hey ya’ll !! it’s lay and this is my shit son draco !!! i know hes like everyone elses son too but rn he’s my shit son. so here’s a lil but about this au draco !! i promise i’ll message ya’ll about plots bc i’m literally??? do down ?? for everything??

basically, u know he was a dickwad and an asshole in school

but i’ve always always thought he deserved redemption [ even tho he doesn’t think he does ] so we’re going for a redemption arc character development thing here

SO he’s been stuck with the deatheaters

and he hates it

he’s terrified

he’s broken

thats why i put elisus there bc it’s latin for shattered. he feels shattered.

he spent his whole life thinking that these people were below him. that hasn’t exactly changed. he still has a screwed up sense of superiority, but he doesn’t believe in enslaving and killing them.  it’s still horribly childlike in the way that he just doesn’t know better, but he’s willing to learn. he doesn’t wanna be a killer

he has the dark mark and he hates it. it burns his skin. it should be bright red rather than black bc he feels like it brands his blood more so than anyone thought he could other than ‘pureblood’

now he’s a deatheater.

for a long time he was silent. doing what he was told, because he had to. because he didn’t have a choice. bc he made the wrong ones before. be cause he was a coward. because he was terrified for his mother.

because he isn’t a brave dragon. he’s a broken one.

it wasn’t until Voldemort killed his mother that he truly snapped. now Voldemort wasn’t just killing muggleborns and half bloods and citizens. he was turning against his own kind. against his family. him seeking out the rebellion wasn’t necessarily a brave act, it was purely selfish 

it took them forever to do their tests, to see if he was telling the truth. to twist and prod and dig into him until they decided that perhaps, maybe, he was actually there to help. [help himself]

it’s been about 2 months now. some people in the rebellion have warmed up to him, most haven’t, but they tolerate him. most don’t even know he’s helping. except for a few field agents, the higher ups, and of course tactics and strategy. 

to everyone else, he’s still the silver deatheater prince. that’s the price you pay for being a double agent. 

they can’t deny he’s smart, and his information has done loads to help. but they don’t have to like him. [he doesn’t like himself]

so RU DE like he’ll try not to be but he can’t help himself and his attitude sometimes ghskadjklsda he’s tr ying ok 

he’s done his spying, he splits his time in between the deatheaters and the rebellion, lying to one, and helping the other. he lives everyday with a fear of being found out, but being a double agent, being two faced, was something that draco was good at. he was always good at hiding.

sometimes he’ll go on missions, although his features are changed, since he’s the best source for all things deatheaters.

when he’s not supplying information, he’s usually in tactics and strategy, attempting to work with others and work towards their end goal.

but draco can only find out so much, he’s not given much to work with, since he mother was killed due to his fathers stupidity, voldemort looks down on the malfoys with distain.

he’s been through so much gzdkljgsdkl he’s legit the hey demons its ya boi gif bc they wont !!! leave !! him !! alone !!! 

he still wakes up in the middle of the night, heart racing, his breath stuck in his throat, watching his mother die before his eyes

poor dude basically. he’s become a murderer due to simply trying to survive, and he knows he’ll never earn forgiveness :) he doesn’t think he deserves it :))))

SO BASICALLy he’s a broken, burnt out, cold, but malleable lil shit and i would love to plot !! it’s all about flow and chemistry so really i’m up for anything.
