this is so random and i may be alone in this but does the feeling of not being able gush about your oc happen to anyone else? with canon characters, it's far easier to do so because they are often universally loved and it's kind of a given because they were created by someone else so it doesn't feel like bragging, yknow?? whereas for ocs, it came from that person's brain and thus it feels far more personal??? and you SHOULD love your oc and be able to gush about them to the people you care about but sometimes i sit here like 🧍‍♀️ MAYBE I'M ALONE IDK
