...Queued a thing that made me wonder, actually...
In a blog (kinda-sorta-honestly-mostly) dedicated to Ghost Pokemon, how much, exactly, do I need to tw for death?
I mean, not ALL Ghost Pokemon are reincarnations or resurrections. (It’s usually easily delineated by What Species They Are and, like, did you witness them hatching? Though that last one may be breeder’s special privileges only. :P )
But anyways, Pokeincarnation isn’t the only death I deal with. Granted, I mostly relegate the necromantic stuff to around Samhain time. (Necromantic as in, I soothe ghosts of the Actually Dead, I don’t raise corpses.) But... I mean. they’re still ghosts. Especially with a species like Phantump or Yamask, it’s this sort of omnipresent Thing in the Background.
I’ll continue to tag it, of course. I just wonder how much people assume, “eh, it’s ghosts, death comes with the territory”. Or if that’s just the spiritualist in me making that leap?
(I’ve always been more at peace with this particular topic than most people ever are, so it’s hard for me to figure out Where’s the Line.)

Mostly like.#Memorializations and maybe Adventures in the Afterlife via Astral Projection come Samhain.#And the annual trips to Lavender Town of course. But even that is in the spirit of wishing the spirits well.#The Pokedex entries are canon here.#.....which reminds me that I should write out that page of which canons I draw from... but that will be so BORING.
