The wing pattern is tattooed on his back, across his shoulders. It was the first one he got, and a gift from his friends to celebrate his first birthday separated from his dad.

The translations and heiroglyphs on his arms are taken from the Book of the Dead/the Papyrus of Ani. These prayers/spells are newer tattoos.
