How painful it is, to weave the fabric of life with your own power-- to give rise to life in all of its infinite and unique forms--, to nurture them and provide millions of environments for all kinds to thrive in harmony, only to watch as one species attempts to ruin it all. To watch on as humanity, with such short breaks between, engage in pointless wars, spill the blood of their own kind, force other lifeforms to fight for them, and destroy the balance between life and death. Beings meant to keep the peace-- the last line of defence for when the Original One, or others of the pantheon, lose their way-- now creating sorrow and pain than they fix. Polluting the air and sea, destroying the places you made for them, sending beloved species to extinction well before the designated time, seeking to take the power of their brethren for themselves to achieve incredibly selfish ends.

Yet, even with such rage coursing through primordial veins, you cannot find it in your heart to request that they be banished or erased from existence. No, for how could you ever think to do that to some of your own creations?
