i can’t believe this is how i found out… i totally get your frustration,, it's truly disappointing that k-fans would force seunghan to leave just after he had come back, and we can't do anything about it 😢

i'm not sure if it's directly related to mass consumerism? but the toxic and parasocial relationships some fans have with their idols definitely plays a part.

honestly though, i'm glad that seunghan left on his own accord, as in he was allowed to make the decision to go, because i genuinely don't want him to suffer. and if he and/or the company thinks that it would be better for him to no longer be in the industry / be separate from riize, then i wish him the best. because i don't want him to suffer in riize from hate to the point that he does something regrettable, you know?

but personally, this might affect how i write for riize. i've never written much for them before (only taro), and never intended to write much for them because i simply don't have enough inspiration.

i was open to writing for other members besides sungtaro simply because my riize bias was one of said other members, but seeing as now he's no longer in riize, then i might limit my writing to sungtaro only, since i know their personalities better. but i haven't really decided yet, this whole situation is just so... heartbreaking. i don't know.
