in a day would make a record low for them.
“What? That exists? Why didn’t you show me?” Four cried, leaving Hyrule to wince.
“We’ve been there before, remember when we got lost in our first year? It just so happens that tunnel actually continues onwards to Hogsmeade, we just thought it caved in at some point.” Hyrule explained, but Four was still pouting at being left out.
“Still… Wind, what happens if one of the teachers find out you’re here?” Twilight asked him, and Wind only rolled his eyes at the question.
“First they’re gonna have to catch me, and I doubt that will happen with how many people are here today,” He did have a point, as the others took a look at their surroundings and saw only a sea of Hogwarts students, all wearing black robes with their house scarf, it being particularly cold for an October day.
“Fine, whatever. I’m not taking any responsibility for you though. If you get lost trying to get back to the castle then that’s on you, got it?” Time said pinching at his brow line. As the oldest in the group, he is often given the most blame for what the group does, which, fair, he does often take the lead during their misadventures, but it should be noted that it was never him that suggests the idea in the first place.
“Yes sir!” Wind saluted to him in a jokey manner, causing Time to let a smile out at the younger boy.
“Good. Now, I want to pop into the Happy Mask Shop, that guy owes me a favour and I’m hoping he can grab a hold of something for me for Ganondorf’s class, he’s working us to an early grave this year,” Time said, his smile staying on his face as the other boys groaned at the mere mention of their defence against the dark arts teacher.
“Isn’t he always, when he isn’t trying to kill us of course.” Warriors moaned.
“Maybe that’s one of the ways he is trying to kill us, through sheer boredom and painfully long homework essays.” Twilight suggested, which got a laugh out of the rest of the group.
They joked about the other ways that Ganon could be trying to kill them, trying to keep the spirit light-hearted and ridiculous despite the subject. Each of them had had run ins with the Professor in the last couple of years that almost ended with them dying, or worse. And of course, at the end of the year, there was little to no evidence to show that he tried to do any of those things, so Headmistress Hylia was content to keep the teacher on, even if stood for everything that she hated.
Time had wondered sometimes if that was on purpose. ‘Keep your friends close and your enemies closer’ sort of thing, but as time went on and more and more ‘coincidences’ happened, he began to think that she just spited each of the heroes and watched to see how long each of them would survive at the castle with one of Demise’s hight hand men having almost a free reign on everything that happened inside the castle’s walls.
“So, what’s the plan for everyone else? I’m sure that not everyone wants to follow me into the Happy Mask Shop,” Time asked, and he guessed correctly when most of the other group relaxed somewhat at the idea of not going into that particular store.
Out of everything in Hogsmeade, it was the most avoided place, even the Shrieking Shack got more traffic than the weird store that sat in between the pub and the weird pottery store that most of the group was banned from. It was very creepy to go into the place and see the many different masks watching and silently judging the customers as they walked past, and even the owner, who went by nothing but the Happy Mask Man, was eerie with his smile that never left his face and his eyes that never opened, like he was using the other masks to see his customers rather than using the ones that the Goddess was kind enough to give him. Time was glad to hear that the others didn’t want to go with him, his own interactions with masks that the store owned came back to mind, and he would much rather that the others stayed away from it.
But the guy owed him a couple of favours, and now was the best time to cash in on them.
“I want to show Wild the Shrieking Shack!” Hyrule said, causing Wild’s eyes to go wide with excitement, and it looked like he was about to vibrate from the sudden gain of energy.
“Yeah me too! I heard its haunted,” Warriors said as he side-eyed Legend, who predictably scoffed at his suggestion.
“It’s not haunted.” Legend responded with absolute certainty.
“Is too. It’s said that at the dead of night, when the moon is at its highest, you can hear the souls of the dead screaming to come back to life, and when you try and get close to the house, you are actually pulled away from the house by the spirit!” Warrior’s said, wiggling his fingers in front of Legend’s face, who leaned back to get away from them.
“Prove it.”
