Important reminder:

You don't have to apologise for taking the night off, or a couple of days. You are allowed to not be here. You're also allowed to be here and not answer drafts. Or even try to answer them!

You're allowed to just hang out and not do anything. It's okay.

Stop saying sorry for taking it easy on yourself. Stop saying sorry for taking breaks. You are allowed to take breaks!! And do other things!!

Watch tv or movies, play video games, read, make art, these things will refresh your brain so?? don't feel guilty about doing them instead of writing. It's all still gonna be here when you're ready.
