I said this to a friend on twt but I’ll say it here as well.

When you have spaces that are children-free but allow dogs. It’s saying they value animals more than children. More than real people. CHILDREN ARE REAL PEOPLE! They can do what they want, but they can’t change the perception people see from that type of space.

You’re saying children deserve to be seen as less than human because you think they’re constantly disrupting. They’re CHILDREN. Yes they can get annoying, and yes, one can have child-free spaces. But pets are a lot like children that you can legally keep in a cage. AND THAT says something about those people who put dogs on higher pedestals. People who say they hate children and fantasize about beating them are fucking no insane weirdos. People who shit on children for being born and being CHILDREN are weirdos.

Plus having an animal in a place where OTHER people eat is WEIRD! MORE WEIRDER THAN HAVING CHILDREN THERE!