“Let’s go then,” Warriors suggested as he started to lead the way towards the ruined building, Wild and Hyrule hot on his heals while Legend followed along with slight reluctance in his step.
“Hold on Wind,” Twilight said as he held the boy back from following the others, “it’s probably better off if you stay in the village where its more crowded and people are less likely to recognise you.”
“Oh, okay. But you guys better show me next time!” Wind shouted to the other boys, and they all yelled their confirmations as they continued with their adventure.
“So what are we doing now?” Sky asked the remainder of the group.
“I need to pop into the bookstore, there was a book published last week on ancient Sheikah Runes and their particular uses and the owners said that they would stock it as soon as possible for me,” Four said, his eyes going purple at the mention of books and research and runes.
“I want to see Honeydukes! I’ve never been and I bet it’s magical!” Wind exclaimed.
“There’s not much particularly magical, it’s just the chocolate that charmed. I bet it would look exactly the same as any other muggle sweet shop.” Twilight explained to the excited preteen, but the excitement of going to a store filled with sugar.
“Muggles don’t really have them anymore. Oh! I also want to try a butterbeer,”
“Nice try buster, but you’re not yet thirteen. Just because you can sneak out the castle and get away with it does not mean you get to get away with underage drinking.” Time said, smiling as Wind’s face fell and went slightly red at the reprimand, before huffing and folding his arms.
“You do know we drink stronger stuff for breakfast back home, right?” Wind said. “So, are we going to the (bookstore) or are we going to wait around all day until we have to go back?” The rest of the group rolled their eyes at Wind’s question, but agreed nonetheless.
“I’ll go with Time to the Happy Mask Store, you guys go ahead, we’ll meet you guys at the Three Broomsticks, yeah?” Sky suggested, to which the rest of the group nodded. Twilight took the lead towards the bookshop, Four and Wind following along closely, leaving Sky and Time to watch them go ahead.
“You don’t have to come with me Sky, I know you get creeped out by him,” Time said, but he appreciated the effort nevertheless.
“It’s not safe enough to be by ourselves anymore, I don’t want to risk it,” Sky said, and he had Time there, “I’ve been having a weird feeling for the last couple of days now, I just don’t want someone get the drop on you just because you’re busy talking to a weird creepy guy who doesn’t know the meaning of a moral.”
“Okay then,” Time said, and lead the way towards the Happy Mask Shop.

Im pretty sure in the very first doodles jojo ever did of the boys, jojo themself called them by their nicknames, which is where we all got it from, but when the boys are interacting with each other they dont call one another by nicknames
Also because i may or may not have an obsession with the whole loz series I'll explain what i can about what you mentioned lol
Sky having asthma is technically just a headcanon everyone decided on but like. I think the main reason for it is his really terrible stamina gauge in skyward sword. If you got impatient with wilds stamina gauge in botw just try playing skyward sword (i still love the game but i hate having a stamina limit lol)
Im pretty sure "wind can see spirits" is due to spirit tracks link being able to see spirit tracks zelda when no one else in the same game can, but i dont even know if jojo includes spirit tracks with wind or not asfjdls
I think hyrule turning into a fairy had to do with one of his games but i dont actually know much about zelda 1 and 2 so dont quote me on that
Hyrule has freckles came out of nowhere i think, but i honestly just love both hyrule and sky with freckles, 1000/10
Four having migraines is probably related to the popular headcanon of Four having DID, since migraines can be a common symptom for people with DID. I dont personally have DID tho so im in no way an authority figure on that, so again dont quote me on that
Im pretty sure the wind swears a lot headcanon is just due to him travelling a lot with pirates in both wind waker and phantom hourglass
Hyrule being the medic makes some degree of sense since im pretty sure he has healing spells in his game but again i dont actually know much about his games. Also i honestly really like the idea of a medic Legend instead, cuz you cant look me in the face and tell me legend doesnt hoard healing potions and other healing items XD also i just love the idea of him scolding a link for being an idiot while helping them feel better
I havent seen anything about sky being a bad cook in his games or in fandom but honestly i could see it lol
