               ˜”*°•.         Familiar  but  at  the  same  time ,  strange .  The  corridors  crossed  engulfed  by  a  darkness ,  he  couldn’t  quite  explain .  Perhaps  it  was  the  curse  of  knowing  -  of  having  seen  the  future ,  of  having  heard  of  stories  sourcing  from  this  very  single  place .  One  student .  A  student  like  him ,  like  his  friends ,  like  all  these  people  that’d  sat  at  the  very  same  desks .  And  yet ,  a  student  that’d  brought  nothing  but  wars  -  it  was  kind   of  strange  to  think  about  it .  How  something  as  simple  as  one  boy  could  change  the  world by simply existing or not.

It  was  the  sound  of  a  voice  that’d  caught  him  off  guard .  ❝ What  ?  ❞   Gaze  turned  to  meet  the  other ,  the  surprise  creeping  into  his  face  not  entirely  pretentious . It  was  late ,  he’d  known  -  late  enough  for  all  students  to  be  in  their  dorms .  Late  enough  for  not  a  single  sound  to  echo  across  the  place .  And  yet ,  apparently ,  this  silence  had  not  been  impervious  -  the  other’s  sudden  approach  either  a  curse  or  a  gift.    ❝I  think  I  got  kind  of  lost  actually . ❞  Came  the  words  accompanied  by  a  small  awkward  smile .  ❝I  mean,  this  place  is  really  difficult  to  memorize .  ❞

i like having brain rots bc i get to improve on many skills and also be v self indulgent

for some vague context, I have two slytherin MCs (they're twins!) (its convoluted. they have memories of past "runs" on their own but this time they're with other MCs from other houses). this is just a hypothetical scene during my outlining of where elin gets caught and cursed like anne did and seb gets caught in the fray, they both get kidnapped and during all that, elin has decided to use what she remembers to test a hypothesis on a cure (which is a week or couple days of enduring excrutiating pain and not making a peep while someone watches over her.)

anyways. i thought i'd draw it and paint it bc i quite like how the sketch turned out. this is all for me. i have a lot of these and since the other one went ok as a post (i was scared pls), i thought i'd slowly trickle post all the things i've made the past month or two. will i ever share the full writing? no clue but i'm having fun and that's all i care abt

Patrick wrapped both of his arms around Brantley, holding her close. He looked down at her curiously. "Really, you wanna go to Hogsmeade?" Of course he knew that was where the couples tended to go on dates. Personally, he didn't see any problem with it.

"I actually do, hold on." He reached into his pockets, fishing out some candy he had stolen from other people. Pat wasn't one for sweets, but he had observed that she was. So he had nicked some candy for her.

Sometimes he had to remind himself that most people were guided by a moral compass. He usually wasn't around those types of people.

Brantley curled up against him. "Baby we should go to Hogsmeade one day." The girl squeaked out excitedly. She rested her head against his chest and leaned up to kiss his cheek.

"I like, really need candy." The girl murmured and bit her lip pouting. "Do you have any candy, baby?" The Hufflepuff looked up at her Slytherin boyfriend.

"I mean I guess I could Accio some candy, but wouldn't that be stealing?" She mused, rambling on.

can’t think of anything to say other than it was everything I could have ever expected and wanted and hoped for. seeing them perform truly is an electric experience and I am so, so grateful I got to be there. I’ve never felt such overflowing joy and love in one room before and that truly is down to what a one-of-a-kind group Starkid is. I’m so happy and a little emotional that it’s over but like it’s sung in days of summer, “don’t wanna see you go but it’s not forever, not forever” ⭐️💜

durmstrang as a school interests me because they're the school that teaches dark arts yet......jkr didn't really do anything with it? i don't know if she's just trying to pull a weird red herring but despite being a school that only admits purebloods, there doesn't seem to be any outrage from krum inviting hermione to yule (with exception of karkaroff), students who would wear grindelwald's symbol would not be tolerated by the families affected by him(and they're mostly worn in an ill attempt to look cool), grindelwald was literally expelled for being too much gemgmfd, and karkaroff is an unpopular headmaster for being too ruthless

the students overall seem to be chill tbh, in fact it was hogwarts people that seem to expect that they're bad people because of their dark arts reputation gmegmfd

lupins survived headcanon

dora (she still makes everyone else other than remus call her tonks, btw) gets frequent panic attacks when remus begins working at hogwarts again. not only because of the after effects of the war, but also because he did physically leave her twice. once after confessing her feelings, when he was gone for months. twice after months of them arguing about her pregnancy and he leaves to go try and leave with harry. she tried not to tell him about it, but with her hair and overall just lack of ability to hide anything having to do with her feelings -- he found out. being so skilled with enchanting parchment (ie: the marauders map ), remus enchanted two different types of parchment so they could write to each other throughout the day for both of their well being ( because i'm certain remus also had the same concern, because war. ) the messages would appear and stay, then only disappear at the end of the day. (hi yes i hadn't discussed this with u but i'm tagging u anyway @lupiinee )

Happily Ever After -> for when just being happy isn't quite enough - hope

Happy Ending Override -> a subversion of the Happy Ending where it's undone in the sequel - jungkook

Jungkook was finally home, the fights were over, his scratches were covered. The night Jungkook promised you he was over with that type of life, that you were enough for him, that the adrenaline had started to feel like sickness, it felt like he was lying to you, through gritted teeth.

Earn Your Happy Ending -> for when the Happy Ending comes after much darkness and angst - yoongi

it had been the craziest ride of your life; a journey in which you had feared way too many times you had lost, but with Yoongi's soft body laying by your side, his fingers in your hair, his eyes pierced to yours, you knew everything that had happened had led you to that moment and you were ready to do it all again.

Deus ex Machina -> when the Happy Ending is forced upon the story by an outside force that wasn't previously introduced - jin 

the night of your birthday you had wished for the universe to bring you happiness; you couldn't predict the universe had indeed heard you, nor that it did in fact led you to final joy, even if it came in the form of your lost long first love, who you happened to meet as you stumbled out of the bar, a shiny birthday hair-band on your head.

Esoteric Happy Ending -> when the 'happy' ending doesn't sound like one - rm

you got the promotion, you got the house, you got the dream job; so why was it that when you looked at Namjoon leave your apartment for the last time it didn't feel like you had imagined it would, relief didn't travel through your veins, butterflies didn't jump in your stomach, your heart was not beating fast, in fact it was not beating at all.

Shock-and-Switch Ending -> when the Sudden Downer Ending is subverted - jimin

Hearing the police on the phone muttering something about a fire, about your apartment, about your husband, it made your heart fall to the ground as you tried to make sense of it all, your legs running desperately towards your building as you saw the crowd. With shaky hands you came forward, your breath stuck in your lungs as you frantically looked around, Jimin's face everything you needed to see. If he was gone, if he was gone... "babe!" someone stepped forward, a ladle in his left hand; Jimin spoke again, "I wanted to make dinner!".

Surprisingly Happy Ending -> when the characters were expecting something else - taehyung 

Joining his father's company had been a sacrifice taehyung found himself forced to make, getting to know the love of his life was not in the plan. But he fell, good god if he fell, the moment he heard your heels' patter, the second he saw you enter the room, the instant you looked back him right in the eyes, fire burning in them, "I suggest you do not make the mistake of underestimating me, mr. Kim" you had said, and he knew, he just knew.
