⛸️ — 'ᵗʷᵃˢ ᵃⁿ ᵘⁿᶜᵒᵐᵐᵒⁿ ˢⁱᵍʰᵗ ᵗᵒ ˢᵉᵉ ᵗʰᵉ ᶠᵃᵐᵒᵘˢ ᵖʳᵒᶠᵉˢˢⁱᵒⁿᵃˡ ⁱᶜᵉ ˢᵏᵃᵗᵉʳ ᵒᵘᵗˢⁱᵈᵉ ʰⁱˢ ʰᵒᵐᵉ, especially if it wasn't for something related to his work or his practice schedule, after all... Ai was a shut in for a reason (of which many remained unaware of due to his secretive nature when disclosing information about his personal life). Yet here he was, walking around a shopping mall with his best friend, picking up a few things for himself and for the infant waiting back at home (Sung-Hoon needed a few extra bottles for the nanny when he was away) — he'd even grabbed a few things for the taller male that he thought he might enjoy. Though he had to make sure not to get too many things because otherwise he wouldn't be able to carry it without getting tired, something of which happened pretty often, and he definitely didn't want the other to have to carry everything for him.

⛸️ — He couldn't help but think about where the two of them should go for dinner since it had gotten so late, ˢᵒ ʰᵉ ᵈⁱᵈⁿ'ᵗ ⁿᵒᵗⁱᶜᵉ ʷʰᵉⁿ ʰⁱˢ ᶜᵒᵐᵖᵃⁿⁱᵒⁿ ᵘⁿᶻⁱᵖᵖᵉᵈ ʰⁱˢ ʲᵃᶜᵏᵉᵗ, but feeling it placed upon his shoulders was more than enough to capture his attention. Delicate body was quick to become encompassed within the warmth of the other's jacket causing the smaller male to let out a rather content sigh, nestling his head ever so slightly into the soft fabric and inhaling the lingering scent of the other's body within the fabrics threads. "Your jacket is so warm... It's like I'm being squished together by some warm bread or something. O-Or maybe just like you're giving me a big hug." Perhaps that last analogy was a better example of how he felt rather than the first one? Regardless, he couldn't help but smile at the gesture, cheeks taking on a faint shade of color due to feeling a little silly at his previous remark.

⛸️ — "Show me something?" ʰᵉ ʷᵃˢ ᵍᵒⁱⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᵃˢᵏ ⁱᶠ ᵗʰᵉ ᵒᵗʰᵉʳ ʷᵃˢ ᵍᵒⁱⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᵇᵉ ᶜᵒˡᵈ ʷⁱᵗʰᵒᵘᵗ ʰⁱˢ ʲᵃᶜᵏᵉᵗ, but his next statement makes him wonder what exactly he was referring to as his eyes slowly come to rest upon the hand that was raised and extended outward towards him. "Then lead the way~. I trust wherever we're going will be something to remember." His voice comes forth softly as his small hand takes hold of the other's hand, fingers gently curling around the raven's in attempt to intertwine them together. Normally he wouldn't go somewhere he wasn't familiar with, especially not with someone else, but he had placed his trust in his friend. The very first friend he'd had since his break up with his ex-fiancé.

𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋. a fresh breeze combed through the city, & envy paused to unzip his jacket, placing it right over ai's doll-like shoulders. the soft material ── being as long & baggy as it were ── immediately eclipsed the much smaller male, coaxing in its warmth & that sweet illusion of comfort. ❝ there... much better..... ❞ now standing with his back against the moon, the little killer takes a moment to appreciate the sight before him as an aureole of light outlines his towering silhouette, but never those black, black eyes which remain locked on ai, much like they have been for the last seven months.

❝ the night is still young.... ❞ he points out, being barely audible over the backdrop of the city crowd. ❝ i want to... show you something... ❞ a pale hand slowly rises in follow, outstretching its black nailed fingers. waiting.
