I- don't see them as adults. At least not in the current events of the game/show/comics/novels. Sure, I sometimes portray them as adults in the future. Key wording, in the future.

Either way, why should it matter how someone sees them? If they're not doing anything gross with it, it shouldn't matter if Cuphead is 10 or 19 dude. There's a reason they're labeled as adolescents. (that's ages 10-19.) Bro I'm just sitting here in my little corner drawing the boys doing silly shenanigans, and at that, I usually draw their parents more-