I know Time wasnt disturbed by the majoras mask in the comic but with what he went through in termina i think its more in character for him to hold a deep hatred for the mask even years later
I think people just want to write Fi in their fanfics and honestly, i love Fi, so i dont blame them :>
I think someone already mentioned how legend is a smith in albw, it also should be mentioned that Four is also a smith in minish cap
If theres any in game canon saying that legend and fable are siblings, i havent seen it myself, so either this is just a popular headcanon that came out of nowhere or its backed by a game i havent played or maybe its at the end of albw somewhere, idk
I have no idea how we all decided on the separate zelda nicknames but i love what we came up with
Last but not least, yeah, i have no clue why so many people give wild the champions abilities when he doesnt have them anymore in canon, but as long as it doesnt sound too deux ex machina for the given scenario im fine with it :>
I hope this answers some questions and im very sorry for the long post
Common LU Fanon That Came Out of Nowhere
Inspired by this post. Some of these were already pointed out by @gaylactic-fire
Like they said, it’s not to say that these are bad tropes. In fact, I like a lot of them, and use them myself. This is just me messing around :p
Some of these might actually come from their games, but I’ve only played botw, so I wouldn’t know. 😅
Of course, the biggest one to point out is their names?? Like I'm going back through the archive, and I can't find anywhere that they actually refer to each other as their hero titles. It's always "the veteran" instead of Legend, or "the cook/champion" instead of Wild, etc.
Sky has asthma. Besides him getting winded during the Divine Dark Reflections arc, this hasn't even been mentioned.
Wind can see spirits.
Hyrule can turn into a fairy.
The classic: Hyrule has freckles.
Four has migraines because of the Colors arguing/can speak to the colors.
Wind swears a lot. This one I've also seen about Legend.
Hyrule being the Medic. I don't think he's actually showed to use his magic for anything but battle. If anything, Warriors is the one to check on Wild when he gets knocked out that one time. Also I would assume all of them have some sort of passable first aid skills. They would need to, getting in to fights so often.
Okay, so I think canonically in Wind Waker, Wind is Just Some Dude™️, who doesn't have the spirit of courage, but he states in the comic that he does when he confronts the others about babying him.
Sky is a bad cook. As far as I'm aware, that's just Hyrule.
For that matter, sans Hyrule, that all of them are very bad cooks. Like, Wild must be the best, of course, as he's designated cook. But that doesn't mean that all of the rest of the chain are bad at cooking. In fact, they might be able to cook a couple dishes well, but the chain doesn't want to eat the same few dishes every night.
Time is disturbed by Majora's mask. He doesn't seem the least concerned when Wild pulls it out. Or maybe he knows it's a copy? who knows
Sky can talk to Fi. He stated that ever since he returned the sword, she’s remained silent.
Legend is a smith.
Legend is Fable’s sister.
For that matter, the fact that their separate Zelda’s have nicknames.
Wild still has the Champion’s abilities. I think Jojo actually said that he’s lost those powers.
I’m sure there’s more, but I can’t think of any right now. I’ll add on if I can

To add on about Legend and Fable being siblings, it's mostly a headcanon. However, there is a bit of a poke to it from A Link to the Past for the SNES. In that game, within the first 10 minutes, there is the implied line about Zelda being related to Link, but only in the original SNES version.
SNES version:
In the GBA version, the line is actually a bit different and has a different implication to it all.
Gameboy Advance (GBA):
So there is that (sorry for any issues uploading this, I'm on mobile.)
As for Hyrule doing healing magic and turning into a fairy, those are both from Zelda 2.
The Zelda nicknames were thought up by someone in the Fandom because, just like trying to differentiate between the Links, the Zelda's have the same predicament. I think they went by Darknut when they were on LU Main server. (I'm not sure if that's who it was, but if someone after me would be able to point in the right direction that would be helpful!)
Most of all, we all just want to have fun with what we draw and write. So I guess we all just want to have our own little spin on things. But don't ever feel obligated to just agree with some of the headcanons. After all, it's supposed to be fun.
